31/12/2024: What a disappointment, even though they were very friendly and the place was very nice, the food was very tasteless and the portions were ridiculously small, we were left hungry, but we didn't continue ordering because it didn't taste like anything

15/01/2025: Food was very average got avocado toast with poached eggs, asked for soft eggs but they were rock solid, very over cooked. food was meh just very over priced for what it is .

28/01/2025: A WARNING TO ALL This hotel is hosting refugees, I was only fortunate enough to find out as I have family living in the area, there is absolutely nothing notifying customers on the twin trees website or booking sites. This is truly unacceptable putting families in danger like this.

23/09/2024: Just returned home after a stag weekend in Glancys accommodation in Carrick on Shannon. We had 23 guests and I would definitely recommend staying here for your stag/hen party. The accommodation was clean, loads of parking, plenty of space for all of our guests, showers all worked perfectly and the location is a short walking distance to the Main Street. Jim organises someone to work as security on the complex until 5am so there is no messing about and they ensured everyone got home safe by giving us a card to call if we ever got in any bother while out on the town which is a class touch. Glancys sports bar directly across the road from the accommodation is a great spot with a cracking breakfast/food and outdoor beer garden, pool table and I would like to thank Jim and the team for their hospitality the weekend was class thanks from myself and all of our guests.

25/08/2024: Nice grub from the Chinese restaurant. Very lovely pints and a great bar service.

10/11/2024: a great view and delicious food, our first ever clam chowder and it set the bar. Such a beautiful view on a good day, we will be back

23/10/2024: Just a quick coffee,very lively bar area, spotlessly clean hotel/bathrooms / bright and cheerful on a dull windy day !!

06/01/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff! Pricing is ok. The store is directly adjacent to a big parking lot on the Bray beachfront. The coffee is very good and prepared with attention to detail.

26/11/2024: It has long been my favourite place to go to for coffee. The team are exceptionally professional, friendly, and courteous in their interactions with their customers. I recommend it unreservedly.

31/01/2025: Absolutely terrified I was been parked out side charchole gril mary Street galway just been threatened by a delivery driver that told me I shouldn't be parked there even do I made space for this guy is dangerous and threatened me I phone he said he was from Turkey and said it was my last chance for been cheeky I phoned the manager to report this and he denied everything he was very unhelpfully a d said not to phone there I have beena customer for years but not anymore with this dangerous individual making threats and management not helpfully just be carefull folks this guy is aggressive individual the way he bullied and threatened me guards notified other than that food was always good

21/01/2025: From the lady that took my order over the phone to the man that delivered my food, I genuinely cannot complain, the food is exceptional as are the staff,everything was 100%,I can highly recommend roma takeaway .Tonight I ordered from roma takeaway, the only thing that was nice was the delivery driver, John Dempsey and the sausages for the dog,my taco fries looked like dog food.and didn't taste nice at all, never again would I order from here, absolutely disgraceful for what they charge

14/01/2025: I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised with Roma Takeaway. The fresh cod was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly. It was great value for money. I found it by chance while looking for somewhere else, but was glad when we tasted the food. I would definitely recommend this place for some good food.

02/12/2024: Dislike giving local restaurants negative reviews - but sometimes the consistently negative vibe warrants it - firstly the food is always excellent and throughly fresh - junior waiting staff always pleasant and efficient - senior waiting staff and managment have consistently made one feel like they are doing one a favour by letting one in the door - this mornings experience was, on almost finishing my gorgeous food I was asked if I could move tables as a party of four had requested my table - there were other tables that could have accommodated the four and moving meant moving all my belongings etc. - one of the party acknowledged my natural inconvenience at having being asked to move - stating they had requested that table by the window four days ago - as there does not appear to be online booking with requests this request must have been made by phone it seemed that desired - if so, then management displayed a lack of care both to them and myself by not placing a "Reserved sign on said table to avoid unnecessary drama on both sides - again always delicious food and pleasant junior staff - I have always found here that the higher up the chain goes, the obnoxious attitude is very obvious - the food while always delicious, after today's experience the taste the rest on most visits leaves one with dilutes it to unacceptable level of pleasant - hardly possible to figure out one would imagine, as the problems have never originated at the lower level of the business from my experience/ observations - good luck!

19/10/2024: Chips much better this time as I asked for them to be fresh, not reheated, cause I got bad chips on my last online order. I did take away. Much nicer chips, fresh cod was lovely batter nice and crispy. Not much to say about service cause nobody ever says much when you place your order, but to be honest they have a job to do. But a smile or some pleasantness would be nice. Children's burger chips good, and nice little treats with it was a lovely touch.
