02/05/2025: We only stayed for one night. The room was okay, a bit dated. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was very limited. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were plenty of parking spaces, and you could also take the bus directly into Galway.

01/05/2025: Spacious room. Comfortable beds, difficult bathtub height if you have problems lifting your legs, bedside lamps with dust.

15/05/2025: Excellent visit. The food was great, the service warm and helpful, and atmosphere exactly what we hoped it would be. Definitely recommend.

01/05/2025: This pub is in the best location in Cork city, right in the centre, and when the sun is shining, it is always full. It is very well attended by very well-educated people, many of whom have just finished work and are now enjoying this magnificent evening. Many tourists stop here too, especially the French, perhaps because of the name. I have met many here and they really like Cork. In fact, they always love it. When there is a week, they come by plane and in the blink of an eye, Cork always comes here, but it is all year round. These gentlemen who own it never stop. My congratulations to all of them.

14/04/2025: ¡Nos encantó! Es una posición privilegiada, es un gran bar viejo, el servicio es bueno, va a atraer al turista, por lo tanto, probablemente un poco más caro que otros. Lo sabíamos, nos sentamos allí durante dos horas y disfrutamos mucho! Había algunos lugareños allí, charlamos y simplemente disfrutamos de estar en una calle bulliciosa con un montón de cosas pasando, tomando un par de copas y disfrutando del ambiente. El personal era genial, el servicio era bueno y sin duda volveríamos a visitar. Una pinta de cerveza pálida y un café irlandés era de alrededor de 16 euros, no el más barato, pero era bueno.

20/04/2025: If you want to sleep above an authentic Irish pub, this is your accommodation. Highlights include the friendliness of the staff, the location close to Dublin's attractions and the comfort of the beds. The only downside is that Talbot Street is a bit noisy.

13/04/2025: Good compromise. Close to the center and the bus and shuttle stations to the airport. Penalized for the same reason, often disreputable but harmless people you meet. New, well-kept and welcoming apartments.

09/05/2025: Ate two daily specials here, both meals were very tasty. The service was very nice and friendly. The ambience was very great. I'd love to come by again.

03/05/2025: Stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend, delighted with all aspects of it. Clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and coffee, and a laid-back bar atmosphere which was a perfect for some pints and food.

10/05/2025: A restaurant more than a pub. Big and spacious. We were there on Easter Sunday, and while busy, we didn't need a reservation.

03/05/2025: If I could give the food less than 1 star I would. The worst food I’ve ever been served in my life. I got the roast of the day with ham, the ham was almost grey and was super dry and tasteless. The veg and roast potatoes were clearly frozen too. The stuffing also tasteless and even by looking at it you could see there wasn’t any herbs in it. Nothing at all on my plate was made fresh. My partner got the Tex mex burger and onion rings. Onion rings tasted of pure oil, and the burger that was meant to have chili beef mince on it wasn’t chili beef at all, it was tomato bolognese. Chips were fine but you can’t go too wrong with them. Bill came to 50 euro with two drinks, definitely not worth it, would never eat here again. Service and staff were lovely though.

30/04/2025: Have been here lots of times so updating. No need as nothing has changed. Thank God. Still the same great service. Staff fantastic, great people skills. Menu brilliant. A goods sports bar as there was tv's on show events. Still haven't stayed but will sometime and still looking forward to that. If the breakfast is half as good as the other choices on the menu it will be georgeous. Always love our visit.
