07/08/2024: The restaurant is truly amazing. The lobster menu is exquisite and the view has no price!

18/10/2024: We went in the bar randomly and it was a very good decision. Small location, but great in service. Service was great, friendly and welcomed. The food was excellent. Fish and chips and the Guinness stew was very tasty. We really enjoyed our visit. And for our next time in Dublin, we will comeback.

06/11/2024: If you are looking for some nice food, either a quick bite or a Friday night dinner, the Village Inn is a good place to pop over. The food is lovely, the staff are attentive and great to chat to, the atmosphere is always hopping.

05/11/2024: We had dinner tonight at this quaint pub and were served delicious food and warm hospitality! Our server was cute as a button! We wish we’d gotten her name but she talked with us about her summer’s trip to America, namely that she’d loved Nashville, TN, where we live. 😊 My husband’s steak and my pork chop were both juicy and cooked to perfection. The “galaxy caramel cheesecake” for dessert was very good as well. Looking forward to our next trip to Ireland and hopefully, to this gastro pub. 😃

20/10/2024: It’s a long time since I had eaten here and I was hoping the food was as good as I remembered….we weren’t disappointed! The service was great - quick and friendly - and the menu had some good choices and a wide variety. Would recommend the homemade chicken curry and spaghetti bolognese in particular! I’m pleased that Cryan’s has maintained its high quality over many years and will be definitely going back there again when we next visit!

04/10/2024: I love this place - great location on the Shannon, the best staff, great sized rooms, and Cryans traditional pub out the back is full of character, with Trad music every week. Every time we visit the Republic (at least once a year), we stay here.

24/10/2024: Lovely modern clean pub, was here Today had a full Irish breakfast very impressed serious value for money huge portions always a massive bonus, staff so friendly and welcoming, ii t was first time ever in here to my shame as I live in Waterford city, but am penciled in for lunch next week and I will go here regularly now I discovered a top spot.

30/10/2024: This small restaurant didn't appear busy on entry. It has good service and delicious food. The seafood is fresh and packed with flavour. A great change from all of the pubs, Quinlan’s is a definite must try in Killarney.

28/10/2024: Top quality and a waiter who gives explanations in French for the children. Very well received.

19/11/2024: Expensive, but super fun! Nice live music and a very good atmosphere. If you are ever in Dublin, this is definitely recommended! We didn't eat there, only drank 🥳

19/11/2024: Visually really nice from the outside and inside. However, there are Temple bar prices here, around €10 per pint. In addition, there is a cleaner in the toilet who would like to be paid. So there are much better pubs nearby.

15/10/2024: We have been on the way to Cork and we stopped here for a lunch. Dishes were delicious and the restaurant staff was very kind and helpful,especially our waitress. We had a great time!

27/10/2024: Stay here for my trip in Dublin. The staff greeted them warmly when they checked in and helped to carry their luggage to the room. That night, the restaurant of the hotel was packed for activities. Although I could only have dinner at the bar, the service staff did not neglect me because of the activities. The price of dinner is more cost-effective than restaurants in London. The breakfast is also very delicious. In addition, the guest rooms of this hotel are very thoughtful, there are reminders to switch during winter time, and put the bathrobe and slippers in advance. Even from the perspective of location, it is impeccable. It is very convenient to go to many museums in Dublin, and you can walk there (the room also has a map). If I come to Dublin next time, I will also choose this hotel!

30/10/2024: Absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend it. The food, wine, service were top notch. Very reasonable, it is definitely a "must try" on your bucket list.

29/10/2024: A family oaccasion brought us to Oar on an October evening. The menu was somewhat different from the sample menu on the internet but it was a sample menu but perhaps promised more creativity than what we got. But the food was fine - and we enjoyed. Only setbacks was the pre-printed wine list turned out to include wines not available. The service was kind and helpful but the lack of presentation of the cheeses served when you picked the cheese board left an impression of staff being too busy or ? Overall a pleasant experience

10/11/2024: Fantastic Sunday Roast in a charming, atmospheric Bar/Restaurant. Shout out to Sarah who went that extra mile for a wonderful service. We both enjoyed our meals and food was cooked to perfection. We'll be back!

24/10/2024: attended an (Engineers Ireland) event there 18/19/20 October celebrating the Parsons family history. The grounds, the telescope, the science centre - an easy 5 out of 5 from us. Birr is steeped in a rich history and the buildings around the castle are equally impressive.
