The setting is very pleasant, and the only downside was the bill, which was over €60 in error. This was corrected and refunded with numerous apologies but without any offer of compensation for the inconvenience. A shame. A simple complimentary tea or coffee would have been nice.
22/05/2025: Beautiful setting to eat an exceptional seasonal menu. Quality ingredients / quality service and a relaxed formal dining experience make this gem a firm favourite of mine.

03/06/2025: We had another fabulous meal in Kaynes - this place has been our favourite restaurant in Killarney for many years and never fails to impress. Our waiter Matteo was efficient and courteous but also humorous. 10 out of 10 again!!
03/06/2025: Visited Kaynes Brasserie today. Lovely food and excellent service from Karen and Matteo.
Highly recommend the Gin Bramble Cocktail too.
We shall return tomorrow.

30/05/2025: Been to a few functions here and they never disappoint. Food is lovely and is served hot and fresh. Live music on some nights and a couple of snugs if you want some privacy to catch up with friends and get some food. Perfect venue for parties and the food platters are always served full of a variety of food. Staff are also really nice and friendly and very accommodating 👌

28/05/2025: The waitress was super attentive and the sandwich was delicious. I had an egg streaky bacon and it was crispy and warm. And the price was fair, which even impressed me considering it was at the airport. I loved it!

16/05/2025: Me and my girlfriend have ate here about 4 times now. Every time it has been wonderful and we’ve never been disappointed by the food or service. It’s a wonderful space to eat too. The best breakfast/lunch you can get, we usually go for an occasion as it’s an hour away but it’s always worth the trip. Portions are good which you sometimes don’t expect with this quality. All in all probably one of my favourite places to be and they make a decent pot of tea !

23/05/2025: Now there’s a really good REAL specialty coffee in a tiny outlet. When the weather allows, there are two small tables outside on the quiet square. Otherwise it’s strictly takeaway. But GREAT coffee and friendly service.
