28/06/2025: OMG, what can I say about Paladar other than AMAZING! Walking in, the decor, vibe and attention to detail is second to none. The host Gustavo is a special talent that's hard to come by. Friendly while trying to deal with a thousand things at once. Quick in his actions but delicate in how he works. We came at a busy time and had to wait for a seat but had a drink while waiting. And then there's the drinks!! The cocktails were glorious. You could also see at the bar how good they were at making them, the attention and skill involved. Adam particularly was really friendly and showed his ability at making a good drink. Can't rate this place higher. Must go to while in Cork!

17/08/2025: A busy, busy place on a sunny weekend. Despite the place being full to the brim, service was prompt and friendly. We were fortunate to find a table outside owing to the good weather. A tasty fish and chips with the usual trimmings plus a curry sauce for one meal the other being breaded Brie with said and chips. Not a cheap meal but that seems to be the situation anywhere since Covid 19 struct. Some people I understood were pre-booking a table to ensure a place.

22/06/2025: Amazing Italian restaurant. Took my three children here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the friendly service, the options for children and the overall flexibility.
The food for adults was good too. Had three courses and enjoyed them all. Will be back in the future.

Coming from South of England by way of eastbourne, we do alright with our fish especially in some pubs but this is another level 🔥
No surprise as its right along the coast line. Before you even get off the train you can smell the fish and sea salt in the air.
Visit Bray and especially visit this amazing establishment. Not just the food, the local beer is excellent in taste also 👌
We will return to this wonderful area for this alone 👌

16/06/2025: We have always done delivery, today we were very very disappointed with our order.
We had ordered vadapav, masala puri and paneer paratha.
Paratha was not worth it at all. Not At All. It was extremely salty, filling was missing and no flavor at all.
Masala puri were like something they mixed and sent it,
Looks like they were too busy and did not cared for order.
Next I will be careful what to order with them
