24/12/2024: A perfect combination of past and present in this phenomenal bar! The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxed! Everyone is kind and polite! The prices are moderate, and the terrace is really wonderful, like a small trip to the past! The interior is beautiful! The building itself is impressive, and the surroundings are picturesque and wonderful for a walk! The service is professional, the food is really great, the coffee is phenomenal, as well as desserts and all other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails! It is suitable for families with children! They even have little chairs for them! You can also reserve a seat!

14/07/2024: This is not just a restaurant, not just a meal. Everything is made to stimulate your senses. The atmosphere will involve you completely and you will surrender yourself to it. Lovely staff, who we kept bothering and asking questions, and they gave back always with a smile. We're very happy we found this place and we intend to come back

10/11/2024: Decent station just a vending machine and toilets there, just be aware that bus eireann no longer collects from there even though online you can book a ticket from the train station but you need to go to Mill st that's the last stop for the buses it's about a 10minute casual walk from the train station

07/02/2025: My dad john ward was a well respected man and a regular in Carrolls bar yesterday was his funeral god rest him we contacted Carrolls and asked them could we have one pint each for his family as that was his wishes while the hearse was outside they said yes come and we will have them ready when we came to carrolls they had the doors locked this was bad respect in my opinion my dad use to do santa every Christmas in carrolls for galway hospice for charity my dad was a family man and well respected among the settle community at this day in age the way we get treated is ridiculous theres good and bad in every community but I have to say my father was never in trouble in his life nor his family this all I have to say ye showed bad respect for a man that came to your bar for years ill never come again any way 😡😡😡😡

30/01/2025: I love the bistro! The food is delicious. Best pizza in Tuam, gourmet sandwiches, and one of the best Irish breakfasts I ever had. The service is unique, the people are so nice and friendly and the restaurant is so cosy and warmly furnished. Can't wait to be back again for an awesome meal.

13/12/2024: Excelente marisco, personal amable y servicial y un gran ambiente. Tenía las ostras, John Dory a la parrilla y más ostras de postre, lavadas con un vaso de Muscadet. La carta de vinos es muy buena. La próxima vez, debe tener el fish & chips (merluza, eglefino y solla estaban en oferta en la noche que visité). El tazón de mejillones también se veía delicioso.

05/11/2024: Este es un lugar pequeño, a solo 18 asientos, a una cuadra del muelle de Aran. Gente muy agradable, y pescado con patatas fritas de primera categoría! Teníamos el eglefino, aunque había otras cuatro opciones ese día. Me encantaron los calamares con alioli de ajo y ensalada de lechuga mantequilla también. Los calamares estaban allí arriba con el mejor de todos, y me encantan los calamares! ¡Haz una reserva! Una joya escondida absoluta y vale la pena el desvío... a una media milla por el muelle desde el área de Grafton Street. El tienen vino por copa y botella también. Muy recomendable!
