20/06/2025: Authentic old Irish pub. Places like this are disappearing fast, mores the pity. Lovely pint of Guinness and friendly barmaid. Would loved to have stayed longer but I will be back soon.

14/10/2025: Had a christening here this week, it was my first time ever coming in here and saying I was impressed is an understatement. The food was gorgeous id the wings and the beef brisket.
Honestly the nicest food I've had in years. There were roughly 24 of us for the meal and there wasn't a single complaint everyone loved it.
Service was excellent too I can't wait to go back!

25/10/2025: Great atmosphere, lovely staff,one of the best meals we've had for a long time 😋. Oysters to die for.
The menu clearly states there is a service charge applied, which isn't excessive. It's also clearly written that you are under no obligation to pay it,we were also asked,as were other diners, if we were happy to,I didn't hear anyone object.
If we're ever back in the area,we would definitely eat there again,or stay over if possible.

01/05/2025: Had a lovely evening at Minnies. The atmosphere was relaxed and just right for a chill Monday night. Shoutout to the barman holding it all together - friendly, quick, and knew what he was doing. I’ll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Don’t try to go here while doing the ring of Kerry unless you are on a bus tour. They save all of their lunch dining for busses. We tried to go here, mostly to get our toddler lunch but no such luck!
13/09/2025: Watch out!! Tour bus lunch stop! Not one, but two large tour busses pulled up and dozens of American tourists entered for buffet lunch hosted by disinterested girl. We were there little before, it offered mediocre food. Worst steak and ale stew in a long time. Do not understand the rave reviews, place makes good money on the tour busses I am sure, bur for anything authentic, head elsewhere. Tourist trap.

Arrived on Sunday at 2pm. I was given a menu and we both picked sandwiches. 10 mins later the waitress said “oh sorry we gave you the wrong menu. There’s no sandwiches available.” I then picked roast beef and was told there was “none left.” The menu is awful and 90% seafood which I’m allergic to so we had very little to choose from. I got my son chips as he was starving. The chips were disgusting.
We won’t be back.

Off The Bone, menu

20/09/2025: Decided to give this lace a try again after a few years! Unfortunately the food was not good, half of my meal was cold on arrival and my partners meal was not good. Wait staff were really nice (hence 2 stars) except for the manager who thought it ok to give out to staff in front of customers
