27/09/2025: I got myself a cinnamon coffee, and as i was leaving the barista and i got into a cobversation about cinnamon and coffee and how drinking straight black coffee just isnt good for you which was really sweet. definatley reccomend!

21/10/2025: Came in here with my Three Friends it was also my Friends birthday and it She had surgery on her stomach and couldn't eat a full adult dinner. We asked for a kids menu and got one. We all ordered drinks but when it came to ordering food my friend was told she could not order from the kids. Menu I get it adults can't order of the kids menu, but my friend had and HSE card stating she can order of a kids menu When we asked for the manager she was Rude, the first thing that came out of her mouth was WHAT! And we explained she said said she has a business to run. She offered a half breast but for a bigger price. My head couldn't wrap around what was actually happening. She was so cheeky we only came out for a meal and a drink for our friends birthday. We ended up leaving. The manager was more worried about making 3euro more then the service she was providing. She now lost out well over €100 The staff where amazing but they felt awkward when they had to refuse us. No doubt she has made her staff uncomfortable and miserable to work for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the one star is for the staff.

01/11/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. I returned to this pub after years. I had eaten here several times years ago and found the food excellent. Things have definitely changed now. I ordered a Guinness stew, which turned out to be a lentil, mushroom, and carrot soup. The meat was practically nonexistent. From the way they used spices, it's clear that whoever prepares the dishes doesn't know the flavors of Irish cuisine. I couldn't eat it. Stop for a drink if you like, but for food, go elsewhere!

24/09/2025: Lovely little Crêperie near the seafront and Marina. Outside and inside seating area. Lovely French design and very friendly service. Medium price range. You can have sweet or savoury crêps here and a variety of drinks, including coffee and teas. Great place to stop in.

22/08/2025: Tasty fresh Pizzas on a nice thin base cooked by professionals . Great menu choices available. I chose the 12" option which was perfect for me without being a glutton. Eat in or take away. Nice ice cream too, thanks.

20/09/2025: Do not come here👍🏻My partner and I were welcomed to a cold room with a hostile atmosphere. The staff were very pleasant although it certainly did not combat the awful food. If I was to describe it in 3 words I would say frozen, cold and inedible. I left the Saratoga quite upset as I remember it as a wholesome pub with comfort food😕, now a money racket with 0 atmosphere!!

17/09/2025: My son and girlfriend stayed here recently. No taxi service, local link buses didn't stick to timetable, room was nice and clean, food was tasty. No staff available till three, no management to be found. No breakfast available, was atrocious. Maybe a good stay in summer months. But definitely don't recommend.

17/08/2025: Randels Hotel is so central to all of Killarney , room were very comfortable beautiful bathrooms, great breakfast , and as always staff couldn’t do enough so helpful and Marie was fabulous to deal with a very pleasant person

14/08/2025: Justin at Reception was an absolute Rockstar!! The townhouses were fantastic and modern. The Breakfast was delicious! Even though they were working on the HVAC at the time, they provided fans to help circulate air and make the rooms more comfortable. complementary Snacks!!! oh yeaaaa I cent find one fault in the hotel! We will definitely be back!

21/10/2025: Went here for lunch sun afternoon.food was amazing.ambiance was superb.candle /flowers/tablecloths.you can bring your own bottle of wine which is a bonus.young waiter was superb at his job.he will go along way !

14/10/2025: Lovely hotel, centrally located. Staff were very friendly & helpful. As it's in the centre of the town can be a bit noisy in the rooms with the windows open. This didn't take from the overall appeal of the hotel. Cahir is a lovely town with some lovely walks by the river & the castle, the Swiss House is worth a visit too

13/10/2025: Great place to stay. Was a late minute decision stay there as we were heading to Cork from louth. Glad we did. The food was first class and the staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Definitely stay again.
