27/11/2025: Unreal chips 😍 and I was trying to be healthier :) and they made me a side salad with spicy sauce, veggie burger with no bun and again the chips are delicious. Garlic mayo and garlic dip. My son's chicken burger was massive and he loved it. Very impressed.

11/01/2026: My experience is in relation to Avoca, not this store specifically. I ordered a Christmas hamper online and it never arrived. I have emailed three times, tried chat support, and tried calling multiple times and left a voicemail with head office explaining the situation and asking them to ring me. No one has responded to me and it is now 3 weeks since my order (I paid extra for 1-2 day delivery).

29/12/2025: Avoca restaurant has changed a lot since changing ownership. The menu is very disappointing. The food we ordered was just ok. Limp Caesar salad was the lowlight along with seafood spice bag. Would not recommend. Even the tea and coffee’s were disappointing. Will not be returning.

09/08/2025: Enjoyed a perfectly cooked full breakfast, at a refreshingly reasonable price with tea included (Barrys!). A rarity in that it's a old school proper cafe, nice and clean with a good atmosphere with great staff.

02/08/2025: Lovely breakfast, Food was very nice, coffee was very nice and hot very nice breakfast. Most of the girls lovely and good service.

15/12/2025: Really nice place for a bite to eat. The cakes are delicious! They have a good selection of food and cakes etc. well priced too. I highly recommend the mocha, not too strong. We'll definitely be back - I'd love to try the burger. Lots of seats available. There's a car park nearby too.

21/03/2026: Visited for Mothers Day for a very special family celebration. Unforfunately was greeted by an extremely rude Maitre D' who caused a lot of unnecessary distress following a request to accommodate a guest with mobility issues. Fortunately other staff stepped in and resolved the issue, even providing a round of drinks by way of apology. The rest of the staff were exceptional and very kind.

20/12/2025: You won’t get a nicer breakfast in town. The full Irish is a proper feed. The club sandwich is also lovely. And massive. At Christmas they do a festive club which is unreal. I’ve only recently deviated from my usual orders or either a breakfast or a club sandwich. Tried the loaded fries (pictured above). Sweet Jesus. What a feed. The belly buster burger is a sight to behold. Check out the pic. You'll need a lie down after it. Big credit to the staff also. You get service you only would from a family run business. A big welcome, bitta chat and craic, and efficient quick service. Port is lucky to have Eddie’s in town

19/03/2026: I visited about a month ago and just found time to write this review. I love mint ice cream, and it’s so good here! The crepe was even better than I expected—soft, fragrant, not too sweet, and easy to enjoy. I also really liked the staff; they were very polite and friendly.

22/02/2026: This is my second time reviewing this Applegreen. The staff are as welcoming and helpful as ever when I visit with my disabled brother. Unfortunately they seem to have permanently locked one of their two accessible toilets. The other is further away leading to accidents as we'd the habit if using the first one. The second one has nowhere to sit for changing, leading to stress and then meltdowns when we return to our food. Its such a shame when the facility exists to make it unavailable. If the wrong people are using it, they could put a code on the door for regular customers.

25/01/2026: A small, traditional Italian café with a limited selection of snacks (croissants, focaccia). The service is attentive and friendly. The food is of high quality. However, the prices are a bit too high (two 0.33-liter beers and two focaccias cost over €30).

16/01/2026: I had the best espresso in Dublin. The place is also beautiful and feels like being in Italy. The staff is excellent and above all speaks Italian.

10/10/2025: I visited Bunsen Blanchardstown on Friday evening (October 10th), and despite the place being incredibly busy with people constantly queuing, the experience was fantastic thanks to the amazing girls working on the floor. There were only three staff members managing all the tables and service, yet they went above and beyond to make sure every customer was looked after. They were constantly on the move, multitasking minute after minute, all while staying friendly, calm, and professional. The food was, as always, top quality fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. A special shoutout to the girl working Friday evening, dark hair in two braids, wearing a North Face T-shirt, she was an absolute Wonder Woman, absolutely incredible! So kind, attentive, and hardworking. She truly deserves recognition for how well she handled the chaos. But let’s be clear, the owners and upper management should be ashamed. Having only three staff on the floor and three in the kitchen for such a busy location is completely unacceptable. The fact that these workers are forced to carry the entire operation while management sits back and lets it happen is disgraceful. Bunsen has built a great name for its food and service, but that reputation doesn’t come from the owners, it comes from the incredible frontline staff who are being stretched to their limits. These girls aren’t just doing their jobs; they’re saving your brand every single shift.
