31/07/2026: I have been visiting Di Luca for some time now. When we went earlier in the summer, we had exceptionally good service which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you so much to Claudia, Miguel and Jose. The food was superb as usual

30/06/2026: We spent a long weekend in Murray's the staff could not do enough for us. The rooms are so spacious and recently refurbished. The food and music was great , I cannot wait to return next year.

10/06/2026: What a pleasant surprise this hotel was. Outstanding food (and I mean outstanding) beautifully stylish and comfortable bedroom (we had a sea view room). The helpfulness and friendliness , not to mention the competence, of all the staff was the best we have encountered in the last twelve months in three continents! Well done to all at the Doonmore hotel, to owners Andrew and Donna, what truly lovely genuine hosts you were. Wishing you all many more years of success.

05/09/2026: My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting Jaipur Dalkey twice during our recent trip to Dublin, Ireland, and both visits were memorable. Our first visit was to attend a pre-wedding event organized by the parents of the groom — we were instantly sold by the charming setting and delicious cuisine. Every dish was outstanding, and the presentation was incredible, almost like dining at a top-tier French restaurant, where portions are thoughtfully measured, plating is exquisite, and the flavors are exceptional. What stood out most was how distinct each sauce was, a refreshing change from many Indian restaurants that rely on the same base sauce across different dishes. On our second visit, we returned with some friends and ordered the Deccan Thali, which we loved for its variety. The virgin mojito was fantastic, and the Trio of Chicken appetizer was superb. We finished with the Mango Kulfi and Gulab Jamun for dessert — both absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Jaipur Dalkey to anyone looking for authentic, beautifully presented Indian cuisine in Dalkey, whether for a special celebration or a lovely night out!

29/08/2026: The service was exceptional, the lady was so warm and genuine, really keen to make sure we ordered the best thing for our preferences and didn’t rush at all (even though it was a busy Friday). Food was beautifully presented and rich. Great depth of flavour. Price point was good also. Would go again.

13/09/2026: ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience after almost 20 years of visiting I have been a regular visitor to Zucchini’s for almost 20 years. The food has always been excellent, and 99% of my restaurant and hotel reviews are positive. I am not someone who enjoys bashing businesses, which makes this review particularly disappointing. I booked a table online for my wife, my parents in their 70s and our 10-month-old baby. The booking system offered the option to add an infant and asked about buggy and high-chair requirements. I completed the booking and received confirmation. On arrival, I was told I had not booked for the infant and that there was no space for our group. I explained that I had booked correctly and tested the website on my phone, discovering that the infant appeared to disappear from the booking afterwards. I have screenshots and videos showing this. When I calmly raised the issue, the owner became extremely confrontational, told me to leave and threatened to call the Garda. This was deeply upsetting for my family, particularly my 77-year-old father. I want to give genuine credit to the assistant manager, who was polite, respectful and understanding. He acknowledged that there appeared to be an issue with the website and immediately tried to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, by that stage, we no longer felt comfortable remaining and decided to leave. Why I have been forced to post this review I initially posted a review on TripAdvisor and deliberately waited 24 hours to give the owner an opportunity to reflect and contact me. No such contact came. The restaurant’s response to my TripAdvisor review is inaccurate and fails to tell the full story. It states that the issue was resolved, but completely omits the threats made to intimidate me and my family. It also fails to acknowledge that we were respectful throughout, and that the assistant manager treated us with courtesy and professionalism. The owner was the person who was rude and confrontational, she was the only member of staff that we had any issue with. She did not have the manners to acknowledge any mistake, either at the restaurant or afterwards, and instead blamed me for a problem with the booking system. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I can now see the option to add an infant has been removed from their website. The issue appears to have been corrected, yet there has still been no apology. I have therefore felt forced to post this Google review as well as my TripAdvisor review, because I do not believe the restaurant’s response accurately reflects what happened. I have huge sympathy for the staff here, particularly the assistant manager, who handled a very difficult situation with professionalism and respect.

28/08/2026: Really impressed. Both had 3 courses, all irish sourced food. The lamb main was a special on the night and was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. All 6 courses did not disappoint. To highlight my wife said, her black pudding salad starter was potentially the nicest starter she has ever had. Staff were all smiling and there was a nice atmosphere with the music playing at a reasonable decibel level. 10/10 would recommend.

13/09/2026: A really nice pub, a bit off the beaten track and with a neighborhood feel. We loved it. The service was friendly and fast, and the Scotch eggs and Venison burgers were consistently delicious.

10/09/2026: This is a pub located a little away from the tourist areas. It seemed to be frequented by locals. Middle-aged people were gathered in small groups, drinking beer and chatting. The atmosphere was quite boisterous. However, there was an unpleasant smell inside. It didn't feel very clean. The staff were also unfriendly. So, I just had one quick beer and left. There are several pubs with a similar vibe nearby. I originally planned to go to a pub called Cobblestone, but there were no seats available. I wouldn't really recommend it.

17/09/2026: Luckily found this place and I can't stop thinking about the tacos. They were so so good.

13/09/2026: We’ve been going here since they opened years ago and the service used to be really friendly and the food used to be great. However, over the past year or so they’ve developed an increasingly bad attitude even towards their loyal customers and refuse to accommodate even very minor requests for changes to menu items. The final straw for us was when we placed a large order for the whole family, one of us can’t eat certain things for health reasons and asked to simply leave one ingredient out of the burrito and were told “we can’t do that”. When asked why, and if the burrito is pre-made, we were told “no, it’s just not what the burrito is” and told we could order a quesadilla instead, which would have been missing all of the other ingredients wanted in the burrito. Just ridiculous. We probably wouldn’t have cared as much if this wasn’t after multiple incidents of rudeness or just flat out refusal to be accommodating to their customers whatsoever. It’s not worth it for the expensive price you pay.

11/09/2026: The service was amazing. Food was fresh! Best food I’ve had so far in Ireland. I’m visiting from California and staying at loughe eske castle, we tried their food at the castle and it was way overpriced for food that was mediocre at best. We went to Biddys because we passed by it on the way in before checking in. It’s sort of out of the way but the food was so fresh and flavorful. Lots of flavor and smiles. Reasonably priced as well. I ordered the burger which was delicious! We got the soup of the day which was vanilla and turnip and it was quite nice. I didn’t get a picture of any of the food just the fish and chips that my mother in law ordered. Cheers!
