28/08/2026: Absolutely brilliant. Having arrived from the UK earlier in the day, tired and hungry, we decided to order from Reas wood fired pizza. There were 11 of us, so it wasn’t a straight forward easy order. The food was delivered within 30 minutes as quoted and was hot. The whole order was correct and very tasty. Would order again from them.

28/05/2026: Hi, a person of 68yrs who has been a great supporter of Captain Americas through the years. Back in late 70's ,was nurse training in local area, 10 in the group & would have regularly gone for dinner in restaurant. After that ,visited often,when in Dublin cityh. My family would also have been regulars. My youngest Son, insisted on a visit with us ,before he emigrated to Canada on 2017. Captain Americas has been a big part of my life for many years. A lot of good memories. Sad to see it go, but hope new enterprise will be as good.

14/05/2026: We were lost, not knowing where to eat; it was after 3:00 PM. And yes, without any problem, they served us a delicious meal: a beef stew and a lamb stew. Thank you for your attention. May 12, 2026

13/08/2026: Hands down my worst restaurant experience yet. The food lacked flavor—the soup was literally spicy water with veggies—and the server’s poor attitude made it even worse.

08/09/2026: I really don't like this new system where I have to order everything myself on a kiosk and then pick up my own food and bring it to the table. What’s next, do I have to cook it myself too? 😂 What are we actually paying for? They keep coming up with these silly ideas like self-service kiosks. Maybe I'm just old-fashioned, because I honestly couldn't figure out how to use it properly. But if you're charging customers good money, I don't think we should also have to do the ordering and serving ourselves. It's honestly a bit ridiculous. 😂 I'd rather go one door down to Shake Dog, where I can sit down, someone takes my order, they serve me at the table, and the food is better too. Very disappointing experience.

05/09/2026: An unexpected delay in the cooked chicken supply, (15 minutes) but despite many people, who were disgruntled by this, the staff were calm friendly and polite , The delay was caused by a sudden, unexpected rush of customers, l felt sorry for the staff. Just like to thank them 🙏 for a lovely meal

13/09/2026: The beef dish was missing the onions, and the battered fish was quite bland. The salad wasn't fresh and the person who I spoke to about it, at first acted like that was normal.

27/08/2026: A impressive building and lovely atmosphere. Plenty of carparking space. When you enter you'll find the restaurant on the left opposite reception. I was offered a choice of a chair at a table or a comfortable settee. The table was just the right height for both. There's a good choice of meals on the menu, some standard and some a little special. I had a lovely steak cooked just right. Only bad point was I asked for mustard and was a bit surprised to be offered the squeezey yellow mustard kids put on hotdogs. Bit of a hero to zero moment. Other than that a smashing place. Just bring your own mustard.

25/08/2026: the lasagna was cold. I was able to have about 3 bites without gagging. The cheese was rock hard and tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer for 9 months, taken out and re heated. it made the ryanair lasagna seem like a 5 star meal. It was genuinely the biggest waste of money i’ve ever spent and i actually feel quite nauseous after the 3 bites i’ve taken (i had to bin the rest)

20/08/2026: Ordered fish and homemade chips- others ordered burger and chicken chunks with chips. My fish was very ordinary, oily and chips were cold. Maybe an off day but didn’t enjoy it at all. Disappointed ☹️

08/09/2026: This fast food franchise is going downhill; it seems to be true that it's bankrupt worldwide. Years ago, it was our favorite. The combos are ridiculously overpriced, and the quality and sizes of their burgers and other products have declined. I prefer McDonald's, which is very close by.

25/08/2026: Terrible service. The girl at the register refused to serve me. I wanted to order cash, went to the register, but they turned me away and sent me to the self-checkout, and my card was empty. She ultimately refused to take my order. She threw milk and sugar on the counter in front of the customer. Talk to your employees!

01/09/2026: Horrible place. Horrible design. And also terribly expensive and tasteless food.

29/08/2026: Third order in a row I've not been happy with. From food arriving cold to not paying attention to order notes. Used to be great but has declined a lot over the last year. Never an apology or any attempt to rectify the bad service. Lesson learned. Tonight is the last time I use this place.

21/06/2026: Obviously Dominos will have the best pizzas but i felt customer service is worst. There is a lady who is speaking very harshly. I asked if i can talk to manager, she said she is manager get hell out of here. Worst service i would say
