14/04/2026: Hotel was in an amazing location with epic views. Staff were brilliant. Good was good albeit expensive for dinner. Offered an expensive family suite on booking but didn't exist so got screwed over room cost. Internet was dodgy at best especially on the ground floor & with a teenager in tow that was annoying. Room was OK but small for what i booked. Some places looked aged, pool area was very aged & changing rooms were sopping wet constantly. Gym was adequate.

27/10/2025: Facilities are great, but I’m surprised by the reception staff They are not well aware of how to inform newcomers who wanna join. They don’t have enough knowledge or experience literally pushing out the people like by find by yourself something online. I don’t understand if the staff saying to be searched by yourself then I don’t think so. The staff member should be there too then.

03/04/2026: food is brilliant with a wide variety of choices. the food is delivered swiftly, and mainly always warm. the atmosphere is perfect inside and out. pizza point ticks all aspects whether you want a light meal, or something big. overall would highly recommend. 10/10 never miss.

06/04/2026: We had an absolutely great time for a large birthday booking for food & drinks, one of the best bars in Cork if not Ireland - Rory is a legend and really looked after our whole group, the service from start to end was outstanding, and we felt extremely well looked after by Rory and the whole staff - thank you!

11/04/2026: This restaurant has a take away on the premises…. Food is not made to order…. The fish n chips are taken from under lights in the take away… €22… i was unlucky to get cardboard chips are dry cod….and staff told me the above….

06/05/2026: After walking the town and spending some time down by the harbor just taking it all in, I figured it was time to grab a bite. I made my way over to Kelly’s Pub, settled in, and kept it simple with a Jameson, ginger, and lime. No luck on food; no pub toasty this time. Slight disappointment there. But honestly, it didn’t take much away from the stop. It was one of those smaller, quieter pubs where you’re not there for anything flashy, just a drink and a moment to sit. I stayed for a bit, listening to the staff talking back and forth, the kind of easy conversation that tells you this place runs on familiarity more than anything else. Even without the food, it was still a solid pause in the day.

05/05/2026: If you're looking for a truly quaint spot, this pub is a must-see. It's located right on the beautiful seaside promenade, and the atmosphere is truly Irish. I drank an excellent Guinness, expertly poured. Keep in mind that they don't serve hot meals or food, so if you're feeling peckish, your only option is the classic bag of chips (which always go well with beer). Prices are absolutely average for the area. Highly recommended for a refreshing drink.
