The best restaurants

26/08/2025: (Applicable to all Veggie Indian Groups and families) Good Indian restaurant if you want a quick change in pallet after eating a lot of carbs! The food quality is good and up to the mark. Some of us fellow Indian may not like as much, but make sure that you request the manager and the waiting staff about your requirements when they ask you. They will make sure to make it as per your taste. All in all, a good restaurant and a good find for us during our Ireland and N Ireland road trip. I would recommend it.

17/08/2025: The food was awful we had to explain the order 3 times still the waiter didn’t understood the order the manager then came and checked with us the order was correct or not but the order he received from his waiter was incorrect, the food which was supposed to taste spicy tasted sweet. Worst experience ever.

15/09/2025: Not the best screen or screen size. The projectors are mediocre incapable of handling quality visuals. The speaker are just "okay" nothing good.

14/09/2025: Unfortunately, it has absolutely gone to the dogs. 10 years ago, it was the best cinema in Dublin, now it's not even close. Screenings 1-9 are knackered, badly in need of renovation. The slushie machines are never working, which is one of the only pros of going to Cineworld is the slushies. They added a coffee machine recently and it's shockingly bad, taste worse than instant coffee. The vibe seems completely soulless, so many staff working but no atmosphere whatsoever. The only reason to go here is the IMAX and Odeon have the better Odeon experience anyway. This and The Savoy are absolutely washed. It's a shame because they should be so much better. If you're in the city, I recommend The Lighthouse or the IFI.

16/08/2025: Took an hour and a half to get food, pints were flat, order was wrong, would not recommend or go again.

10/08/2025: First time ever staying on a mobile site. Best break I've had in years. The food has been absolutely amazing.. presentation fab .. delicious ..so nice and everyone lovely. Can't wait to be back here soon. Edel has really looked after us for our stay here so special! Tara

06/08/2025: Ordered the Smokey Joe’s Pizza — got a completely different pizza dumped in the box. No bacon strips, wrong veg, random toppings. Didn’t match the product photo, didn’t match the ingredient list, didn’t even look like anyone tried. If you’re going to charge €23 for a monster pizza, the least you can do is send the right one. Won’t be ordering from Four Star Bray again unless they sort their kitchen out. The garlic bread is abysmal, it's a joke. The chicken strips were fine. The curly fries were disgusting, slimy, and limp.

01/08/2025: I usually love four star pizza but when I order from bray the base of the pizza is always completely dry which ruins the taste completely. They need to get the four star in naas to give the guys in bray a lesson on how it’s done

11/09/2025: It was the only place that was open at that time. It was fine..A bit cluttered inside in my opinion.

16/08/2025: Food is homemade, fesh and filling. Coffee is the best in town. A great place for a family meal or a quick coffee break while in town

13/06/2025: This is the best Chinese. Bao bao chicken is amazing. I love amber fire chicken too. Their food is really tasty in general

01/03/2025: My poor grandad sat with me while I drove 25 minutes each way to get this food, as we remembered it being fantastic. Tipped the staff as we paid, walking out happy with food that smelled good enough to eat-unfortunately it absolutely wasn’t edible!!! We ordered x2 phad Thais which were sweet and sour, not phad thai. Bbq ribs, which tasted like they were soaked in salty water and the sauce was thick salt water. The chow mein was salty and the noodles were mushy in the mouth, everything was salty, inedible salty. Grandad got special fried rice, which is still on the table the poor man could not ingest that absolute monstrosity. Chips were like they were reheated. The only edible thing was the chicken balls, lucky for the kids! I have a house full of people who cannot eat their dinner. 70 odd quid to sit around a table with a huge amount of food waste ?? Am glad for my brown bin!! Do not eat here. I don’t know if it’s the ridiculous amount of MSG making it salty or soneone dropped the container, but as someone who has worked in a Chinese herself I don’t know how you could send that out.

02/06/2025: Try this Chinese takeaway shop. Highly recommended spice bag. Cause it’s more crispy than others. I'm a truly spice bag lover! By the way. They have ice cream & milkshake as well. Spice bag and milkshake are great good combination.

20/08/2025: My favourite takeaway in Cobh, because they have the best all 3- Best Pizzas, Best Burgers, & Best Kebabs. I find they also have the most reasonable pricing for their food, compared to other takeaways here who charge an arm & a leg. Always quick delivery too.

20/08/2025: If you're a kebab fan, this place is perfect for you. The service is incredibly friendly. Even when they have a ton of orders at the same time, they're always friendly to customers who sometimes aren't so friendly to them. If you see a bad review here, don't believe it. I've lived here for several years and have always been served quickly and in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

25/05/2025: The waiter and the Owner were really rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I found it quite expensive — I paid around €8 for a pint of Moretti. No service at the table.

29/08/2025: Had a full Irish with tea. It was perfect. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff, great to see staff interact with customers with a laugh and a joke.

21/08/2025: Overpriced, ham and cheese toasty, poor quality and taste.

10/09/2025: Absolutely awful. The only positive is that I made a fresh pair of shoes out of the rubbery, overcooked cod and batter.

12/08/2025: Do not go here and I mean it. The pictures of the food is completely fake. The food is bland. A small cup of ketchup is 2 euros and they dont even tell you sometimes. Its price comes from how much bland unsalted fries they put in your meal. Thanks for reading do not go here its horrible.
