05/10/2025: We had a great experience in this Bar. We went for breakfast with my husband and our toddler. They provided a high chair and colouring pencils to distract my child. The food was very nice and generous portions, the coffee and tea were included with the breakfast deal. Great value for money. We will go back, definitely.

28/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with a very friendly owner. We tried the salmon, duck, and coconut curry chicken, all very well cooked. Excellent desserts! Very typical interior. Very clean restrooms. Top notch!

17/10/2025: For a Thursday evening this place was very busy. Great atmosphere of you are out with your mates for a night out but perhaps not ideal for a quiet romantic meal. Love music is always a treat and the service was surprisingly quickly given how busy the place was. My BBQ chicken burger was very good but in fairness, by the time I got around to eating I could have eaten a bleeding horse!!

12/10/2025: Our family's favourite place to dine. Have been here several times and never ever we had any complaints with the food served. Always served piping hot. As it's a busy place...sometimes there is a delay in taking the order,but definitely worth the wait.😉 The ambience is good and comfortable.

23/09/2025: A nice and cozy establishment. It's a cultural landmark. Some scenes from "The Quiet Man" were filmed here; I highly recommend it for those who haven't seen it. The bar has several local beers. The service is good. The bar is conveniently located in the very center of the village, with outdoor seating. It's a very cozy village with its own atmosphere.

17/09/2025: Food was very good. I had the chkn wings which seemed to be smoked but excellent. Had to go here because my dad loves John Wayne. Also, had to have “one of those black beers” at the bar.

10/10/2025: A super-quaint little pub where you can often bump into Bono. Great food, a huge selection of drinks, and a really friendly, welcoming boss. Everything is just right here! A fantastic experience in Ireland.

27/08/2025: Central, clean and spacious rooms

24/08/2025: Popped in for some lunch on 23/8/25 around 12:45pm. Came directly off a 2 and a half hour train, ordered some food, lovely polite lady server with glasses. Went to use the bathroom and upon washing my hands, a cleaner girl came in. I nicely asked her how to use the soap (I can be a bit dim) and she told me how. I thanked her but she didn't respond to that, not even a "you're welcome/no problem" - I brushed it off, no big deal. As I was washing my hands, she started cleaning the mirror next to me - I'd no problems there. I needed to brush my hair and needed to use the mirror in front of me. (The mirror next to me was in front of the other sink I wasn't using - two sinks and two mirrors in bathroom). As I took my brush out she just stood there staring at me, I nicely told her I'd be really quick and she stormed out of the room in a huff and puff. Absolutely out of order. I'm a paying customer, am I not allowed fix my hair for a minute? Never had such an odd, uncomfortable encounter anywhere haha. The toilets were quiet and completely clean so I double don't understand the attitude. Food was great though.

13/10/2025: Really cute pub with really comfortable booths! Great place for a pint after visiting the Rock of Cashel.

07/10/2025: Absolutely delicious and brilliant irish pub atmosphere. We had the delicious fish and chips and the roast beef blaa, which we haven’t stopped talking about for a week.

05/10/2025: We visited Rush to celebrate a birthday and came across the Harbor Bar! We could not have found a better place for a group of five to enjoy dinner, drinks, and conversation. The staff were attentive and poured the perfect Guinness! I love the fireplaces and layout. The food was delicious including the best fish and chips I could find in Ireland. And the sticky toffee pudding was sooooo good!
