06/12/2024: I cannot say enough about their coffee. I go in every morning with my son on the way to school my my morning coffee and his hot chocolate or baby chino (depending what he's in the mood for) and it's always great. The girls are really friendly also.

01/10/2024: Overlooking Spanish Point, close to the Armada Hotel. Loads of free parking. A little restaurant and bar, very nice. Great coffee. Our room was massive! 2 beds and two couches. Spotless. Our friends were in two other room, they were gorgeous. Coffee and tea facilities, very important 😁, very good shower. Only met one member of staff, she was a credit to the place. Gluten free breakfast no problem. If we go to Spanish Point again I would hope to stay here. Excellent.

16/02/2025: They do a nice breakfast but the small breakfast option can be inconsistent with what you get as menu says one thing but breakfast itself may leave you short. Pints are good especially the Guinness, staff are decent but can be slow to serve. Dinners and food in general is amazing.

24/12/2024: Whenever we go to Athlone we always make sure to book this restaurant. In fact we went both nights. The food is fantastic. The staff are really attentive. If you like good Thai food, this is the place to go.
24/11/2024: First time in Kin Khao after many recommendations and it did not disappoint. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff and the food was second to none. Generous portions, really well presented and the flavour and freshness of the dishes was perfection. Looking forward to our next visit.

It gets really busy in the summer so it’s best to book . We like going in the winter when it’s quieter and it’s easier to get a table .
I can’t recommend highly enough.
