03/10/2025: This is honestly a very good establishment. Not speaking English, the owner of the salon read my daughter's messages on my phone so I could have my coffee. He is very helpful and kind. I recommend this establishment. Thank you for everything.

09/09/2025: Absolutely delicious breaded chicken breast (one was curry and one was parmigiana) with cooked cabbage, carrots and a huge portion of Irish mashed potatoes!! Okay so the chairs on the patio were a bit warn but if you want some delicious home cooked food at a reasonable price..this is your place. We found our servers to very pleasant and friendly although we only saw them to order and when we got our food.

11/11/2025: Great pub. Friendly staff and so welcoming. Top service and the best guinness around. We will try the food next time and if it is par with the service and guinness, then you are on to a winner.

07/11/2025: Rude staff refused entry on weekdays early afternoon, because of my pants with side pockets. Are you guys normal? On my first day visiting Ireland, this gave me the impression that I don't want to come here anymore. This kind of behavior should not exist in a civilized country. Surely I will never set foot in Doyle!

31/10/2025: Reception desk staff were very helpful and informative, seeing as I was an evening arrival 8pm or later, I met with possibly a night porter, but the young Irish gentleman was efficient at checking me into my room in what seemed like under 1 minute, possibly one of the fastest check-ins I've experienced. The late night porters had their hands full when we all arrived back after all bars and clubs had closed..and were still very friendly even thought there were groups of drunk non-residents arguing at the doors trying to gain entry to the hotel. Thought of giving a 4 star review, because I rang reception desk a few hours previous to my check out time, on a quite Sunday morning, badly in need of a later checkout time, but was told was not possible due to housekeeping schedules, and the breakfast was basic enough, luke warm everything, arrived within 20 seconds of ordering from a bain Marie, one piece of everything, but to be fair.. I couldn't taste it anyway, the shots and varied drinks the night before had scared my taste buds into hiding. Treat the staff here respectfully and they'll go the extra mile for you, and they work hard at weekends because it's a party town, so don't make their more difficult than it needs to be. Would return here no questions asked

15/08/2025: Am not the type to post bad reviews, but by God it's probably the worst I have felt in many years, asking for an item that was gonna be reduced anyways to be reduced felt like I was planning to rob the item, rang the customer service for explanation only to hear the girl at the background making jest of my accent Very unprofessional I am totally shocked 😳😯 and disappointed In the end the manger apologised But the DAMAGE is done... 🤝

29/10/2025: Multiple staff members told us we couldn't stay at a table if all we had was water, despite a few of us having pints. Nice evening up until then. Won't bother coming back

16/10/2025: Twas a grey grey day, I was inclined and feeling open, to a creamy drop. I was wearing my trusty dewalts not a scuff in sight. I was feeling strong like a rolled steel joint (RSJ). I had my trusty work friend with me when we happened upon this lovely little battle cruiser (BOOZER). After a Guinness we’re persuaded to have a creamy beamy (beamish). Scrumptious delightful some might say the air was palpable. We necked a few staring at the walls which are nice and talking to the legendary bar man himself. He is a legend. Roy Keane brother often goes to this little joint. At this point I was spinning my work mate was straight on my case he said “ you’ve had a few” I said YOUVE HAD A FEW YOURSELF. We parted ways I’ve never seen him since. I do miss that viscous little man from time to time. Here’s to a great bar.

25/08/2025: Wow, seriously the best Chinese food we've ever had. Ordered the Thai crispy beef, crispy shredded chicken in honey sauce and the sweet & sour pork - all absolutely delicious. Don't normally write reviews but this is an awesome family run restaurant and they deserve all the success.
