13/01/2025: Lovely food and coffee. Friendly staff and despite how busy it was we weren't rushed out the door. The place is a bit small and gets packed quickly, the bathroom needs some work. However lovely place to get a coffee or hot chocolate and read a book. 🍀

03/12/2024: Went with a work crew. Place looks fancy. Food is sweetened - wouldn't call this authentic Chinese. Probably suits the Irish palette though. Major difficulty was the food took ages to arrive. Way too long. We arrived at 6pm for a game in the Aviva at 8pm. We ended up missing the first 10 mins of the game after shovelling down the food (that arrived to the table after much urging at 19.45). Definitely a problem and those in my dining group were fully aware of it so it's known by the restaurant too.
Summary: Place is fancy. Food is ok. Service of food is poor. 2 stars seems fair.

07/11/2024: Nos encantó este lugar! Fuimos allí a jugar a los dardos mientras bebíamos cervezas y eso es lo que conseguimos! ¡Hemos conocido chicos que jugaban con nosotros y nos sentíamos como si fuéramos parte de ello! ¡Un ambiente auténtico y tradicional!
Además, el camarero era adorable, Shane, y no se enfadó conmigo mientras gritaba demasiado 😅 (¡Estaba ganando! )
Gracias Shane, Robert (en el bar) y todos los irlandeses que hemos conocido! ¡¡Volveremos!!!!

15/11/2024: I usually like to order the same items everytime I get something from Donatellas. Tonight I wanted to change things up, ordered a carbonara and I can't say that I am satifsied.
The pasta used was spaghetti, the pieces of bacon are thin and flappy, there was no sign of bechamel sauce and everything is absolutely dripping in oil. There was so much oil that there is a visual layer of oil at the bottom of the the dish, everything that I lifted had oil dripping off of it, its practically inedible. I do not reccomend.

07/12/2024: Went for consultation today about a baby shower cake. Wanted a pink heart cake with piping.
Was very disappointed when they told me they couldn’t do piping…I think that’s like the basics of cake decorating and also couldn’t do pink unless I had a strawberry flavoured cake…you could go to Aldi and get pink food dye.
Also couldn’t do it in the time frame I wanted as closed the whole week after Xmas.
Very disappointed and wouldn’t come back.
20/08/2024: I orderd a birthday cake on phone, its coming exactly same what i asked her. Andd its really quick.It was nice and fresh . My son loved it.

14/10/2024: The atmosphere was very bland, thankfully there were 6 of us there for a meal and created our own atmosphere. Our server Klaus was amazing, very friendly and welcoming, was great with the 9 year old with us and nothing was too much to ask him
