The best restaurants

19/10/2025: Absolutely shocked. How dirty the plates and water jugs were full of brown little spots, i sent the water back with no apology, asked for a bottle of water that i still paid for, spent over 90euro and when it was said a 2nd time when paying bearly an apology. Now im wonder what were them brown spots on plates and glass jug, or maybe it should be reported else where, absolutely disgusting.

01/09/2025: Food is not as good as it used to be. Waiters hadn't a notion what they were doing or what they were even serving. Restaurant was freezing. Come'on guys get your act together, that restaurant is a beautiful spot and it could be amazing!

01/07/2025: Saloon was closed when we went on Tuesday so we don't know what it's like but otherwise the equestrian center and lesson was class. Great experience!

26/10/2025: Very much recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Killarney. The rooms are nice, clean, and cozy. The toiletries were replaced daily. There's a decent variety for breakfast available and plenty of food provided. Location was great and walking distance to the bus/ train stations and the restaurants and shops in town. It's also easy to get to meeting points if you're taking a tour. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful. I lost something here and they were able to ship it back to me internationally.

23/09/2025: Best Night of sleep I've had in weeks. Beds are so comfortable. Best shower I've had in weeks. And such nice service all around. Everyone is so friendly. Definitely recommend.

24/08/2025: What a special place! The atmosphere was beautiful, lovely Italian music and gorgeous furniture. The service was excellent! We felt welcomed and they waited for us even if we were late. And the food. ..how lovely it is to find fab real Italian food when you live in Ireland?! Thank you so much. We wish you many years of success!

20/09/2025: One of the greatest Irish bars there is. And as for the Guinness!!! Not only is it amazing it’s only €5.50 a pint Extremely cosy and full of atmosphere

10/03/2026: Very disappointing experience. We were charged an €18 service charge, yet the service was poor, two of our dishes were brought out incorrectly and overall it felt very unprofessional. There were five staff standing around while we were the only table for about 90 minutes, yet when I went to the bathroom there was no toilet roll, which says a lot about the attention to detail. The food was also very basic. I ordered chicken with potatoes and vegetables, but the “vegetables” turned out to be grated courgette and peppers blended into a sauce. When I asked where the vegetables were, I was told “that’s them in the bowl. Overall overpriced, poor service, and an €18 service charge that made absolutely no sense.

08/03/2026: The floor was filthy with old food crusted into the floor. The staff slammed our drinks on the table and the food was bad. My husband got a chicken dinner that was supposed to have carrots, peppers, onion and saffron….all he got was breast of chicken flattened with a small bit of carrot and a yellow sauce that tasted like chicken soup with butter for €21!! My lasagne which was €21 was dry and burnt on top. We only had that mains because the place was too loud with a group that was doing a cooking class. Will not be going there again. I don’t know who is giving 4/5star reviews.

30/08/2025: What a gem. Service was just top class, friendly, fast efficient. Value for money. Toilets clean, wash basin in mens needed clean is all & maybe needs an upgrade aesthetically wise. Eggs benedict - top quality bacon 🥓 was very tasty, could be but crispier, but personal preference. Hollandaise was delicious, lemon coming through. Poached eggs perfect runny... Coffee & tea solid. Highly highly recommended 👌 #supportlocal
