01/05/2026: I was there for the first and last time. The lady didn't have time to make me a coffee. After a while, she made me coffee on the spot, and I asked for takeaway. The service is poor.

24/04/2026: Super little cafe, great food and reasonable prices.

23/05/2026: Disgusting place. Dirty tables. Food was awful and over priced. Kebab was the worst I ever had, rubbery meat and so little salad in it was hard to see , the bread was more like a basic wrap. Portion of chips and curry was tiny for 5.99 and horrible curry burnt taste of it . Definitely will not be going back Here. Shocking to be honest.

14/05/2026: I usually get a buffalo pizza from Apache kanturk and it’s so yummy so good but yesterday I went to get it and I don’t know if they changed their toppings or what but it wasn’t good, the bacon tasted a little odd and the ham looked like bacon, I don’t know about a buffalo pizza anymore

27/05/2026: Very friendly staff, one lady always makes time for the older customers to have a chat, one of the staff remembers my order even though we barely speak, one of the more customer friendly McDonald's by miles, always clean and tidy unlike the rest of Dublin's McDonald's

21/04/2026: Generally of good variety, especially for Arabic food ingredients. Moderately overpriced items compared to the stores in Coolmine but this is a common issue with all halal shops unfortunately.

14/04/2026: Worse, it was the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. The bread was like chewing gum, there wasn't a single edible item, even though I ordered fries and a sausage. I've never seen a sausage with so little flavor, and they don't even accept cash.

11/01/2026: My partner and I had lunch here recently, things started out well, with an excellent pint of Chieftain craft beer, and a cosy fire on a cold January day, but what a disappointment the food was. My roast beef was overdone, served with just mash and boiled carrots and cauliflower, no sign of the other trimmings you might expect, roast potatoes? Yorkshire pudding? Horseradish sauce? The gravy was dismal and tasted only of packet gravy browning. Won't be eating here again.

10/06/2026: Had a mini breakfast here this morning, nicest breakfast I have had out in a long time. The sausages were gorgeous not those big deep fried ones most places hand up. I will definitely be back.😊

12/06/2026: Service was good, but the sushi themselves have changed since the last time ive ordered. I ordered large party set. Previously they had cucumber maki and radish maki along with the salmon maki and tuna maki, now cucumber and radish were gone. Omlet nigiri, i guess thats how they are called, now are twice smaller than previously. Also rolls with fish stufing were missing from my order. The lady owner that i used to always deal with regarding my order, she made sure the orders are right, no mistakes made and that the food was top quality, i havent seen her this time, so i am not surprised. This was my top 1 pick for sushi takeaway, even then i drove from Co.Meath. And when they closed down in dublin not far away from the city centre, i used to drive 1 hour and 40 min, just to collect my order from Sandyford. Now i think i will be looking for a new sushi takeaway, unfortunately.

20/05/2026: Dropped in for the first time for lunch during the week. Was really impressed. I’ve atmosphere inside and excellent food. Very good menu. Will definitely return.

15/03/2026: Great chipper, always a tasty meal. The pizzas are fantastic and great value. Also would recommend the milkshakes.

02/11/2025: Edited as it's my second day in a row getting this. The food is absolutely top notch and some of the most reasonably priced food around with amazing taste! They even do a vegan beef burger which is so so nice and the curry and satay dishes I've had are also 10/10! Staff are friendly too so 10/10 to the staff as well!

23/10/2025: Rude reception. Got burger and chips with no sachet sauce. I had in a takeaway but was waiting for someone to pick me up when I decided to check my bag and have a few chips. But she yelled ‘u can’t eat here!’ I didn’t order for dine in. All I wanted was to sit for few minutes while waiting for my pickup. Why should a food service be unwelcoming? I didn’t have appetite to eat my food after such rudeness.
