With all due respect I was not aggressive, if I was, I’m sure you ou would have dealt with the matter instead of dismissing me and passing the matter over to a female member of staff. I was not annoyed until I spoke with you. The first thing you said when I explained the situation was “what do you expect” . I then said I was paying customer to which you replied “sure didn’t you get drinks in return for your money”. I felt that I was being spoken to as if I was a child. That’s when I said it was a disgrace. It was the overflow carpark that I was parked in and you do have lots of signs in fairness. This is also the case with other similar premise in the Dooradoyle/Mungret area. From my experience you would not be clamped in a similar situation in these premises. The thought of being clamped didn’t even cross my mind to be honest. I do not want get into a petty argument and I was not going to reply but felt I had to as I was not aggressive.
