12/08/2025: Hands down the best food I had in Ireland! Ordered takeaway while passing by, and their Cajun Salmon Po' Boy was amazing. Fluffy brioche buns, fresh salmon and lettuce with a great dressing. Had to come back on the next day for dinner where I had their seafood linguine that was brimming with mussels, squid, and all kinds of seafood. Worth every cent I paid and more, shoutout to the friendly staff too :)

03/08/2025: Very disappointed with response from the restaurant when we told them we got food poisoning from a meal there in March this year. We ate there several times with relatively big groups, and always enjoyed it. In fact, it became our go-to restaurant when we had visitors coming stay with us. In March, we booked a table for 6 for dinner. My partner and I ordered a large pizza and a burger meal with the intentions to split between us. The other 4 in the party ordering different meals from us. We split both meals and ended up finishing the burger between us and taking most of the pizza home. Later at home, we both became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea and suffered that way all night and still suffering 24 hours after the meal. The others in the party were unaffected and had different food options. We wanted to alert the restaurant to this issue so they could do whatever they needed to do to check supplies / process. We suspect the issue was caused by the burger as my partner ate very little of the pizza and we both had half of the burger each. The response from the manager restaurant (a week later after I followed up) was that several others had the burger that night and they had no complaints, but they’d check into it and get back to us. That was the last we heard. No apology, no follow up, no respect for the fact that we really reached out to warn them vs anything else. We spent a lot of money at that restaurant since they opened but won’t be spending a penny there again. In fact, neither of us could face ordering a burger in any restaurant again given how really sick we got from the burger @ Inside Out. Posting this only because of the total disregard of our complaint and lack of apology for what we went thru, and denial of any potential issue at their restaurant. Things can go wrong in any business, the key is how your deal with those issues, address them and look after your customers. Something the owners and manager of this restaurant need to acknowledge and learn. Thanks… *** Update *** Have since heard from the owner and he informed me that while he did go back and review things & did not find any causal link at the restaurant, he was very apologetic for our experience. Thanks.

11/07/2025: Genuinely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Great location, superb welcome, room really clean and spacious (and very quiet!), food excellent, parking plentiful. I really can't fault my stay. Brilliant.

08/08/2025: Went there for the acclaimed seafood chowder. Had to wait for 25 minutes for it to be served to us. It was nice but lacked fish, lots of vegetables but not a single piece of salmon or haddock on my plate. A bit disappointed. Nice place, was very busy which I suppose is a nice thing.

07/08/2025: I never normally write reviews for restaurants but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. We went for a late meal and they squeezed us in with no reservation. The food was incredible! Clearly a very talented chef and team in the kitchen. Our meals were fresh, beautifully cooked and well seasoned, and our desserts were delicious too! We’ve been on holiday in Ireland for almost a week and, even though we’ve eaten really well, this was by far the best meal we’ve had so far. And the chef coming out to talk to us at the end of our meal to check if everything was OK was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend 🙂

24/08/2025: It was okay. We were looking forward to this stop with plans to hike up toward the Gap of Dunloe. Ultimately, we could have been okay skipping this stop. The food was okay, the space was large, but nothing felt historic. Also, as for the hike up -- it was covered in horse poop and there were a lot of cars for around lunch time on a weekday.

22/08/2025: Food was great and the entertainment was awesome. The band in got the whole crowd singing and involved even dancing the donkey dance.

18/08/2025: We had a fantastic meal in Kitty O'Se's whilst in Killarney. Delicious fresh sea food and a kids menu. Wine was also super. We pre booked via telephone which I would recommend to avoid disappointment as a table is highly sought after.

16/08/2025: Very disappointing experience. We were seated at 6:55pm and placed our order by 7:10pm — three people, six oysters (two each) followed by mains. After finishing our oysters, we sat for 35 minutes with empty shells in front of us while other tables who arrived later were being served. When we asked the waitress, she explained that because we ordered oysters, our mains would only be started after other tables who ordered just mains — something I’ve never heard of before. Eventually she cleared the oyster plates, but still nothing came. After chasing again, she left for a while and returned saying they were “just starting” our mains, at which point we decided to cancel. A manager then appeared and told us our mains had only been entered 11 minutes earlier and would take time because everything is cooked fresh. Of course we expect food to be fresh, but that didn’t explain why our mains weren’t started for over half an hour after finishing oysters. The conflicting explanations, lack of apology, and indifference to the fact we had already been waiting 55 minutes with only two oysters each made for a very poor experience.

07/02/2025: Pedí el "Pastel de los Pastores" y estaba extremadamente decepcionado. Demasiado ajo en polvo y dudoso "puré de patatas". Muy seco a pesar de añadir una jarra de "jus". Me fui 1/2. Si un restaurante tiene una cocina abierta, entonces los chefs al menos deben actuar profesionalmente. Fui testigo de tantas infracciones HACCP que fue aterrador. Picando comida y comiendo sin lavarse las manos. Rascarse el cabello sin lavarse las manos.

08/08/2025: As always a lovely place to stay we had previously gotten married here and returned numerous times the staff are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you room was spotless and comfortable breakfast was so good cooked to perfection ! Will definitely be back again soon thanks so much
