07/03/2026: Befani is well located in the centre of Clonmel. We had an evening and breakfast which were both very and served by pleasant and attentive staff. The accommodation above the restaurant is comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

02/06/2026: The food was lovely. I booked the dinning area which was full when we arrived. The manager eventually brought us to a high table with high stools ridiculous as we were there for a meal. I told the manager that that was totally unacceptable. He said you didn't specify when you booked. I booked in advance for the dinning area. He did seat us in the dinning area but I found his manner to be rude and he had a kind of angry demur. Maybe he should consider another line of work as it is obvious that he isn't good with dealing with customers.

11/04/2026: I previously had a bad experience at this establishment which left a bad taste so reluctantly decided to give it another go when I heard it changed ownership. The new owner was working there that day and he couldn't have been nicer and more attentive. He gave time to each customer and has produced a menu that not only is great value but is top quality too. Will definitely visit again.

21/03/2026: Visited recently as heard under new ownership. Breakfast remains very tasty. Staff excellent. Fab coffee, now serving three fools. Just one minor fault and maybe just personal preference.. the toast is served pre buttered. Feels a bit like a hospital and toast gets soggy very quick then.

14/01/2026: We went to Cosmic Bowl to celebrate a child's birthday, we had a lovely time there and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful. A few small things that took away from the experience, no website so we couldn't book online or find information about the venue. A number of video games were unserviceable and couldn't be played. The rails on the bowling lanes were all unserviceable, they were either up all the time or down all the time, staff did mention they were broken. Aside from those things, we did have a good time there.
