03/09/2026: Vegan Brekkie was great! Atmosphere was nice as we entered and waited to order, would have been nice to dine in but I was in a hurry to catch my train so I got mine to go. Staff was friendly, and polite despite how busy it was. Again the Vegan Brekkie was delicious and left me feeling satisfied for the trip ahead.

13/06/2026: Pure excellence in service, staffing, hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness. This hotel possesses the highest quality in rooms, bedding and bath. Restaurant food is so delicious we were tempted to never dine elsewhere. The bar is top shelf in every way, including the pianists playing popular music.

01/09/2026: The best choice for my wedding! 🤍 I was absolutely delighted with the cake. We chose Red Velvet for the bottom tier and Berry Compote & Cream Cheese Dream for the top tier, and both were amazing! Neither was too sweet or heavy, and the sponges were incredibly moist. All of our guests loved the cake and complimented how delicious it was! Thank you so much for making our wedding cake so special! 🎂✨

01/09/2026: We honestly couldn’t recommend Newbay House Hotel highly enough. Our journey with Newbay House began back in 2023, when we chose our wedding date of 28th August 2026. From that very first day right through to our wedding day, Maria and Rachel were absolutely second to none. Their attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care throughout the whole process was outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always there whenever we needed advice, help or even just a little reassurance. They made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable for us. We definitely put them to the test when we decided to transform the ballroom into the Wild West 🤠, but they embraced every idea we had and helped us bring our vision to life. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our day so special. We also have to give a massive thank you to Paul in the kitchen. The food was honestly the best food we have ever eaten! From helping us with our choices to listening to exactly what we wanted and even tweaking dishes to suit us, Paul went above and beyond. Every course was absolutely incredible, and so many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was. It really was one of the highlights of our day. A huge thank you to Maria, Rachel, Paul and the entire Newbay House team for all their hard work, patience and support. From the planning stages in 2023, right through to the big day, you helped make everything so special and created memories that we will treasure. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and that meant the world to us. Thank you, Newbay House Hotel, for being such a huge part of our journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, better food or a better place to celebrate our wedding.

11/09/2026: Just spent 5 nights in Killarney with my wife, we visited Jack C's on our first night. We ended up going there every night of our stay for a few Guinness's. This was thanks to Alex and Ronnie who served us and the regulars including Oscar, Willy, Martin and the infamous Sham (man with strongest accent in Ireland). They were all so friendly and made us feel so welcome that we couldn't help but go back again night after night!

18/06/2026: I took my barista course with Eric and it really exceeded all my expectations. Complete course from theory to practice. Eric has a very good didactic in addition to the patience in teaching. The best of all is that even at the end of the course he still continues to help his students with improvement and tips. I loved it, it was super worth it!

02/08/2026: I was absolutely blown away by these mini cakes! They are not only beautifully crafted but also taste incredible. Every cake looked like a little work of art, with flawless finishes and amazing attention to detail. The flavours were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet, just delicious. Everyone commented on how stunning they looked and couldn’t wait to try them.

15/07/2026: Stunning cake with marbled mirror glaze and chocolate rose. This cake looked amazing, and everyone loved the black forest gateaux taste too. Great to have it gluten free. Big thanks and recommended!
