08/09/2026: The tempura prawns and seafood chowder were great!

08/09/2026: Wow! Totally blown away by this gem in Clifden. The food (we got the seafood skillet, soup, oysters, and mussels) were all delicious. The wine options were also great. The atmosphere and lighting was exceptional - so cozy and ambient, with so many private nooks and booths. The host and bartenders/servers were lovely and gracious. Would return any time and recommend as a stop to anyone! We went for dinner and were able to get sat at the bar with no reservation during the weekend, but they do get busy.

12/09/2026: It's better not to buy the chowder here; it has a bitter taste, and there are much better options. The waitress is rude.

05/09/2026: We come back to Old Street Restaurant every year when we’re in Dublin, and it has become one of those places we genuinely look forward to. We’ve been here several times now, including with family and friends, and the quality has been consistently exceptional. What really stands out is the food. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and especially the combination of flavors are outstanding. Everything feels thoughtful and beautifully balanced, with those little unexpected touches that turn a very good dish into something memorable. Today was no exception. From the main courses and sides to the dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. For us, Old Street is easily one of our top three restaurants in Ireland. And the fact that we keep coming back year after year probably says it best. Highly recommended. We’ll absolutely be back! ❤️

30/08/2026: This was our absolute favorite meal during our visit to Ireland. Definitely get the mussels, you won't be disappointed. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food. I would fly across the Atlantic again to eat here.

14/09/2026: I particularly booked this because of the Cuban band and everything could not be faulted. The food was excellent, the staff were brilliant, the band were great and overll the night was perfect. The group was called The Latin Formula and did a mixture of popular tunes with a Latin interpretation and some authentic Cuban songs from the buena vista social club, fantastic. Definitely seek this place out again next time were are in London

05/08/2026: Amazing place to visit. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. So visit when hungry, the atmosphere of the pub was great lots of friendly people to have a chat to. You go there and make so many friends that were previously strangers.

21/08/2026: Can’t recommend enough, best in Ireland by far. I’ve probably tried everything on the menu at this point and I’m getting hungry just writing this review. If I’m being 100% honest the cuscus is a lil dry but that’s how they serve it in Morocco, but nothing else u order there will disappoint.

10/08/2026: My friend brought me here and i had the baked penne pasta, it was one of the tastiest pastas ive ever had!! The vibe is so cozy and the decor is really wondeful.

31/08/2026: Great Guinness and atmosphere. Went in a couple of times including after the Bon Jovi gig at Croke Park. The live singer played lots of stuff to get people singing and enjoying themselves. Staff a very efficient and one of the cheaper pints in Temple Bar

22/08/2026: Live music with horrible Infrastructure which made the evening difficult to enjoy. Not one word was understandable and the bass was one big noise

01/09/2026: We stopped into Sheridan’s just for a glass of wine and ended up staying much longer than we planned. The wine bar is upstairs and has a really cozy, relaxed feel, with plenty of bottles to choose from along the wall as well as a great selection on the menu. We didn’t eat, but the food coming out to the other tables looked fantastic. What really made the experience, though, was the atmosphere. There were only four or so other tables when we were there, and the staff made everyone feel so welcome that before long, people at different tables were all chatting with each other. It felt less like sitting in a wine bar and more like being at a really good gathering. Special shoutout to Roland, who was warm, engaging and clearly knows his wine. He gave us a few different wines to taste and was just genuinely fun to talk to. A great little find in Galway. We went upstairs looking for a glass of wine and left feeling like we’d spent the afternoon with friends.

24/08/2026: If you love cheese and are passing through Galway, it would be a shame not to visit Sheridans! We went to the shop and received excellent advice from the young man who served us. He took his time, yet was quick and efficient, to let us taste several cheeses. We left with a lovely selection and the exact quantities we wanted.

19/05/2026: Ordered fish and chips and chowder. Chips were good but the fish was crispy but a bit bland but the chowder was very tasty. Portions were slightly big

05/05/2026: Great location and service. Very accommodating to a toddler and her parents. The bread pudding is out of this world. The owner was on site and saw to it that everything was running smoothly.

20/09/2026: Decent quality matcha for the price for all my matcha lovers, just a little watery - and I found a bit of wood or something in my drink, likely broken off from the matcha whisk. The garden cake was delicious:) would probably come back

09/09/2026: That was my restaurant where I was buying breakfast once in a week the time I was still in ireland.when I go back again will definitely pay a visit and buy myself a lunch or dinner. They serve the great breakfast and Lunch.The staff was smiling and have a great customer service.

23/08/2026: I tried Leonardo's smash burger and now I understand why Leonardo liked it. The only problem was that the meat was a little dry, but everything else was great.

23/08/2026: Popped in during a brief stop in Cobh today. I had the prawns with garlic bread and a pint of Guinness. A delicious, well-sized meal and the perfect pour! The staff were all incredibly kind, lovely and provided wonderful service. A special highlight was sitting out the front with my pint and cigarette and was accompanied by a local for a chat. I was having a bad day, but that was delightfully turned around by the good craic at Leonardo’s ❤️
