The best restaurants

26/05/2026: We have been at this lovely cafe in Salthill quite a few times already and we always had a really good time. The food is superb and always leaves you wanting more.

20/05/2026: I came in this morning and there was a young lad serving, I was still half asleep, he greeted me with smile, helped me to order my breakfast, very pleasant manner. The food was delicious too, what a great start to my day! Thank you.

24/07/2026: Good product, but weird tense vibe in the place. Not exactly welcoming or friendly. (due to staff unfortunately) Feel sorry for the owner, you've been let down. I'm also a local business owner in the city and was enthusiastic about supporting your local business, but i'm not sure I'll come back after my first visit a few days ago. This sucks, because I don't know where else to get the unique product you sell from a bricks and mortar store in the city. I cant tell you how much I really wanted to like this place and how much money I would have spent there over time. I hate leaving reviews like this Good luck

07/08/2026: My top restaurant in Dublin. The area is great, full of lively cafes and bars. The food is delicious, staff great with recommendations and wine paring. Outdoor seating perfect to enjoy a meal and enjoy the buzz of Dublin. Have eaten here with a group of 8 and again with 4 people and just 2; great every time.

30/07/2026: La maison being a classic French bistro has a great reputation for its classic dishes like foie gras pate, fillet mignon, crème brûlée and a wide variety of wine. Cian restaurant manager was very attentive and made sure that we had a great time and should it ticked every box on how a good restaurant should operate the level of professionalism and attentiveness makes the experience memorable. And will be definitely going back the next time we’re in Dublin.

16/07/2026: We visited The Tavern Bar & Restaurant with our family during our trip to Westport, and it was one of the highlights of our visit. The food was absolutely outstanding — every dish we ordered was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It was truly some of the best food we have had in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. A huge thank you to the entire team for providing such a wonderful dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return the next time we are in Westport. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

19/07/2026: The service at hang dai is truly outstanding - the staff (Fernando in particular) went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Food is also excellent and overall highly recommend.

16/07/2026: One of the best burgers I've ever tasted. My wife and son felt the same. I'm not sure of the name of the lad who welcomed and seated us (11/07), but he was excellent, and his energy was terrific. Great stuff :)

15/07/2026: Great serving times despite operating at close-to-full capacity. Modern, comfortable presentation of food. Very friendly staff. Great fries, along with one of the best burgers I've ever had. Would absolutely recommend after a long journey or for a social outing with friends.

22/07/2026: we stopped by to see the pub and the spot where niall and lewis played, and were welcomed so lovely!! the staff showed us around and gave us a little tour of all the little things there!! we got so many stickers and cards. definitely worth visiting :')

13/07/2026: We had our engagement party here and safe to say it was the best night ever. The pub itself is so cool and quirky. We had the party in the Niall Horan room which lived up to its name with the singing and dancing that followed. The Clarke family and staff couldn’t have been more friendlier and welcoming. Salt of the earth people. A gem, what a spot for a party!! 🙌🏼🥳

21/07/2026: You don’t get more Irish than this place. Irish traditional music, the best (voted!) pints of Guinness in Ireland and lots of locals to hang with! Busy but a fun busy! Lots of tourists but that also makes it fun.

09/07/2026: My partner and I went here recently enough. We will absolutely be back again! We got the pizza and wine deal for 55 euro! Incredible value and we really enjoyed the pizza! The wine was really good too!

11/06/2026: Very welcoming friendly staff. Very attentive and efficient floor staff. Comfortable seating and tables. Clean restrooms. Relaxed atmosphere with low music in the background and the buz of people having a chat. Nice menu with a good selection of dishes. My wife had the teriyaki beef rice bowl which was a large portion meal which she could not finish, it was very tasty, the beef was a little chewy but in a pleasant way. The beef chuck burger was very good with lots of gherkins, onions, cheese and crispy bacon. Very enjoyable. Once again I have to say the staff were very attentive. Will definitely revisit again soon.
