The best restaurants

07/09/2026: Extremely disappointing experience - customer service needs serious improvement. I’ve been coming here regularly and have generally found the service to be good enough, so today’s experience was particularly disappointing. I ordered a takeaway and, while driving home, realised an item was missing. I immediately turned around and drove straight back to report it. I was served by a staff member named Anandha. What followed was frankly unacceptable. Rather than simply acknowledging the mistake and apologising, she was incredibly arrogant and kept trying to justify that she had already put the item in the bag. I explained that I had literally just left, noticed the item was missing and immediately turned around to come back. Why would a customer deliberately drive back after leaving a takeaway just to claim that an item is missing? If she genuinely believed she had packed it, the sensible and professional thing to do would have been to check the cameras or verify what happened. Instead, the customer was treated as though they were lying or somehow responsible for the mistake. Mistakes happen. That’s not the issue. The issue is the attitude and the complete lack of customer service when the mistake was brought to her attention. Does your staff seriously think customers enjoy wasting their time, fuel and part of their weekend driving back because an item has been forgotten? A simple “I’m sorry, let me sort that out for you” would have ended the matter immediately. Instead, the unnecessary arguing, defensiveness and arrogant attitude turned a simple missing-item issue into a genuinely awful customer experience. Someone needs to provide Anandha with proper customer-service training. Very disappointing, and certainly not the standard of service I would expect from somewhere I’ve visited regularly.

06/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really lovely KFC! Everything was clean, well organised and welcoming. The food was very fresh, hot and delicious, and the service was great! We had a really good experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🍗❤️

12/06/2026: What a wonderful find in Ballinamore! Prios Sports Bar has the kind of warm, authentic atmosphere that reminds you why country pubs and bars have such a special charm. The vibe here is relaxed, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Gabriel, who was a fantastic host. We had a great conversation about Ballinamore, the bar itself, and the World Cup, which made the visit even more memorable. He’s an absolute gem of a person and a great ambassador for local hospitality. As a traveller, experiences like this stay with you long after you’ve left. I loved the vibe of the bar and the genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. If you’re passing through Ballinamore, Prios Sports Bar is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍻

08/09/2026: I ordered a meal with ubber eats....the app said that was ready to deliver after 30 min i called boston pizza and they told me "dont worry your metal Will be ok" it arrived totally cold and i called back, they Just said very unpolite that they are bussy and hang off the call

06/09/2026: I want to say the customer service we received made up for the breakfast that was not the best. If you are looking for a great Irish coffee stop in the bar and ask Elaina to make one. Not only did she make a great drink she was helpful and answered all our questions. The staff makes this place great!

19/06/2026: Great location, walking distance to many attractions within Dublin. The rooms are large & the facilities are clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was great & made for a lovely addition to our stay.

28/06/2026: Definitely targeted to kids and young families. Not recommended if you don't enjoy children running around everywhere. Even at 11pm, kids still running around in the lobby. Hotel seems recently renovated and pleasant.

14/06/2026: Im really impressed with this hotel. The food is absoutely stunnning in the bar/bistro. The mushroom arancini starter, and black pudding gyoza were unbeilevable. Fish and chips was best ive ever had. Then desserts browine with salt and carmel, wow . 10/10 hats off to the chef and staff and extremely hard working staff. Well done guys ye are excellent. Spa and pool has been also top notch cant fault it ,sauna and hottub excellent .

23/08/2026: Salad Burger was nice, as were the cheese and garlic chips. Onion rings were fine. Solid chipper.

30/09/2025: This place is a good option to stay near Galway, the room is fine, nothing special very simple and require some basic renovation, our stay was pleasant but for what we payed we probably could find something much better and closer to town. The best here is the restaurant and the staff, even if didn't have dinner due it was fully booked the night we stayed, we had breakfast there next day and it was really good. Parking is small but enough, we had to wait for a while to be able to park but is included with no extra cost which is fine.

12/09/2026: Luckily we had booked as the place was heaving. We were returning as our last visit was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending O'Donnacha's. You won't be disappointed.

16/09/2026: We had the steak served on a hot stone, which was delicious and very generously portioned. Furthermore, the service was excellent. However, the restaurant's cleanliness was somewhat lacking; there were cobwebs on the ceiling, the wallpaper was peeling significantly, and a lot of dust was clearly visible."
