14/04/2026: The best and most authentic pub in all of Dublin! Here you can get a pint for €1-2 less than in the city center, and there's often live music while you sit in a cozy corner. We'll definitely be back!

12/12/2025: They wasted my short lunch time by removing the terminal at the self service so you cannot order there, but they didn't wrote any notice on the machine so you only notice after queuing to it and put your order in. I was not able to buy lunch today due to this as by the time i've noticed I wont be able to pay i did not have time left to queue to the other order

17/02/2026: Phenomenal lunch and generous servings. Each dish was absolutely exquisite with excellent ingredients. The cheese cart is a real treat. Taking the quality into account I think its good value. The staff were top class too.

27/04/2026: Fabulous food and Fabulous atmosphere no waiting time on the food and it was delicious, two days later and I'm still thinking of how nice the food is.The staff are so nice and friendly and I love the bread that comes with the table not many restaurants do that. The restaurant is lovely and homely .You feel at ease when you are sitting there.

13/09/2025: On a trip to Dublin with my partner, had just finished a tour at the Guinness Storehouse and needed some lunch. Found this absolute gem!!! I got the beef bulgogi bowl and it was amazing, the kbbq sauce was so yummy, and my partner got the Seoul Burger and couldn’t put it down. Very kind service and overall wonderful experience !!! Super duper recommend, some of the best Korean food I’ve had

04/06/2026: Popped in for a bite and a drink as I just moved into the area and I will be definitely making this place my new local! Food, drinks and service were all incredible. Lovely pub all round!

24/05/2026: The best local going! Great food, drinks and friendly staff. Especially loved the new brunch menu and cocktails today, fabulous as always. Couldn’t recommend the Vintage Inn more- and even better it’s dog friendly.

04/06/2026: Had a fabulous mid week lunch here, 2 adults and a toddler. The turkey and ham was delicious, huge portions and reasonably priced. Dining area or bar seating options. Very family friendly, with lovely staff who included the little one in conversation(unsure on a changing area for smaller children but was able to change nappy in the spacious bathroom stall) Would highly recommend to anyone looking a bite to eat!

28/05/2026: What a wonderful place. Mary's scones (tea biscuits) are out of this world and her coffee was excellent. She was extremely gracious and helpful, and even shared the secret of her potato bread. I highly recommend this spot.

06/05/2026: We had a lovely afternoon yesterday celebrating Emilia's confirmation. The table was decorated with balloons and Emilia was given a gift and card as she sat down, lovely touches and made her day ❤️ Special mention to Stacey who looked after us so well! The food was gorgeous and we all left with full bellies and delighted with a lovely afternoon

05/05/2026: Good value, good service. Not a fan of their boiled/roasted veg, but I’d probably be in a minority of their clients. Good place for Sunday lunch and an even better place for an early evening meal weekdays.

24/03/2026: can i give this place a 10/5... a total MUST when visiting Limerick! The oldest pub here, with the best atmosphere and Mike is the absolute very best! He truly knows how to pour a Guinness....no really there is an art to it, and he has mastered it!

14/06/2026: I am not usually one to complain and honestly, i wish I had said something while I was there. At the time I decided to let it go, but after thinking about it we’re disappointed with our experience. We were visiting Sligo on a short trip and were really hungry and excited to try the food. I ordered the Ghanaian groundnut chicken soup with fufu and as someone who is half Ghanaian, I was shocked by what was served. The chicken was cold cooked packet chicken out of a fridge from Aldi etc! The portion was also very small. The fufu was placed directly into the bowl with the soup poured over it and the slices of cold chicken on top, so I couldn’t eat it properly with my hands as is traditional. The whole dish felt very processed and lacked authenticity. Serving an African dish in this way felt lazy, no fresh chicken or juices from the chicken, just cold packet chicken! The soup itself was bland and the portion of fufu was tiny. I don’t think this necessarily reflects the entire restaurant, as I can imagine some of the other dishes may be much better. My partner ordered the jerk chicken with jollof rice. He really enjoyed the jerk chicken, but felt that the jollof tasted reheated rather than freshly prepared. Portion as also really small. The portion sizes did not justify the prices charged. Our server was very kind and friendly! which helped make the experience more pleasant. She let us know that the chicken would be about a 20 minute wait because it had just gone into the oven and we appreciated her telling us and we let her know that’s ok. However the food ended up taking much longer than expected, around 35/40 minutes wait. Overall, we left feeling really disappointed and still hungry. We had been looking forward to the meal based on the reviews, but unfortunately the food did not live up to our expectations.
