28/09/2025: Really lovely hotel, in a great location on the wild Atlantic way. If you want a boring shiney characterless Hilton then this might not be for you. It's been around for 500 years and extended/modernised over the years. Beautiful setting and you immediately feel so relaxed on arrival . Will definitely return.

27/09/2025: Great hotel, a little disorienting to navigate at first with the lobby on the fourth floor and the entrance being non-intuitive. If you cannot do stairs you need to enter into the back of the hotel, which is quite non-intuitive and I’m unclear how that information is conveyed.

01/11/2025: I have to say I had a great time, especially with Javier at the front desk, who, despite my speaking to him in Italian, understood everything perfectly and was very kind. As for the room, I have nothing to complain about, considering it's practically in the center and the price isn't particularly high. I highly recommend it!

31/10/2025: A great location, lovely rooms and great customer service. Under some renovations at present, which would have been good for the hotel to email and let us know in advance, we would have preferred to have changed the date, no noise just disruptions to restsurant and bar, which meant not being able to have a relaxing drink after a day of sight seeing.

04/10/2025: I have been to this place multilple times, dont know how many times. Whenever I visit, food is top notch and authentic. I am a spicy food lover so thats what they offer. Will recommend 100%, Why not.

04/10/2025: Authentic Somali food and welcome. This is a great addition to Talbot Street - an informal cafe serving Somali breakfasts and I enjoyed a shaakashuuka - a kind of shredded omelette that came with a bowl of lamb broth and Somali pancakes. I also tried the sweet xalwo with good strong coffee. Excellent. I’ll be back next time I am in Dublin.

15/10/2025: We are travelling in Ierland with school en omg i haven't eat so good in a long time, the music was on fire and the service was so good and everyone was so nice. I would litterly go back to this place, i have to!!

14/10/2025: Ordered for the first time for delivery. Second time I came in to sit down. First order the food was hot and really nice. Second time, food was well presented, nice portions, nice staff and a nice atmosphere. Piano music in the background, nice lighting and decor. Great central location also if you’re in Limerick City. Parking available. 10 out if 10

01/08/2025: When you're in Ireland and feeling homesick or simply want to eat well, this Italian-run diner is the place for you. Excellent Italian food. I recommend it to everyone, especially fellow Irishmen craving Italian food.

24/07/2025: Super cod wasn't super and the burger was gross. Fries were mediocre.

25/10/2025: Do not travel for business. I never got the wifi to work and neither did any of my travelling partners. Room keys lock 1 hr before checkout. Had to go down 3 times to get it to work. Service is super friendly and loverly and saved our stay experience.

25/10/2025: We booked two rooms, and at check-in we were given rooms on the same floor, but they were located at opposite ends of the hotel. The first room was right next to the elevator — we could hear it through the wall. In the second room, when we closed the window at night, there was a constant noise coming from what sounded like a generator behind the wall. There was a staff corridor and staircase next to it. At 2 a.m. we went to the reception to report the issue, but they said there was nothing they could do. We couldn’t sleep at all — both rooms were extremely noisy. The next day, they changed our rooms and gave us neighboring ones, which is what we had originally booked for three people. However, the receptionist had decided on their own that the previous arrangement was fine and gave us rooms with terrible noise. Even one of them would have been bad enough, let alone both. On the second day, the new rooms were fine, but after a sleepless night, exhaustion, and all the hassle of moving to another floor, it was a complete waste of money. We spent €800 for two nights, got no rest, and received no proper compensation — they only covered the parking, as if that made up for everything. Absolutely terrible experience — never again in this hotel.

17/10/2025: Have just received a 4star rateing and very well deserved, very impressive service, good food and competitive prices. The waiting staff are just amazing.

20/10/2025: Small bar downstairs, upstairs also small think it's a function room. Small Smoking terrace upstairs. Decent pints of Guinness.

19/10/2025: ALL the food look really good a d I wish I didnt already eat so this was a spot for a beer this time. Classic pub in every way. Great place for a beer before visiting the Ireland castle. They have a neat elevator thing that moves food and drink between floors between staff.

23/07/2025: We stopped here on our road trip around the Atlantic way coast. Just had a couple of drinks but came back the following evening to have a meal and hear some traditional Irish music from the live performers. The food was really good. I had the Guinness beef casserole and my wife the special lamb stew. Both dishes were excellent, and we finished by sharing the apple pie and ice cream. That was so good, great pastry and filling. The serving staff were all so friendly and the lady who seem to be in charge couldn’t have been more helpful by seating us where we could see the live music. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

27/09/2025: Traditional Irish pub right in the Trinity bar neighborhood in Dublin. Drinks were very reasonably priced and we were able to find a place to sit and listen to the great traditional Irish music played on guitar. They also have a comedy club which is downstairs.

21/09/2025: Great traditional Irish pub. During my Sunday evening visit we were 3 of 9 young people/tourist. Majority were 60+ yr old males. Traditional Irish music was outstanding...but loud. Highly encourage your visit. Side note the bartender reads hand signals for refills.
