The best restaurants

30/09/2025: This place is a good option to stay near Galway, the room is fine, nothing special very simple and require some basic renovation, our stay was pleasant but for what we payed we probably could find something much better and closer to town. The best here is the restaurant and the staff, even if didn't have dinner due it was fully booked the night we stayed, we had breakfast there next day and it was really good. Parking is small but enough, we had to wait for a while to be able to park but is included with no extra cost which is fine.

24/08/2025: I really loved this hotel , it’s very clean, cozy, and offers excellent service. The location is fantastic, and having parking available is a huge plus if you’re traveling by car. I will definitely come back

15/10/2025: My husband and I ate here several times during our honeymoon in Ireland. This was way back in January and we are still craving the food! The owner and his wife were incredible people to share a conversation with, and the food and atmosphere were unmatched. Can’t wait to return, with love, from Texas!

17/09/2025: Without a doubt the best ravioli I e had in my life! This sauce will haunt me for ever! Owned, run and operated by an Italian couple who know what they are doing and are so presale and fun! 5 stars is not enough!

08/07/2025: Mi lugar de referencia a altas horas de la noche o, en realidad, a cualquier hora para disfrutar de una excelente comida india. Todos son frescos e incluso el naan se prepara fresco todos los días. Excelente para una noche tarde... y con la cantidad justa de especias, aunque la próxima vez pediré más especias. Hoy tocó sopa Ezogelin. Me recuerda al puré de tomate y lentejas con especias. Delicioso servido con pan naan como acompañamiento. ¡¡¡6€!!! Dio en el clavo. ¡Soy un fan!

06/07/2025: Muy decepcionado tanto por la calidad como por el aumento de precio. En primer lugar, han invertido en máquinas cortadoras de kebab y no las utilizan, en lugar de eso, cortan trozos de carne y los arrojan al kebab. Los kebabs son excelentes cuando se hacen a máquina, pero cuando está funcionando, el resultado es impredecible. Además los precios se han vuelto locos.

29/09/2025: Punches above it’s weight. Staff are friendly, coffee is good, and hot food is great. Pancakes are a hit 👌🏼👌🏼

12/07/2025: If you like your beverage and cake together you’d better tell them. We arrived and ordered coffee and cake. Codes delivered obediently and were lovely. But cake was delayed. When I asked I was told that there were two orders ahead of me and I’d have to wait. If I’d known that I wouldn’t have ordered cake. But the cake was there, and it needed the chef to take a knife and cut a slice out of it. That’s all. I offered to do it myself and suggested the waitress do it. But no, I was told the chef was very fussy (that’s fine, it means the food’s lovely) and I’d have to wait. I explained my coffee was cold and nearly gone and she said it would be along soon. All very well the chef being fussy (maybe OCD🤷🏻‍♂️) but I’m fussy too, liking my cake and hot beverage together. Not too much to ask. I’d love to do a 1-2 star review but the food is too good for that and it would be misleading.

14/08/2025: A hidden Gem of a restaurant, first impressions "yes" lovely staff, only waiting a few minutes to be seated, fast service and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

13/10/2025: Spent a couple mornings getting breakfast here, everything was delicious! Well-cooked with a few vegetarian options. Great filter coffee available as well. The restaurant has plenty of seating while still maintaining a cozy atmosphere, and the staff are warm and friendly! There is also plenty of parking outside for Blas customers.

10/10/2025: As a first-timer trying a falafel sandwich, I was really satisfied with how it tasted — the veggies were fresh, and I love that they were generous with the sauces. The falafel itself was delicious too!! The sweetest girl served me, and the other staff were just as friendly and nice. Loved the ambience in there as the store’s music playlist was such a vibe. Totally recommend this place to anyone who wants to try Palestinian food or is vegetarian! 💯💯

15/08/2025: Amazing deserts made fresh in store, lovely hot chocolates and coffee, didn't try the food but given the deserts are made fresh I'd say it's a safe bet. I did not see vegan food on the menu, but there is a vegetarian option.

28/09/2025: Had a kebab here with my family today. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in Ireland at any restaurant. Staff were rude and unhelpful, which completely spoiled the visit. To make things worse, there’s almost no parking, adding extra stress. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

21/09/2025: I asked for mixed kebab i got 75% chicken kebab i think because chicken its cheaper than lamb that what i didn't like but the food its delicious And service zero experience They dont know how to speaking with customers

20/10/2025: I really like coughlans (great pints) but I have to say something about the gig venue. We were at Luka Bloom yesterday and the set up was bad. Great to see Luka but I had to leave halfway through. First of all there were too many chairs in the small space (seated gig). It was also boiling. This meant that we were jammed in a sweat box with no room to move. After a short time sweat was pumping off us and not being able to move meant I was in agony. To top it off the chairs weren’t linked so anyone could push their chair back, pinning the person behind them. I know they won’t do it (as they’d lose money) but a fix would be to get rid of a line of chairs. This would give everyone some room. Also link the chairs so people can’t move them. When I couldn’t take it any more and finally dragged myself out of our row (couldn’t do it without literally stepping on people’s feet) I had to take a minute to calm down in the outside area. I’ve been going to gigs all my life and never had this experience. I hope they take these points on board.
