19/03/2025: It's a great atmosphere here. The staff were very professional and served with a smile. We were there to watch the end of the m6n after the rugby1 finished. There was music. Well worth a visit.

06/04/2025: Always a deadly place for a bit to eat. Ask the lad behind the carvery for a Yorkshire pudding though and you may as well be asking for a kidney - there’s an attitude adjustment needed there.
14/03/2025: we waited ages to be served and it wasn't that busy. once we eventually got served, all the waiters started showing up asking "are ye ok for anything?" 🙄 real pity because the food and cocktails were absolutely divine. you need to up your game with the staff lads...

19/12/2024: We had our Christmas party for the 3rd time there! Food was good as always, but the music wasn't as good as previous years, and one of the bartenders had a bit of an attitude at some point! Overall it was a good experience, and we are looking forward to finding out what's coming next year!
P.S.: Ruaidhri was there for us every year for our Christmas parties, making sure that we are having the best experience, so we do hope that we will see him there again in the new wrights adventure!

The food is really really good and the servers also very nice and atentive. Would recomend 100%. Ask for the crispy mushrooms, fried chicken, and the soup of the day!! 10/10.

24/11/2024: Great pub 👌. Would recommend it for a comfortable pint and friendly locals. The pizza's are A1 . Staff are genuine and very welcoming. Highly recommend a stop off here if visiting south Kilkenny or Waterford city.

10/03/2025: Beautiful, clean establishment, spacious room with a small terrace, and friendly staff. The only downside is the street noise, but with a few drinks in your head, it's manageable 😅
And the location is perfect!

Chicken club was great but falls apart easily and became more of a chicken salad after a few bites. Limeade was a bit too sweet but nice option to mix it up if you don't do alcohol or soda, just cut it with water
