13/04/2025: Bastible is a true gem in a lively part of Dublin. The food was outstanding — perfectly seasoned, full of bold flavours, and showcasing real culinary skill. The flavour combinations were unusual in the best possible way, each dish a surprise that worked beautifully. The mushroom custard was an absolute stunner, and the horseradish foam with caviar and tartare was a brilliant combination that worked incredibly well. The set menu was offered at a very fair price point, making the experience all the more impressive. The wine list, though small, was well curated, and the sommelier was helpful and attentive. The staff overall were friendly and the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. The only downside was the double seating, which made the evening feel a bit rushed — we would have loved just a little more time to savour the experience. Still, an excellent restaurant we’d return to in a heartbeat.

02/04/2025: As someone who loves pizza, I’ve tried many, but this one truly stood out! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese melted beautifully with every bite. It was the perfect balance of taste and texture. Beyond the amazing pizza, the service was fantastic—friendly staff, quick service, and a great atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

18/03/2025: The attitude of the blond lady waiter is awfully. Very rude person. I asked about well done steak, she was surprised and asked me “well done?” . I said yes, but the lay said it will be medium well. Please take the option of well done steak out of the menu if you don’t want to serve it. We left almost straight away coz the atmosphere in the restaurant was so uncomfortable

13/04/2025: Stopped off here randomly today. The perfect cosy place with homecooked food 😋 10/10 for us. The chowder is a must and the spicy beef special was delicious. Loved this place. Excellent 5 * service 👏 we will be back 👍

13/03/2025: I eat very regularly at Rios. My favourite take away in the town. Staff are very friendly and love to have the catch up. The food and service is always great with ingredients always being fresh. They're always constantly upgrading the takeaway too. There's a great seating area which feels like home if you want a date with a loved one or a chat with Friends. Believe it or not they also have coffee and bars of chocolate which is very unique for the takeaways in the town! Would absolutely recommend.

08/03/2025: Had a pizza meal deal recently at Rio's and absolutely delighted with! Very tasty and fresh ingredients used, lovely and friendly staff. Definitely will be back again 🥰

02/03/2025: Very deceiving from the outside, a really huge and most interesting pub (even found a wise man and a shepherd from a large crib of some Christmas past. Friendly and efficient service, and a sandwich that combines onion and banana (yes I did). Great spot.
