The best restaurants

10/04/2025: Best beef burger in Navan by far. My wife had the hot honey chicken burger and says it's the best she's ever had as well. The bacon and cheese fries are so good they put Eddie rockets to shame. Also tried the honey and sriracha wings last time and they were absolutely delicious. Sauce was one of the best I've had and wings were crispy af. Great service, very quick and attentive staff.

09/03/2025: Went in here very hungry got 2 combo meals, comes with chips and drinks and burger. Very fast, efficient and very tasty. Would recommend

31/03/2025: Lovely little restaurant overlooking Donegal Bay. Food was very good and prices were reasonable. Small concise menu covered each food group. The dessert menu was very extensive and the deserts were delicious. Warm friendly service and attentive waitress. A very pleasant experience.

29/03/2025: Ate here tonight, absolutely brilliant. Was very well looked after by Jo and the team and the food was first class. Had the bruschetta to start followed by the crab linguine. Seriously people, if you do not eat here, it is your loss. SERIOUSLY!

16/02/2025: Had a fantastic time at Capones Bar & Restaurant in Galway with my friends! We didn’t have a reservation, but luckily, we got a table. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax. We ordered IPA, cocktails, pizza, burger, and pasta, and everything was top-notch. The drinks arrived first—beautifully presented, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. When the food came out, it was hot, fresh, and full of flavor—every dish was cooked to perfection! The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the great experience. We finished our meal with a sundae for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending. Overall, an amazing experience! Highly recommend visiting with friends or family. It does get busy in the evening, so booking a table in advance is a good idea. Will definitely be back!

11/04/2025: IF YOUR PLANNING TO GO TO SAMYO…. PLEASE GO TO LANA!!!! we went in when it was quiet. we walked in ordered our food, the woman taking the orders was rude and snappy. upon receiving the food we went down to a table and we were abruptly told that we werent allowed to sit down because we ordered takeaway??? (we werent offered anything or made aware of this when ordering), so upon finding a random feild to eat our food we open the containers to find shocking at best food. like seriously this food made dog food look appetising. anyways we ate the food, because we didnt feel like dealing w the service/wasting our money and now multiple of us have vomitted and one has had diareah.

14/04/2025: The food was really delicious, although the cheese board had three cheese on it, of which we only liked one (the ones we left aside were a goats cheese and a really extremely strong one). But that's ok. Those are personal preferences. The reason for the 4 stars for food is, that the dishes were a little bit small and the parts, that should be served hot, were only warm. Biggest disappointment is the restaurant itself. So there are lots of plants everywhere - all made of plastic 😖 and worst: i have never ever seen a restroom in a place like this, where so many things were broken (mirror, button of the flush, ring on the bottom of the tap and there was constantly water dropping on the floor).

13/04/2025: We went here for dinner. The food was disappointing. One of the starters was edible but everything else tasted so bad. Dessert was so bad that we left half of it. Never had such bad food in retaurant that we had to throw after paying so much. They are just mixing some random vegetables that don't go together. It was so expensive for some vegetables. Service was good but they were under staffed so had to wait everytime we had to order something. The ambiance was great.

12/04/2025: Pasta and pizza were great! Got a great recommendation for a bottle of wine from our waiter. One of the best meals we had while in Ireland for the week.

02/04/2025: Decepcionante en realidad. Cocina abierta por lo que un montón de olores a cocina nos recibió. La comida estaba bien. El entrante de trucha fue bueno. Bacalao, el pescado era sabroso, pastel de cordero bastante promedio. Las patatas morenas de hachís estaban buenas. Postres muy decepcionantes. El pudín de arroz no era cremoso y el arroz no estaba bien cocido. El pudín de toffee pegajoso era masticable - posiblemente en microondas.

24/03/2025: Went here for Sunday Roast and it was delicious and very good value for money. I had the nut roast. The staff were lovely too!

16/03/2025: We had such a great experience for bottomless brunch at revolution! Anuka was a phenomenal waitress - we’ve had her several times and she’s always fantastic!
