27/12/2025: My daughter & I visited the Quays bar today & had food that was reasonably good. Unfortunately the place was absolutely filthy, our shoes were sticking to the floor. Toilets were disgusting & absolutely filthy with no toilet roll & when we asked we were told there was none. I dread to think what the kitchen was like.

21/02/2026: Tonight I ordered a ginger boy, half of the box was onions, there was no garlic, 2 micro sticks of ginger and 2 slices of shitake mushrooms. Prawns were over cooked. I'm very disappointed because last time it was excellent. If there is no consistency in the food quality I won't order again.

17/01/2026: Chips absolutely vile so filthy had to throw them in the bin sausages a little over cooked but edible. I will Never buy food from here again.

08/09/2025: Ordered 2 portion of Vermicilli noodles and a portion of egg fried rice, only got one delivered along with the egg fried rice witch was black and burned and then the second one came burned as well and every veg on it and piece of chicken was black and the smell of smoke and burned food was to much ! Never again, bin the food you get of them , prices are over the top and for what ? Nothing trust me.

15/05/2026: Asked about vegan food and was the definitely served dairy cheese even after checking with the server. They also insist on charging extra for each additional item, including salad. Thought I would pay 9.50 and ended up being 12 somehow

12/04/2026: I live near Dino’s and stopped going a few months ago because it was quite disorganized, the food was often cold, and the chips were undercooked.
I went back last Friday and was really impressed with the change! The staff were confident and knew what they were doing, and everything was running smoothly even with a long queue.
Big credit to the new manager, what a difference! Now I can finally enjoy my chips close to home again 😊

14/11/2025: Horrible takeaway service and food is shocking always arrives cold or late I pay 5 euro delivery to a town literally 10 minutes away for it to consistently come late and cold pricing is ridiculous real reviews about this place have probably been taken down like this one will be but I have ordered from here for months and it’s the most inconsistent food you’ll ever eat.

Me and my friend ordering pizza as separate orders, I ask “how many toppings can I get” , man says to me 2 or 3?? I picked 3. Then the rules magically change when my friend orders and he says “actually you can get 4” and wouldn’t let me add another topping because it’s already put into the system. I ask for a garlic shake which is written FREE on the menu and he says “you already picked your toppings” , bro has not a clue. please train staff.
