The best restaurants

26/08/2026: Victor - the manager of the Baggot St store is a credit to Sprout and Co and such friendly and personable manager! I had an issue with my order where I ordered on a Kiosk and the order unfortunately didn’t go through on the tills for them to make my bowl. After waiting about 10 minutes Victor approached me and asked if I ordered. He quickly resolved my issue and jot the bowl made for me there and then. Not only that, he ensured the next time I was there, I recieved a free bowl for what happened. Exceptional customer service and he really went above and beyond for me! These are the kind of moments that could ruin your opinion of a business, but instead, I have an even greater opinion of the business.

13/08/2026: Well worth the extra 30 seconds of a walk. We were in last weekend and had a great time. Caroline, Orna and Roisin were all very welcoming and attentive.

30/07/2026: The spices are excellent, much more aromatic than the spices you get in the supermarket. Cheaper too! And it's one of the two only places in town that sells mustard seeds. The butcher section is great, the chicken is probably the best I've ever had, juicy, moist and bursting with flavour

21/07/2026: Room was very low end - no air conditioning in very high heat - and bathrooms were poor quality. Location is good and place has gated parking - but would likely find a better place next time.

20/06/2026: The service at the desk was great. The rooms are the down side of staying here. Our room didn’t have AC. They had a fan in the room but it was still very hot. The bathrooms were very dated and could use an update.

25/09/2026: The service was great, the food was delicious We celebrated my mams birthday and we had the best time. Thank you for a lovely evening we will definitely be back.

13/09/2026: Usually food delicious and you get big portions. One time I ordered chicken curry and chicken seems to be not cooked properly. Atmosphere is nice and plenty of room for you to sit in. Service is good but staff could be more nicer. Overall is nice and quiet here for a family dinner.

28/08/2026: Lovey harbour restaurant right across the Greystones marina. Parking lot at the marina. The restaurant is spacious and offers indoors and outdoors seating. Very lovely and friendly waiting staff and good food. Medium price point.

26/08/2026: Been here plenty of times and often recommend to people as the food is very good. But unfortunately feel the need to make this review as the last 3 times the glasses have been dirty and the pints poor quality, particularly Heineken and Coors. The overwhelming reason for making the review as I visited today for lunch the staff left a lot to be desired (presumably because of an over reliance on cheap teenage summer staff). While carrying two pints to their beer garden a young female member of the floor staff with glasses watched me struggle to open the heavy doors while she attended to the cutlery station that's two feet away from the door and then laughed as I spilled one pint while I struggled with the door and avoided eye contact while I used blue roll to attempt to dry my clothing. Great experience.

02/08/2026: A very rude guy trying to make us go away because we didn't know how to drink proper coffee. Very bad attitude. Not much space to sit and enjoy, some really uncomfortable seating. The supposedly award winning coffee was just ok. Man if you don't like customers you're probably in the wrong business.

13/07/2026: Amazing service from the entire staff! We came here as it was one of the top recommendations for specialty coffee, and it did not disappoint. Normally not a coffee person but the cappuccino was absolutely delicious. I will say, though, the pour over is probably one of the most expensive out of all the places we’ve been to, but I guess the level of attention to detail makes up for it. Furthermore, staff were extremely friendly and chatty; they gave us a ton of food recommendations for our trip to Dublin! Thank you for the wonderful service!

13/09/2026: I had a great time there. Their service and food are amazing. We had fish&chips and Carvery. The venue has a rustic style, however they are quite modern, with robots and online menu which you can place your order as well. I would suggest avoiding the tables on the corner where the robots pass by. You may be surprised by one of the robots stopping close to you. It's no problem, can be funny or discomforting. But not a big deal. I'll be back to try others dishes.

08/08/2026: We recently moved to the area, and my underage daughter was exploring the neighbourhood when she came across this restaurant. She took a few pictures of the menu simply so she could show me and let me know what they offered, as we were considering ordering from there. Unfortunately, a man working at the restaurant came outside and started shouting at her, demanding to see her phone gallery to check whether she had taken any videos of the premises. He was very aggressive and then asked her where she lived. My daughter speaks very little English, and being underage, alone and approached in such an aggressive manner by an adult man made her feel extremely scared and frightened. There was absolutely no need for this kind of behaviour. If there was a concern about someone taking photographs, it could have been handled calmly and respectfully

12/06/2026: Its a simple accomodation but thats reflectes in the price . Very central . Rooms are clean and i had a perfect sleep . Abpve all staff is very friensly and helpfull . I came here with my bicycle and after asking where i could.park the bike safely they wven gave me the option of taking it intp my room . Also the adjacent bar serves very decent food at a reasonable price . Overall very pleasant experience to stay at the bailey .

We ordered: 🍅 Bruschetta 🍝 Baked Pasta (in tomato sauce) 🥣 Vegetable Soup 🍛 Vegetable Curry & Rice Every single item was absolutely delicious, freshly made, and served piping hot—which was an amazing bonus since it was raining heavily outside!
