The best restaurants

18/12/2024: I just come from Dublin tonight to Kilkenny and I ordered from this place. This is the worst food I get it ever.🤮🤮

18/12/2024: I've been in this place for three times last three weeks I'm not happy with any surface here

15/12/2024: We were left standing for for almost 10mins on entry. Plenty of free tables and staff, but most of the staff seemed to be wandering around aimlessly. We just left and went somewhere else.

08/12/2024: What a fantastic establishment The staff are trained correctly they are respectful and delighted to have served me in this fantastic restaurant, The food is fantastic and a lot of what they sell is done in house everything is made from scratch. They have a cooking school upstairs also might be work checking out. What ever this restaurant is doing it works and it's a template that should be used or mirrored in many other food services outlets make dealing with staff far more pleasurable and give you reason to revisit again. The hook and ladder is one place I recommend that is worth visiting by everyone

05/01/2025: Avoid this place!! Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional staff. It does not matter if you are well dressed, sober, and has a valid ID from the UK. Perhaps, it is a level of treatment encountered in third world countries. They don’t give you the reason for do not allowing you entering the venue. I’m certain they could as they are Irish and I assume they speak English fluently. I highly recommend the management team to fire your staff and when hiring the new one provide a proper customer service training. Let me know if you need any recommendations in order to reverse your current situation: the worst club in town Last but not least, I would say that there is a high probability of racism here. Therefore, I suggest to act quickly before starting going to court in case decent people start suing you. All the best!

24/08/2024: horrible staff,incredibly rude,food takes extremely long and was cold,bad quality and not friendly to customers would highly recommend dominos two minutes down the road instead

30/11/2024: Costumers service is shocking!!! I went in for a voucher, waited in the que until it was my turn, when the boy behind the counter asked wat I wanted I told him a voucher and he told me to wait at the back on the que like everyone else when I told him I actually was in the que he still wouldn't give it to me. I had to let the person standing behind me be served before he eventually gave me the voucher. I felt like telling him the stick his voucher. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS COFFEE SHOP and il be telling plenty as well!!!

30/12/2024: just got a delivery from this Chinese and very disappointed we ordered a munchie box and rice , it was an hour late and freezing cold, the food was like it was lying there for hours and was just thrown together, the sauces that u get are tiny , and the rice we got for €3.50 was a small one , wouldn't recommend to anyone waste of money !!

04/12/2024: Always been a fan of summer inn, Tallaght does decent food, always ready when I go in to collect , recently tried their Christmas Spicebag , stuffing and gravy works well with it. Surprisingly , and their wrappo share box is unreal

10/11/2024: We had a truly delightful meal here on Thursday. 5 of us ate well and we were entertained while doing so! My friends son was enthralled with the pizza making and was treated to a quick pizza making class! I'll be back next time I'm in cobh.

13/09/2024: Stefano knows exactly what he is doing and produces an absolutely beautiful pizza popped in for dinner as a result of reading Tripadvisor not disappointed it was absolutely excellent not many people in which was surprising for Thursday night but it’s a very small place but doing a massive takeaway business if you get the chance, just go you’ll never eat a better pizza

10/07/2024: Even though it says online that it’s open the place is shut down. Waste of time driving out to Charlestown.

30/05/2024: Drove all the way over front another county to try here, had been looking so forward to it and the opening time said 12/12:30, we arrived at 3 and it was closed? Searched all over google, no phone number to contact and nobody who worked around the centre seemed to know anything about it, sent a message over Instagram to the hot chix page too and no response, severely disappointed and it would put me off going back again, after driving over an hour I would expect the opening times on google to reflect when the shop is actually open…………

16/12/2024: Didn't know that today Chicken nuggets in a wrap you call kebab. Please learn what is chicken kebab and what chicken mcnuggets. It was okay but not what I asked for.

26/10/2024: Stay away. Burgers tiny, meal is like a snack for a 6-year-old. I would question cleanliness, and staff have zero customer service

20/08/2024: We used the drive through Food was well cooked and chips were great 👍 everyone enjoyed it. Good value for money And food was good 🥧 🏜 deserts were really nice

03/11/2024: Great chipper with awesome Za. V generous garlic dip size. Good option for cheat meal day. Plus anything with Mayo in it's moniker needs your full attention says I. Up Mayo and Ro Mayos!!!!!

29/10/2024: Staff are top quality at what they do. Always smiling and chatty. Food is always top drawer stuff no matter what you get.

23/01/2025: Only asked for a burger and an icecream. Took 40min for that. And they asked me for my order because they forgot. There weren't a lot of people (it was tonight at 10pm). Didn't offer me anything for the time I waited. I recommand the food but go to another restaurant.
