20/12/2025: Visited for breakfast on the 16th. We ordered chicken benny, Turkish eggs, cheesecake, and 2 lattes. Later, I noticed the receipt charged €5 extra for 3 Blue Pea Lemonades, which we didn’t order. Also, our lattes were initially swapped with matcha, though the staff fixed it quickly. The café was very busy, so extra staff during peak hours might help. Overall, food was tasty; slightly larger portions or extra slice of bread would match the price better. But I hope this kind of mistake doesn’t happen to other customers.

14/12/2025: We visited Green Straw for breakfast in Dublin and tried the holiday specials menu, including the Bang Bang Chicken, Christmas sandwich, and caramel pancakes, everything was delicious. The flavors were amazing, the vibe was cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The chef even visited our table to check if everything was fine and explained the dishes, which made the experience feel extra special. One of the best breakfast spots we’ve been to, highly recommended and a must-visit whenever I’m in Ireland.

29/11/2025: Staff are friendly, coffee is delicious😊 Skip the line at the first “fancy” coffee shop as you enter American boarding gates and go on down to DUBH!!

15/11/2025: The staff was so rude, I was in line just trying to order Guinness, there was no line. I was following the previous customers. I got to the line, she was so rude first of all, that’s not Irish I know. she was not going to serve me. I carried on. I thanked her, I am not going to spend money on a rude cashier.

18/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing experience at Zone Cafe and Restaurant in Killarney! 😍 The Asian fusion food was DELICIOUS - loved the Chicken rice with🔥! Service was friendly and atmosphere was cosy. Highly recommend trying the Katsu Curry or Asian Fried Noodles! 🌟 Perfect spot for authentic Asian flavours in the heart of Killarney. 💖"

07/05/2026: Great spot for a birthday celebration. The vibe is very cozy—ideal for couples. We chose the set menu with wine pairing, and each dish was outstanding. To top it off, we received a complimentary birthday dessert that tasted amazing.

21/10/2025: My friends and came here tonight to have a few drinks and we were immediately greeted with suspicion… we’re American studying abroad in London and visiting Dublin on our break from university. We presented our IDs and the woman who asked us asked us very hesitantly how we know each other and we told her. She left and then came back and told us (very politely) we had to leave because our IDs looked fake. We’re two 21 year olds and a 20 year old. Our IDs are very real. We aren’t sure if it’s because people can’t seem to find the birthdate on American IDs or if it’s because they all looked different (we’re from different states). But either way, if you have an American ID you may want to look elsewhere.

20/10/2025: The most masterfully crafted cocktails!! Our server, Shane, was absolutely delightful. He gave recommendations that surprised us with their great flavor!

16/05/2026: Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most perfect location. Food could not be faulted, room sizes that have to be seen to be believed and wonderfully friendly staff. 100% recommend.

10/05/2026: Visited Harvey’s Point for Sunday lunch to celebrate a big family birthday. Staff were so accommodating to my partner and I who are both vegan. The main course could do with a lot more vegetables, but everything tasted delicious!

25/05/2026: Had a quick dinner here while visiting Cork city from NYC. The pizza was very good and the service was great also. Would definitely recommend for a quick local bite!

30/04/2026: Our first visit to this restaurant was a bit of a mixed bag. The atmosphere inside was quite plain but the staff’s attitude and professionalism really made up for it. From the moment we walked in he was incredibly accommodating and his enthusiasm was refreshingly different from most Chinese restaurants. The food was absolutely amazing too. We didn’t try everything but the dishes we usually order were great. I highly recommend it!

12/06/2026: We arrived here on Monday, 8th June, with a group of 20 ladies, having booked for a 14.30 pm seating, arriving over 1 hour late. We did notify restaurant of the delay and there was absolutely no problem in changing reservation by one hour, which was such a relief to our Group. Everything was ready for us on arrival to a very warm welcome by the Manager. We were all seated together in a lovely dining room, set apart from main bar and a Menu placed at every setting, allowing orders to be taken promptly. The food was excellent, followed by tea and coffee. The Service was excellent and Staff were very helpful & friendly, nothing was a problem to them. It was a first time for many of our members visiting Aunty Lena’s and every single person would have no hesitation in recommending Aunty Lena’s to anyone who wishes a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and friendly service.
