29/01/2025: Visited this little gem on Saturday morning. Same routine Every Saturday morning arabica for breakfast with my wife. Adam and lauren the owners are absolutely brilliant and their attention to detail is exceptional. Last Saturday just gone was a little different we have never seen the shop so busy. We we're informed by the owner lauren there was a delay of around 30 to 40mins for food. She also explained that due to the storm 2 of their staff could not make it to work. She also explained there was a high volume of food orders because people had no electricity. We said we'd wait and after 30mins our food came out. Perfect as always. This is by far our favourite coffee shop in the city and the banter with lauren and Adam is a great tonic. Rather than avoiding this please I'd encourage people to support local business's trying to make a living. The shop is very busy for a reason. 10 out 10 every time. Mike and Tracey.

30/01/2025: I love the bistro! The food is delicious. Best pizza in Tuam, gourmet sandwiches, and one of the best Irish breakfasts I ever had. The service is unique, the people are so nice and friendly and the restaurant is so cosy and warmly furnished. Can't wait to be back again for an awesome meal.

12/08/2024: I order from these guys a lot on Deliveroo and they’re always solid. Don’t think i’ve ever had a disappointing sandwich, pastry, or coffee from them ever.

23/12/2024: I ordered a boba tea from here and it was amazing the best I had in years not to mention it’s run by this lovely lady who had the best hospitality imaginable. It’s a small business and it’s definitely surpassing any expectations I had. Also the sizes are much larger than other places.

26/01/2025: This is a nice enough venue and the staff were friendly. I called in advance as I wad part of a large group but before I came I wanted to check they could cater for me as a vegan. They assured me I would have a few options. My starter of bruschetta was fine but uninteresting with the bread a bit dry and the topping a bit sparse. The real disappointment came with the pizza. They'd suggested I order a pizza without cheese and add what I wanted. I added a few vegetables to top it (peppers, olives, rocket, mushrooms, capers). It was quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever eaten and I love all these toppings usually. It had no flavour and the base was like cardboard. When the bill arrived, I found I'd been charged for a pizza with cheese AND all the individual toppings, making the cost €23.50. I don't mind if restaurants don't cater for vegans; I just choose somewhere else who does. If they claim to cater for me though, I'd appreciate the slightest hint of an effort to do so.

19/12/2024: I had the most incredible takeaway experience at this restaurant, thanks to the amazing lady who went above and beyond to accommodate my unique dietary needs. I have a low-FODMAP sensitivity, am gluten intolerant, and also allergic to gums and starches (which are often used in gluten-free cooking). Despite these challenges, she took the time to carefully listen and truly understand my restrictions. She worked closely with the kitchen to create a safe and delicious meal that didn’t include any of my allergens. Her patience, attention to detail, and genuine care were absolutely heartwarming. Dining out with allergies can be daunting, but her efforts made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this place for anyone with complex dietary needs—it’s a rare gem!

29/01/2025: Mocha Beans at Pearse Station is a cozy spot with excellent drinks and treats. Their hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream and marshmallows, was rich and perfectly sweet. The white chocolate biscuit bar was a delicious mix of creamy and crunchy textures. Great presentation, friendly service—definitely worth a visit!
