10/07/2025: ⸻ A very cosy and delicious place in Ballybofey! They always serve fresh, high-quality food — from hearty burgers to light salads. I really enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad with nuts, and the large plate with meats, veggies and mixed salads — everything was well prepared and beautifully presented. Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back!

15/10/2025: Amazing. I came in for a quick coffee this morning and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The guy helped me pick out my donut and said the Dubai was to die for and he wasn’t wrong. The girl made me a latte and it was one of the best I’ve ever had.

19/10/2025: I couldn't get good review from google about this place. Most food photos were lunch or breakfast. I was looking for to have dinner there. I went and gave them a try. Absolutely delicious food. Served all day. Staff working there nice ,polite and smiling. I go back there again when im around. Well done Bailey and staff 👏!!!!

30/09/2025: Very nice restaurant, a gem in Monaghan. I wish we had discovered this place earlier. We had just a dessert, which was absolutely amazing. The service was so nice and friendly. We proceeded to payment at the bar and noticed the liquor bottles with different flavours. We became curious and got free samples from multiple drinks. Being nice and friendly doesn’t cost much. We ended up buying two bottles and will definitely be back. It will be our place to go to. Please keep the service like this.

I weigh about 100 kg and I am applying to you for the position of a loader, or for a bakery - to carry bags. There are jobs in Enniscorthy. I was advised to write you this letter by some boss with whom I had a conversation in the store. My English is bad, but those who work there may have a good language but are unable to lift a packet of crisps. I find it ridiculous. This is some kind of discrimination. I don't want to sit at the cash register although I have better math than some of your employees. I graduated from the Border Troops Academy and am a pensioner at 47 years old. and I am applying for a gruhchika. This is the position that no one wants to go for. I don't understand you.. Second. Please understand your discounts. It turns out that the store in Enniscorthy does not offer a discount on some products. You need to come with an audit and check what they have discounts for. Thank you for your attention, gentlemen of discrimination. I will find something else

23/10/2025: Had such a great experience here today. Went in with my friend and we didn’t have much time & the waiter was THE BEST. We were only waiting 5 mins for a table and he served us immediately and got our coffee and food for us SUPER quick. He told us he was “determined that we make our lecture”. Great service! We meant to ask his name but we forgot! Great staff 👏

29/07/2025: My friend and I went there on a Saturday evening without reservations and the whole place was booked, but we managed to have our pints at the bar and the staff were super friendly about it. The interior of the place is so cool!

26/07/2025: Wasn’t expecting to hit the dance floor on a Thursday night but the DJ had us up and moving! Amazing drinks, vibes and music x

10/10/2025: Great soft serve. The oat based option is fantastic. The dark chocolate sauce and fruit topping make it all vegan. But the vegan options could be better shown on the menu.

20/09/2025: We visited Swoon for the first time today roughly around 5pm. Behind the counter was the most pleasant server by the name of Matthew. Very smiley and happy, overall just a complete breath of fresh air! Lovely to see.
