The best restaurants

15/03/2026: Great location and lovely hotel, we were too early to check in so lovely new girl long blonde hair let us leave bag, when we came back to check in a lady with dark hair & black blazer was not very friendly, answered phone while checking us in, never mentioned anything about time we were booked for dinner or where breakfast was etc, no enjoy your stay (rm 323 was fab) but everyone else we encountered was lovely. Jess at breakfast was really helpful, would definitely stay again.

08/03/2026: Birthday treat , stayed many times before , beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great food got an upgrade to a suite just top class say no more cant wait to get back again asap Caroline is the best end of what service no better , thanks again.

Its December 2017 and the service is fab The new Manager Nicole knows what great service is it comes natural. Bar Manager Dennis is sound Darren the barman is very professional. Christine great with customers gone Now Lovely girl A credit to the oldborough. 100% Nice selection of beers try the Devils Backbone. Food and service here is great. A great starting place. Let's not forget the chef and kitchen staff waitress and waiters. A nice friendly atmosphere here. Amy and all the guys Well done to all the staff. 08/11/2025: Very less staff on the counter always slow and they don’t care much if customers are waiting when food and drinks are ordered on the app they don’t even bring the drink on time all the ice gets melted and the drink doesn’t even taste good… very bad service

25/03/2026: Great atmosphere. Shay is a very unique person, but when you're inside you feel like you're in another world. The pool table here is highly recommended, but you can also have a chat with friends. Great beer.

13/02/2026: I found a mysterious bar near my hotel. I googled it and found out it's a popular bar among celebrities. I was a little worried, but I mustered up the courage to go inside. I politely greeted the owner in Japanese and he let me in. Apparently his son lives in Tokyo. The photo of the owner and the celebrity together inside was amazing. Thank you very much. I'd like to visit again.

18/03/2026: Great snack for on the go. Small shop without much seating, but perfect for a quick snack. It was very tasty.

30/12/2025: Went here for lunch,food was very nice but maybe a little bit pricey hence only 4 stars. Service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Location is right on the coast with sea views if you sit upstairs or outside. Recommended.

23/02/2026: Great place, with great pubs attached. Friendly staff. It had annoying issue if the key cards being wiped when put next to your phone in your pocket. The staff always were happy to fix it but it was still annoying. But definitely earns its five star rating and cost.

05/01/2026: As a local, this is my favourite coffee. No mocha in all of Ireland compares for me. The staff are always so friendly, they know my order when I arrive and always so nice to my dog who is addicted to their treats.

14/09/2025: Such a handy little drive thru especially in the rain. Coffee was so tasty and possibly one of the nicest chocolate croissants I've ever had.

11/03/2026: House Limerick is an excellent place for either lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a lovely spot to spend time with friends or family. The beer selection is very good, the wines are excellent, and the food is always full of flavour and great quality. One of the best parts is sitting in their garden area overlooking the river — it’s a beautiful and laid-back setting that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Overall, a fantastic place to dine or simply enjoy a drink in a lovely setting. Definitely one of the nicest spots in Limerick to relax and unwind.

08/03/2026: We had a booking for a group of 5 girls for women’s day had the best service and Nicole who looked after us was fabulous thanks so much will be back would be better if we had abit more music in the back round but all and all good 👍

19/01/2026: Food here is very good...portions are large and service is prompt and efficient. One thing I would say is that the place could do with a face-lift other than that it's a thumbs up from me.
