19/01/2025: In itself, Insomnia's coffee is delicious. If you add to that that their employees are the friendliest and kindest, the result is perfection. I go every week and I already feel part of the place. Catriona, Chizara, Basileios are the best.

02/01/2025: Service was polite and efficient however the 'classic' calzone pizza was a nothing more than a stodgy parcel mess of doner kebab with a few bits of chicken tikka Hardly classic. Our fault for not reading the menu more closely.

23/09/2024: Alojarnos en el castillo de Ashford, esperábamos una cena increíble en Cullen, nuestra primera noche en la propiedad. Sin embargo, nos decepcionaron.
El interior es escaso en el mejor de los casos y se divide en dos comedores, ninguno de los cuales es atractivo. El menú imita el espacio, nada divertido y creativo, solo cocina típica irlandesa. Olvídate de comprar fish & chips, pollo o un filete decente aquí.
La mejor opción para la cena: Dirígete a Cong para disfrutar de una increíble comida en Pat Cohen's.

Monk fish: Main; Cooked well!! My issue is what it was served with??? A lump of smashed potato, turnip, chorizo, never have I ever got this combination in all my eating out: Left it; Awful 😞 paid €22.99 for this: Disappointed I was: yuck 🤢

17/12/2024: A fabulous place for lunch. Fire lighting was so cosy and warm. Some of us had lunch , others sandwiches or soup. The sandwiches were lovely. (Proper ham not processed crap.) The service was great. Will certainly be back.

08/09/2024: Four of us visited on a Saturday evening. Three of our party had Cajun chicken and it was faultless. I had sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection. The welcome was first class with a warm greeting and big smiles. The staff seemed really pleased to see us and that set the scene for a lovely evening. The place was modern and spotlessly clean. Special thanks to our servers Nadine, Leah and Bronagh (names in order of appearance!!). Their welcome, service and attention to detail throughout our visit was exemplary. We are so grateful to them for such a memorable experience.

10/02/2025: Very delicious food and at a good price, so it met our expectations in that sense. I didn't like that the cutlery was made of plastic. The place is quite simple. There is no terrace. I don't recommend the onion rings, but the rest is very good.
