The best restaurants

07/08/2026: Not enough people for providing service. One person doing all service, billing, order taking etc. Went on weekday with with children and friends and made wait for more than 50 min. The starters served at the end and missed order made at very beginning. Family came with elders also seemed leaving due to waiting so long. Customer time is also valuable. Hope management will look into the issue.

04/08/2026: Editing my review after few months. The place has gone down, smells oily when we enter. Ordered chicken kizhi parota the other day and when it arrived the meat looked not like chicken! Then asked the sever about it before eating it he confirmed that it’s chicken! Took a bite and it was red meat! Guess what I got served beef! Beef! Yes beef! Due to my religious Belief I am not allowed to eat it but they made me eat it! Never going back again! Big thumbs down 👎

03/08/2026: Enjoyed a great night here with amazing 4 piece band on stage at 9.30. Lots of stags and hens about but the atmosphere was very enjoyable. Good strict door staff ensuring there were no incidents. Would definitely return to this place.

10/09/2026: Ordered from here for the first time yesterday it was really delicious, mixed veg were crunchy and so fresh, good generous portions, quick delivery, friendly helpful staff, delicious spice bag, all round very nice. Im looking forward to the next one! Got free chicken wings which were good too 😋

05/09/2026: Absolutely amazing best take away out there and better than blanchardstown take aways food always fresh ,tasty ,potions big price good for this times around ,servis brilliant, .me and my boyfriend order noodles whit prawns, regularly, than one day we change for munch box ,witch lady was so helpful and she recommended to us we can get plain box whit out salt ,this was absolutely lovely, we 💯 recommended this place

17/05/2026: I chose The Imperial Hotel because it is a favorite venue of mine to meet friends for coffee and lunch. The interior is really nice and the staff are always amazing. My recent meetup group event exceeded expectations thanks to a young member of staff named Aaron (Bar and Restaurant) Having a professional background in tourism and having worked as a duty manager myself, I understand what it takes to provide seamless service. I really appreciate the massive difference that a genuine personal touch makes to the guest experience. Aaron met us upon arrival and was absolutely exceptional and very capable. He took everything in his stride, managing our group effortlessly and providing a level of service that thoroughly impressed everyone in attendance. Because of the fantastic experience we had with the area provided for our coffee event and the personal service both Aaron and the girls delivered, my group has already requested that we return to The Imperial again soon. 11/08/2026: We ordered a small wedding cake at reasonably short notice but Gary was more than helpful with ideas and suggestions of the best size and design to suit the occasion. He even delivered it himself as he was concerned how well it'd travel given the heatwave we were having. We were delighted with how the cake turned out and it was delicious, thanks Gary!

27/07/2026: Very, very hit and miss. Sometimes, the chips are the best tasting I've ever had. Other times, the chips are bland, dry and tasteless even when I specify "plenty of salt and vinegar". The same can be said for the BBQ rib kebab. Too much variability and you never know how tasty the meal will be which is disappointing. This lack of consistency ensures San Marino remains small like the country when it could be a giant in the fast food industry.

26/06/2026: Food is pretty gross Burger is just a frozen thing heated up Chicken baguette with bacon was disgusting ,it’s small frozen like pieces of chicken no bacon and a wilted tomato with way too much mayonnaise on a baguette The place is probably ok for drinking etc but not a meal All the handles on the doors are sticky dirty as is the floors Pretty let down over all

03/08/2026: What can I say about murphs great little bar Always welcome on arrival Martin and all the crew very pleasant and look after everyone Even the local lads always someone to have the craic with excellent flow of Guinness Good craic on darts night and pool area also upstairs excellent music in the evening Not forgetting Joe and Lou 2 great ladies Never short of words Can’t wait to get back down and see all the gang especially rocky and Tommy 10/10 ratings Maxi and Bernie

03/09/2026: Awful experience today after coming for 5 years. We paid 48 euro for 2 fish and chips with drinks and curry sauces, fair enough as everything goes up in price. My fish was rotten, bad smelling and tasting, we told the staff. A chef half my age came out and stood over us asking ‘what is wrong with the fish’ as if telling him it was gone off wasn’t enough. He proceeded to tell us very rudely that this is ‘how fish taste like’. In my whole life I have not been served rotten fish and told that it’s my problem and I should eat it as it came this morning. Does coming same day means it cannot be gone off?? I have never been treated by any restaurant like that ever anywhere I have been to and this young man will find out the hard way some fish is spoiled when it arrives. Needless to say we won’t be going there again and want to warn others. Staff seems different every time we go there and you just cannot maintain quality with lack of training and bad attitude, finer establishments fell on that hill once the tourists clear out and locals get burned.
