The best restaurants

29/09/2025: The tagliatelle pasta it was so good, the ragu sauce it’s my favourite now and Diego that served me he’s was such a nice guy and Thoughtful, I’m gonna back more times.

29/09/2025: I went to the restaurant today for lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very clean and organized, and the service from Diego was amazing. Thank you, I’ll be coming back more often.

23/09/2025: A truly excellent example for new traders. The reputation, the name, the good service, and the pleasant atmosphere of a sunny day have been winning over Cork and the surrounding area. It's a great start here. It opens early and closes early around 6 p.m., but it's a daily struggle. The food is all top-notch, and the staff are very good. This is the only way to get the job done. A highly recommended place. I'll be stopping by for a second time for an espresso. I just hope it's sunny. I wish you much luck, joy, and victories. This place definitely deserves it.

22/08/2025: The hotel is not a 4-star hotel. Every night there was music in a bar belonging to the hotel. We couldn't sleep at all. We contacted the reception desk. Their response was that it was only for today. However, the next day I heard the noise and music again. The reception staff were very unfriendly. I will never return to this hotel.

21/08/2025: This might not be a typical guest review, but rather a review from the perspective of a performing artist. I had the chance to perform at Greenhills Limerick, and I have to say the experience was excellent. The conference hall is very spacious, with a comfortable stage and a well-thought-out layout. The dance floor is right in the middle, which is very convenient for both performers and guests, while the bar is set off to the side, so it doesn’t interfere with the performance. The acoustics are truly great, and access to the hall is also very convenient, which makes setting up and moving equipment much easier. The staff deserve special mention – they were extremely attentive, responsive, and professional throughout the event. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding, a performance by a small band, or a celebration such as a graduation party. The Greenhills conference hall is simply perfect for events like these.

31/08/2025: It’s your typical local pub with only pizza and/or sandwiches as food, you can book an event and bring in your platters etc but it’s just an old well worn place we’re alright, the patrons know one another.

26/07/2025: Just a nice bar with a local community on the outskirts of Dublin.

01/10/2025: We stopped by for lunch, great signposting because otherwise we would have missed it. Everything was great. Quick service, hot food, the chips are amazing, big pot of tea, good selection of toasted sandwiches and other hot lunch options. At the end we couldn't believe how cheap it was.

29/09/2025: Such a hidden gem. We loved everything here: cappuccino, English breakfast tea and scone, my family had veggies Toastes and soup which is such a huge portion. The cafe run by a few friendly and welcoming ladies

01/10/2025: Very nice pub and hotel, very welcoming, a little noisy at the start of the evening but it's a pub, so it's all normal and that didn't cause us any problems.

17/09/2025: We had a beautiful meal, I got pulled beef, and it was lovely, my partner had, pan fried cod, and veg with mash potato, and she loved every bite of it, we had 2 lovely fresh desserts, and 2 proper coffees, Marie, (owner, manager) could do with being a bit more friendlier, but all other staff were, all so helpful and pleasant, you should ask, if you are late afternoon like us, as if any lunch time menu is available still, everything was clean, and I taught it was good value, looking forward to calling there again.

18/09/2025: What a gem of a place, we’d been to the Deli the day before and bought some granola and flour, and had a take out coffee, so we were really looking forward to a late breakfast at Café Rua. First impressions were a fantastic welcome and real friendly people, nothing sham or pretend here. What a great menu, absolutely something for all tastes and dietary requirements. The chorizo, spinach and sautéed potatoes, topped with 2 perfectly poached eggs and accompanied with chilli relish was excellent. Real fresh orange juice was delightful, and the coffee? Epic! What a fabulous way to spend time being looked after in one of the best cafés I’ve visited.

20/10/2025: This pub is great, the food is great. I would highly recommend this pub to anyone looking for food and drink in Swords.

09/10/2025: A large pub with live music - I was supposed to drop in for one beer, but ended up staying longer.

14/10/2025: Great place with the bartenders making it a great experience as he will make fun of you from the bar and adds life to the pub

11/10/2025: It's not bad, but the service was very slow, and even if they saw you at the bar, they wouldn't even pay attention to you. Affordable prices.

25/04/2025: A great place to watch sports. The owner was really nice, friendly and helpful, which can be a rare quality nowadays. Definitely worth a visit.
