The best restaurants

17/03/2026: Overcrowded, hot, you wait eternity to find a space to place order at the bar. Unfortunately, I had to escape out to breathe normally.

15/03/2026: Poor young lad behind the bar was working alone, he picked up the confidence to ask for help, only to be screamed at by what I presume is a Supervisor or Manager - The woman just started screaming at him in front of customers for simply asking for help serving the bar and collecting glasses, poor kid

25/02/2026: My first time in there, I loved it,food was great, staff were friendly, atmosphere was decent, even the punters were sound, the only thing that ruined the evening was the Indian chap driving the taxi outside charged me €22 from Quinlan's to Tallaght but that's not on Quinlan's. Just be mindful when getting your lift home folks. We'll done Quinlan's 👍

06/12/2025: I ate in the Restaurant last week and this was a takeaway. Absolutely delicious, some of the best Thai and Asian food I've had in Galway.

27/10/2025: Very good food – the vegan Pad Thai with tofu was extremely tasty, not too oily but still very flavorful. Service was very friendly and quick.

21/09/2025: We were here today September 21st, Sunday at 2:30. And it's closed for season. But Google maps said it's open. Dissapointing

06/03/2026: Great spot for breakfast/brunch but cab be very busy, so advisable to book a table to avoid disappointment. Lots of people being turned away on our last visit.

22/02/2026: Was a lovely surprise inside. On a sunny day, it was lovely place to sit. Staff were attentive, took our order promptly, everyone seemed happy with their service around us. Had the breakfast burrito wrap, was good. My partner had the french toast which looked amazing! The full french toast w berries looks so good too. The menu was the perfect selection for a weekend brunch menu. Their pastry selection looks very fresh/ authentic and lovely . Only thing i would improve is the payment station blocks the corridor, if they can rethink the location position of that, it could improve the flow when they get super busy! Their togo boxes are very flimsy, could try a different more secure brand. My only two suggestions for the owner^

02/02/2026: Great place to have a nice meal. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Food was delicious. I would definitely come back if in the area. I think 4.1 overall stars don't do them justice. I think if you want American diner experience and tasty food then step inside.

05/11/2025: We have always had nice varied meals here. The kids finish their meals for once.

16/10/2025: We went twice in one day. Once for lunch which was nice food and a beer. And at the end of the evening where there was a live band and a lot of drinking.

30/01/2026: It's rare to see a Western restaurant opened by a Chinese chef. It felt like some dishes incorporated Chinese elements. The prices weren't too expensive, and the food was delicious – truly excellent.

01/11/2025: I absolutely do not recommend it. I returned to this pub after years. I had eaten here several times years ago and found the food excellent. Things have definitely changed now. I ordered a Guinness stew, which turned out to be a lentil, mushroom, and carrot soup. The meat was practically nonexistent. From the way they used spices, it's clear that whoever prepares the dishes doesn't know the flavors of Irish cuisine. I couldn't eat it. Stop for a drink if you like, but for food, go elsewhere!

31/08/2025: A very tiny wonderful place, the best apricot oat slice I ever had! After a nice walk this is a very good option!

03/06/2025: Delicious sandwiches and cakes. Vegan and vegetarian options, and excellent, freshly baked bread to take away.
