25/05/2025: Restaurant is very nicely decorated, staff are friendly and efficient, but just my opinion the food wasn't nice and not impressed with the menu, much preferred the old menu much more choice. Portions a lot smaller and very expensive for what you get. I won't be rushing back unfortunately and I always loved Mario's 😔

04/07/2025: Ordered Onion Bhajis for starters, Tamarind Chicken and Saag Aloo for mains. Without a doubt, the best Indian meal I’ve ever had! The flavours were unbelievable. We will be back.

15/06/2025: Great hotel, big comfy bed, nice bathroom, friendly helpful staff. The only disappointment was that the breakfast could be better quality tastier products. Deserves more than its 3 star rating

21/04/2025: Clean room for £80 per night, friendly staff and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel could do with a bit of renovation etc but it’s more than reflected in the price!

13/07/2025: Staff is chill not their fault but i paid without checking and iced americano was 5,95… I went back to ask if it was an error and told me it’s the owner that decided the price? 5,95€ FOR ICED AMERICANO is your ice that expensive?

02/07/2025: One of my favourite places to get my ice chillers, full of flavour. You're not waiting ages for your drink. I've only ever waited a few minutes max. They've never messed up my drink order. I've never eaten the food, so I can't comment on that. Very clean quite place. Choice of indoor or outdoor seating (outside for smokers/vapers.) Ashtrays provide. Toilet available. Staff are really nice and cheerful. I highly recommend this place. I only wish it opened at 8 am so I could grab my ice chillers on the way to work. 🙏

07/07/2025: Staff must be under fierce pressure, 2 waiters for roughly 50 customers. They were very kind but service was very slow as a result. Waited 50 minutes for our order. Pizza oven on site but the pizzas were either reheated or not made in the oven at all, quite disappointing for the price. Once again, the staff were still very kind, they are not the reason of any criticism.

01/03/2025: My poor grandad sat with me while I drove 25 minutes each way to get this food, as we remembered it being fantastic. Tipped the staff as we paid, walking out happy with food that smelled good enough to eat-unfortunately it absolutely wasn’t edible!!! We ordered x2 phad Thais which were sweet and sour, not phad thai. Bbq ribs, which tasted like they were soaked in salty water and the sauce was thick salt water. The chow mein was salty and the noodles were mushy in the mouth, everything was salty, inedible salty. Grandad got special fried rice, which is still on the table the poor man could not ingest that absolute monstrosity. Chips were like they were reheated. The only edible thing was the chicken balls, lucky for the kids! I have a house full of people who cannot eat their dinner. 70 odd quid to sit around a table with a huge amount of food waste ?? Am glad for my brown bin!! Do not eat here. I don’t know if it’s the ridiculous amount of MSG making it salty or soneone dropped the container, but as someone who has worked in a Chinese herself I don’t know how you could send that out.

13/07/2025: the food was too small portion for the price. better to go to lombard street for kebab and it will be tastier and cheaper. the staff was friendly

06/07/2025: I've been eating the creamy chicken burrito for years now, love it. One time I ordered two and could barely sleep that night because I was so full, I won't be doing that again. I do wish they would mix up the ingredients a bit though, before rolling up the burrito, that way you would have more variety in every bite.

15/07/2025: I ordered food but didn’t receive it, even though the status shows “delivered.” I was hungry and needed the food, but it was delivered somewhere else. When I contacted just eat customer care, they said the refund would take 7–8 days. They also gave me a secret code, but it was useless and didn’t help at all. Nobody didn't want to take responsibility

12/07/2025: went in for lunch with friends food is raw , extremly disgusting , service is awful , most terrrifying experience ever im never walking into that shop again staff need to learn manners

18/07/2025: We were served by a lovely young man and woman and couldn’t have been happier, we then continued to order more drinks and then were challenged by what we assume is the manager, she had red hair in a bun and was a slim build. She spoke to the bouncer who arrived after us and gave harsh looks over to our party of 8 people which we booked in advance. The bouncer then called me over and asked to look at my id which I obliged and he then gave me a dirty looked and asked me questions from my age to my name. Which are normal questions but not on the tone on which he asked. We then noticed the the (manager) whispering and talking about us to the other staff which we found unnecessary. We honestly loved it until the manager ruined it for us and when we asked to split the bill she gave a cheeky response and said no we can’t with a dirty looked. I paid in full for the whole party and left a generous tip to where the manager didn’t even thank us but the lovely young server who took our order did.

14/07/2025: Best experience of my life. Want to give a special shout out to the DJ, nothing short of a legend. Played to the crowd all night and didn’t disappoint with a single tune. Couldn’t recommend more for a night out.

22/05/2025: John, and the rest are super nice staff but a woman of age red hair literally served a man next to me a minute before asking what I wanted and then said they’re not serving anymore after taking my order just after serving other men? Why ask what I wanted and say you’re not servicing 30 second later joke of a woman.

05/07/2025: I’m literally fed up with McDonald’s service lately. We came Saturday midday to take some food for us for take away. When we came home and unpacked our order it was total disappointment. No nuggets, no straw for my milkshake. Also I asked her few times if she put straw, and she told yes of course, everything inside the bag. Another moment, there was a lot of huge pieces of onion in both burgers. And it’s not the first time when they are forgetting to put all items.
