20/11/2024: The food is always good, but the night in question service was very slow, and the waiting area was packed. Also, being cash only is not very convenient, especially when the bank machine next door was out of order.

01/08/2024: We got our fish and chips as a takeaway out (to eat on the beach) and it was amazing. We got loaded fries, the spice box with mixed fish and the fish tenders and chips. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Everything was so fresh and tasty and there was no greasy feeling afterwards! The best bit was we could get gluten free curry chips for my coeliac daughter (we could not find anywhere else in Bray to get anything for her. We realised afterwards that they had gluten free toasted sandwiches on the menu so we will certainly be returning to try them . Highly recommended.

11/06/2024: Very dissapointing takeaway that took far too long to wait for. The fish was mushy, no nice meat and the chips were terrible, some of them must have been reheated many times, dark brown and tasted stale. The calamari box was poor value for 11€. This place was once great which makes this all the more of a let down.

15/11/2024: Staff at the till charging absolutely randomly and overcharging. Otherwise staff is very friendly and no other issues. I raised problem with my Bill and it was corrected with apologies.

12/11/2024: Used to be decent but recently they cannot get a drive through order right. Constantly getting the wrong item (Particularly quarter pounder meals). Chips hardly half full. Burgers look like they were made by a toddler. Beware, the screens at the drive through take so long for you order to appear that you're already moving off before your order appears so you really need to check your order before leaving.

31/12/2024: Tracey made our evening brilliant. She is by far the best waitress I’ve met. Friendly warm welcoming, very efficient. Lovely lady. Made our evening beautiful. And will return because of her.

31/12/2024: Booked a table for 5 for a Birthday celebration, we were made feel very welcome on arrival, food portions were very generous, served by Tracey, who added great entertainment to the occasion. Food was tasty and served by Tracey without any rush. Also packed up left overs to take away. Will definitely return.

09/09/2024: I both stayed here and enjoyed dinner and a few beers in their restaurant. The inn is great, I had a room in the back courtyard and it was full of amenities, washer, refrigerator, sink kitchen setup. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend the carbonara. Great location if you are going to see Bru Na Boinne or Newgrange. Also great spot if you are looking for a non touristy traditional Irish pub! Was only 40 minutes to the Dublin Airport, 10 minutes to the highway.

04/11/2024: I revisited the cafe at Donnybrook Fair in Malahide village for the second time on November 1st having been there previously in early October. Our first visit was a bit disappointing with very slow service and a sense of disarray amongst the staff as to who was responsible for what! As the DF shop itself is hugely impressive and stocks a huge variety of products, it’s disappointing that the in-house cafe lets the side down. Regrettably, during our second visit to the cafe, we again encountered dreadfully slow service. Having ordered two latte’s and apple crumble, there was no sign of our order being delivered so after 15 minutes, I returned to the counter to find the young guy who’d taken our order snowed under with customers and back orders. It transpired that the second assistant was on a break so our order along with several others was attached to a clip rail at the coffee machine awaiting preparation! As I stood waiting, a young girl returned from break and I explained we were in a hurry. She told me she’d drop the coffee to our table but I opted to wait and she prepared the two coffees and explained she’s send the two apple crumble over immediately. The coffee was served but no tea spoons given so I grabbed some of the stir sticks close by. A few minutes passed and the crumbles were served, no fork, not warned as requested, no cream or ice cream and very poor presentation. Very disappointing.

15/10/2024: This is a fantastic high end retail food emporium with quality food and produce. Shop in comfort with knowledgeable employees to help you find the perfect product for you. Fish, meat and vegetables are all specialty items so always worth a visit. They Sl’s have a fabulous restaurant and coffee shop attached so there is the opportunity to have a lunch or a decent coffee as you shop in peace.

30/10/2024: Deliciously Amazing food, Biryani is suggested for sure once in life time. Fully suggested for family gathering and specially kids play area is re-visit for kids. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Royal biryani kitchen known for its tantalizing BBQ kebabs & biryani. As a fan of grilled delights, I was eager to see if their offerings lived up to the hype, and I was not disappointed. Atmosphere: The ambiance was warm and inviting, with rustic decor that complemented the BBQ theme. The smell of smoke from the grill filled the air, heightening the anticipation before my meal arrived. The seating was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Menu Selection: The menu featured a variety of kebab options, including chicken, lamb, and vegetarian choices. They also offered a range of marinades that promised to elevate the flavor profile. I decided to try the classic chicken and lamb kebabs, accompanied by a side of their signature garlic & mint sauce and fresh bread paratha. Taste: Both kebabs were grilled to perfection. The chicken was tender and juicy, marinated in a delightful blend of spices that gave it a smoky flavor with just the right amount of kick. The lamb kebab was equally impressive—rich and flavorful, with a slightly charred exterior that added an extra layer of depth to the taste. The garlic sauce was a standout; it complemented the meat beautifully, enhancing each bite without overpowering the natural flavors. The fresh parata that accompanied the meal was soft and fluffy, perfect for wrapping around the kebabs or scooping up the sauce. It felt like a good value, especially considering the freshness of the ingredients as compared in Bray town. Overall Experience: My experience at Royal biryani kitchen was truly enjoyable. Final Thoughts: For those in search of flavourful BBQ kebabs and biryani in a welcoming beach town Bray will fully recommend Royal biryani kitchen is a must-visit. 20/08/2024: Very smelly and your shoes will for sure stick to the floor as never been cleaned. Very poor service not sure why people rate it. Maybe good for takeaway service but don't waste your time here.

02/06/2024: Although they have the business still open on google, they've closed down! We took a detour to get food here, but all was not lost, we found a place called Brogans in the end and had the most amazing food!

23/10/2024: there was a hair in my sisters food, my ma's batter was hard as a rock, the garlic on mi doner kebab tasted akward, my OTHER sisters chicken was dryer than a dried up well, my nannys chicken was funky and they had vinegar in a lucozade bottle, the server was nice.
