19/12/2025: Going here for breakfast (served till 11:45 daily) for two years now, weekly. Amazing food good atmosphere. BUT today——- I arrived at 11:47 and was greeted with “ sorry two minutes late for breakfast “ TWO MINUTES LATE. Well it’s time to find a new place for breakfast…. Thanks!!

06/02/2026: We came for lunch, the Thai red curry was delicious and a good portion for lunch. The bento box was also lovely. Nice and friendly welcome and service.

24/11/2025: I've been coming here as a place to get Iced Matcha in Wexford, but to be honest, the quality is honestly not up to par with other places in Wexford that are cheaper. It's just fine. I also found it so disheartening to hear the front staff so loudly talk to the kitchen staff in such disparaging and condescending tones. It made me feel terrible for the kitchen staff, I've been a kitchen worker and know how loud it can be and how many things you're juggling in that environment. Meanwhile the front staff are degrading you in front of customers? Just so unprofessional and completely put me off coming here again. It wasn't even that busy, so no reason for people to be so unkind to each other. I think I'll go elsewhere where staff treat each other with respect in the future...

02/09/2025: Seafood chowder was delicious; creamy style. Guinness bread also really tasty, perfect with some salted butter.

23/08/2025: Wonderful food! I had the spaghetti bolognese and it was awesome! The garlic bread was perfect, just the right amount of garlic and crunchy as I like it,

15/03/2026: What looked like a bar and possibly some bar food by a fire turned out to be an impressive labyrinth with exceptional food. The attention to detail shouts professionalism and prepares you for the delivery in the quality of service and taste in the dishes served. The price was justified based on the total experience. I’m personally delighted to see Cashel hosting a culinary experience like this. Any tourist to this town would only be impressed. The staff were very well presented and courteous, while having the local charm in a chat. Well done Cashel ☘️👏🏻

02/03/2026: I hadn’t looked at the menu ahead of time so arrived with no particular expectations, and it was great to be so impressed. The food was excellent, the service warm and the setting lovely. I wolfed down my starter (the smoked haddock velouté) and the burger was superb - a thick cut of meat piled with dressings and served with homemade chips. The wine list looked good, though I would have appreciated a non-alcoholic wine to match. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

24/10/2025: Can't resist stopping off here for a coffee when I'm passing through, what a hidden little gem. The taste is in a word 'perfect' (every time). The staff are cheerful and attentive, as soon as you walk in its unmistakable and adds a real personal element. A made to order cappuccino costs €3.50 which I would consider underpriced for what your getting "but shhhhh, don't tell anyone". You'll notice them take a bit more care and time than some of the larger chains and you can definitely taste the difference in your drink. If you have your own coffee machine you can buy a bag of coffee and I can honestly say its the nicest coffee I've found so far and I've tried a lot, branded as 'SUNDAY' it's a medium roasted Aribica/Robusta washed blend and a 1kg bag costs €30 and considering the best tasting supermarket coffee I could fund was Lavazza @ €25 it was well worth the extra €5 but a professional barista will always win when it comes to a taste test. Try it once and prove me wrong, I DARE YA!

15/03/2026: I have been here a few times before, food is always amazing and staff are lovely. I had no idea that they do loud music at night, this didn't go down well with my autistic friend. We will stick to lunch time in future.

28/12/2025: Very expensive place to shop definitely won't be back myself as a bag of groceries cost us the bones of €70. For someone on the road though it might be good stop to grab a few bits. There's a sushi place inside which is a nice touch, but again very expensive. Overall not a bad pit stop but definitely not somewhere to do the weekly shop.

01/03/2026: The room could use some updating. The view from the window was of a wall... what a shame.

26/02/2026: This time the stay wasn't as good as usually. The noisy party continued way after midnight. It was impossible to fall asleep. Disappointed
