The best restaurants

26/08/2026: Plenty of free parking surrounding the premises. Multiple large entrances into the building and most seem to be wheelchair accessible. Service was absolutely excellent A+

13/09/2026: The food was absolutely delicious! The pasta was so creamy and flavorful and the burger and chips were fantastic—you could really tell that everything was freshly made. We had a picky eater with us but he loved the garlic pizza and even finished the whole thing—compliments to the chef! A special thank-you to the wonderful servers, Maria, Remy, the young gentleman and the lovely young lady. They were working nonstop but still managed to keep smiling and provide excellent service. Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and kind. We also truly appreciated the complimentary items. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience—we’ll definitely be back!

12/09/2026: First time here today and I already love this restaurant. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and really accommodating. Our special guests were treated with such kindness and zero judgment — it honestly lifted Temple Grill’s reputation even higher in my eyes. Definitely going back again.

17/09/2026: Wow. Very tasty food. The chowder was off the hook, loaded with seafood and the broth was to die for. Fish and chips best I've had in a while. Highly recommend this restaurant.

05/09/2026: We are there every week, usually choosing Chopstix, because the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very helpful. Sometimes we are there for Burrger King, but there is Subway, and now Popeye and I think Bewley's Caffè.

29/05/2026: We visited the gardens are they are wonderful lush tree ferns and tetrapanax and other exotics I should imagine kids love it as there are dinosaurs carved out of old tree stumps great fun !

23/05/2026: Stopped in to see the gardens and have lunch. Gardens are absolutely beautiful. The Thai food was very tasty. We had several things and all were very good.

12/07/2026: My cousins and I stayed at the hotel on Friday and had light bites and cocktails on the terrace. Everything was fab but really I’m only reviewing because our server Paudie genuinely made our evening, he was so fab! Paudie was so attentive and was great craic too. He really gave us such good service. Thank you Paudie!

08/07/2026: We just spent 5 nights in a River Suite. The Woodlands part of the property is a five star experience. The serene room design, large balcony and club lounge make this a perfect place for celebrating a special occasion or in our case having a quiet home base for exploring Cork and the surrounding areas. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The service was excellent. You do not have to leave the property as they have a full service restaurant and bar both with panoramic views, fitness center, pool and spa.

16/08/2026: 5star service from Fifty50 as always. Have been going there for years now and never had a bad experience with them. Specials board is always updated with new and exciting options. Cocktail specials as well as an extensive menu. Would recommend to anyone

22/08/2026: Lovely place with amazing food and drinks. I got the Tatsuta - Age. It was full of flavour and the portion was perfect. I just wished it was crispier, as mentioned on the menu. Recommended overall.

15/08/2026: I had a fantastic four-night stay here with my partner and cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The check-in was incredibly easy and speedy, and the warm check-out perfectly wrapped up our trip. When booking, we were initially concerned about being away from the main tourist area in Killarney, but as soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the absolute best choice. The hotel is wonderfully quaint and situated in a quiet area, which provided the most beautiful, calm ambience when sitting outside. We used the hotel as our home base for various day trips, and every single return to the hotel felt like being welcomed home. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and we loved having the variety of both bar and finer dining options available. A huge thank you to the staff, who went above and beyond with their hospitality with Jersey and Iggy who were especially great and made our stay extra special. If you are considering booking this hotel, do not worry for a second about it not being right in the center of town; honestly, that is its biggest perk! We would definitely recommend this to anyone, and we can’t wait to come back.

08/08/2026: The Killeen House gave our group a high-class, one of a kind experience. Rozzers restaurant offered excellent breakfast and dinner menus with dishes to die for. The rooms were charming and comfortable. The outdoor grounds of the estate were pristine with a grass patio and breathtaking view. The best part of the experience was the hospitality from the staff its self. Highlighting brothers Xhersi and Egli. Two extremely impressive young men who single-handedly elevated my families experience in a multitude of different ways. Both of which showed humility and professionalism. A kind that simply can’t be taught. Overall The Killeen House was a memorable experience that my family and I will never forget. I’d give it 500 stars if I could.
