The best restaurants

27/08/2026: We had our daughter’s Christening at Hassett’s Bar / Le Chéile earlier this month, and everything from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. A huge thank you to Anne-Marie, Liene & staff for all their help in making our special day so memorable. Everything ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The food was absolutely delicious, with very generous portion sizes. So many of our guests commented on how fabulous the food was. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the day. Thank you to everyone at Hassett’s / Le Chéile for helping us celebrate such a special occasion. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, delicious food and fantastic service.

12/07/2026: Myself and The Wife stayed in carrick court apartments 24th june til 27th and we both agree that the Staff in Tipsy Tailors were fantastic every day evening we popped in unreal they all are best spot in carrick to have a pint 100% we be back we also had our springer shelby with us and they were brilliant with her also great crew and thanks we see you again soon deffo best pub

20/08/2026: unbelievable experience from start to finish, my allergy was taken really well by all staff and they even double checked with my by showing me products which was a great piece of mind! cocktails were unbelievable

03/06/2026: Very nice staff but ridiculous prices. More expensive than Dublin. €11 for a Bagel with cream cheese and a Flat White. I suspect even the staff thought it was pricey as they offered me a free refill!

20/02/2026: WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD IN A 'RESTAURANT' !!!!!Terrible dried out overcooked pizza and lasagne was similar! Small portions too !White wine was acid! Overall poor. 50e for two, definitely not!!!!!Avoid, never going back! 0 out of 5!

06/08/2026: Anniversary celebration which had beenbooked in advance, as there was 16 of us including children. We had the upstairs private room. One waitress in attendance constantly, taking drinks orders and then food orders. There was a delay in getting the meals, which with number of us was understandable but the younger children were restless as they were hungry. Food was delicious as usual and there was a wide choice. Overall a very good night.

27/08/2026: It's a fastfood place... I orderes the chicken curry with rice. The only good thing was the rice. The curry sauce was indusstrial made and just warmed up for me. The vegetables were only onions. There was not really a good taste to it.

11/09/2026: I have been a customer here since 2018 and have never had a bad experience until our most recent visit. There was a new front of house male manager who wore a white rabbit t-shirt. We had a booking for dinner for 7pm and by 8pm we had finished our food (we ordered the bbq set A). As we always do, we stacked our plates so staff could clean-up easily. We stayed for 5 more minutes to let the food settle and finish our drinks. In those 5 minutes this new manager came over my shoulder shoving a bill and card machine into my face while I was on a phone call (I had assumed my partner had asked for the bill so I confusedly paid without notice) While on the phone call he proceeds to take our drinks and waited for my partner to put down her unfinished cup and instantly took it away from her. We had only been sat for an hour and the usual allocated timeslot for a meal is 2 hours, but we were essentially rushed out after just an hour. Such disgraceful behaviour from this manager. We have been coming here regularly for 7 years and this was not a typical experience. We usually have an amazing visit with great service, friendly staff and management, and we always leave a tip. For anyone going I would highly recommend as it is our favourite food spot in Dublin. I just want management to be made aware of the situation as i know from our many previous experiences this is extremely out of character for any of the amazing staff working there.

04/08/2026: Went here last night with the missus. Proper tasty curry and didn't cost a fortune either.

03/07/2026: Had an incredible meal here. Wonderful authentic Southern Indian cuisine - great chat with the lovely waiter from Kerala, who said the chef is also from Kerala. Perfect night out for a birthday dinner !
