08/03/2025: I entered in here after running 2.5km or miles, not sure which as I don't run. I had the appetite of a man who ran 2.5km or miles, not sure which as I don't run. I ordered a mixed donner and chips meal. It hit the spot and I always remember hearing somewhere something about the last bite? The last bite in this establishment blew my mind. I don't know why, but the last bite of the meal I purchased upset me as to how good the meal was. The sauces on the plate, how it is served it perfect. I would highly recommend purchasing the meal I just spoke about. Fresh onion, fresh tomato, fresh lettuce and there was a pickled beetroot or slaw? Definitely try this place out if you are around Plunkett Street and hungry. The seating I found was perfect as a solo diner, I had a mirror in front of me to take in my surroundings and atmosphere as I enjoyed the meal and also ate upon a funky colored marble tabletop. 4 stars from me !

01/04/2025: I've been frequenting this bar every week since I moved to Naas 3 years ago. I even shot a music video here, telling everyone I socialise with that they should visit if they're ever in Naas. It was honestly my favourite spot. Their beer garden is dog friendly apparently, but today the owner was very aggressive with me and my partner. Exact words 'dog off seat..I'm not joking I mean it'. The seat in question is a badly upholstered seat and suits a beer garden aesthetic, obviously I wouldn't let my dog sit on an actual seat in good condition, or inside a bar. The owner made us feel really embarrassed with his threatening tone. Our dog is a 1 year old pug by the way, hardly a Doberman. Anyway, you've just lost two customers who spent a decent amount of money every week. The rest of the staff in the bar are lovely. The bar girl was super nice and petting our dog minutes beforehand. She is super nice and even seemed scared of this boss. I'm spreading the word.

24/02/2025: Great pub, great pint of Guinness. Great bar people serving drinks. There is only one problem I would have, there are one or minimum of two people insisting that "We have to turn on the Golf", as opposed to the rest of us, who just want to watch GAA. Golfers 🏌️‍♂️ always seem to get their way 🤔🫢😏💙💛

09/04/2025: We were lucky enough to get a table around lunchtime and had one of the best fish-based meals ever. The oysters were to die for! Also ordered the fish pie, tacos and fritto misto. All very tasty, well prepared and fresh. The banoffee pie, which I never had previously, was good and a nice surprise. Service was friendly, attentive and quick. Definitely worth a visit!

22/03/2025: There were four of us there last night. We had different things for main courses, and they were all great. The other three ordered things straight from the menu . . . . For the main course I ordered the starter of Goats Cheese Salad , and two sides, chips and roasted vegetables. It was unbelievably beautiful. Although I have been going to different restaurants around the country for 40 years, this is the most delicious meal I have ever had. . . . . They had no problem providing me with something different, even though it was not on the menu. And the prices were very reasonable.

11/03/2025: We recently availed of the private event space for my daughter’s christening. We had 40 adults and 15 children. The space was perfect for us. The kids could move about playing without any worries and there was still plenty of room for everyone to sit and chat. Having a private bar was a big plus. We had a buffet meal (kids and vegetarians catered for also) , which was very tasty and plenty of food for everyone. Desserts weren’t an option but there was no issue with a delivery from another local company arriving earlier in the day. Access was also given for a balloon company to decorate before we arrived. Large screen tv and full sound system for music. We had a kids entertainer join and there was plenty of room for her to set up. Staff were friendly and so accommodating. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back for our next big celebration. Highly recommend.

29/03/2025: It's small little place with few tables. I tried their Cappuccino and White Chocolate Matcha hot drink and loved both of them. I tried Healthy Banan Bread which was make from Almond floor and Pecans but I felt it was okaish. They have a standard set of coffes plus a few specials. They have a variety of chocolates and Acai Bowls. They also have some pastries. I would try more stuff from here on my next visit.

I understand business it's businesses but they need to pay attention on cleaning and renovation, not only profit. On the table, there are no tissues, you have to ask on the desk 😁

From start to finish, dealing with Mark, Darragh and Stephen - every facet from the viewing, booking and planning process was incredibly smooth, making the build up and day itself, a truly enjoyable and unforgettable for us and our guests. The attention to detail was remarkable—from the beautifully arranged venue setup to the seamless coordination of the day’s events. The food was absolutely outstanding, with so many of our guests commenting on how delicious every course was. A special thank you to Stephen for going above and beyond to look after us as bride and groom on the day. He made sure we felt so well cared for throughout the day, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. His professionalism, warmth, and kindness made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting or better service to celebrate our day!

13/12/2024: My (now) wife and I couldn't have picked a better venue to host our entire wedding from the ceremony and drinks reception to dinner and afters. Darragh was an immense help throughout the year. He has great energy but is also calm and collected which makes any planning a lot of fun. He's also extremely well organised and on top of everything which gave a great sense of security during the planning stages. Stephen and the team were unbelievable on the day. Stephen seems to be everywhere, anticipates everybody's needs, gave great advice to us, helped organise with the various suppliers and is also a lovely person. Everybody at the wedding was in awe of how he ran the day. The food and service was amazing, most people at our wedding said it was some of the nicest food they've had let alone the nicest wedding food they've eaten. The venue itself is beautiful and again, pretty much everybody at the wedding commented on how nice the building/rooms are and how well it was decorated for Christmas.

15/03/2025: Nice little coffee shop. There are a selection of pastries/cakes at the counter but not many food options, there are two sandwiches available and neither are vegetarian, one is 3 meat focaccia and the other chicken curry roll. They also have an Açaí bowl which is what I had and it was nice. My husband had the chicken curry roll and a latte and both were nice. Staff were friendly.

20/10/2024: Delicious coffee! They use Roasted Brown beans - great choice, my absolute favourites! The coffee shop has a lovely vibe, definitely a must visit when in Gorey! ❤️

10/03/2025: Lovely stop on the way back from Sligo Town to Foxford. Great food and large portions. Also cappuccino’s were delicious and although we were too full to order dessert they looked simply amazing.
