22/07/2026: 5 star experience all day long. The food is so fresh & tasty (great portions) & the place is kept very clean & tidy. Always made feel welcome.

12/06/2026: The Club House was the perfect location for our short and sweet visit to Kilkenny in May 2026. We were in town for 2 nights, and the hotel is right in the center of the city, just 2 minutes walk from Kilkenny Castle and the start of the Medieval Mile. The huge onsite parking lot was very handy (and secure). Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. It was so worth it to include breakfast in the mornings as well, as the food served was plentiful and satisfying. We loved the Club House's character, on top of being clean and and elegant, all the decorations and design elements makes it feel like you've stepped into a moment in history in the best way. Staff were all so helpful and kind, and shout outs to the Bar staff on our arrival evening (the first night of our Ireland vacation), who gave us a warm welcome. One thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator, so I likely would not come back with family members who have mobility concerns if there was no availability on the first floor (from what we saw, this would be a very comfortable and safe option as all ground floor rooms face the hotel's secure parking lot, which was quiet for the duration of our stay).

02/06/2026: The oldest hotel in the village still in operation. We had a small double; well, small is what it was, but it was only for one night. The hotel has a lot of character, excellent service, and a great breakfast. Ample free parking and located in the center.

14/03/2026: A really beautiful cafe. Had lunch here a few times and food has always been great. Their cakes/deserts are absolutely beautiful, its hard to resist them! The beautiful floral delph is such a lovely touch. The service is great and staff are always so friendly. Cant wait to visit again soon!

01/09/2026: My husband and I love coming here for a midweek, local meal. The food is always delicious and the service is great. In particular, Ismael & Muhammad are incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel so welcome every time.

22/08/2026: Friday morning we wondered in a bit too early, but the girl that was getting ready to open up asked us if we looking to stay or take away. We were only looking for two take away coffees. She was happy to serve us and made an effort to have a nice chat while making our coffees. We are new to the area and to find such a welcoming cafe near home is a win. It set our day to a good start and we left with a promise to come back and try their breakfast.

27/07/2026: Very friendly. The food was excellent.

12/09/2026: Staff weren't friendly. Certain activities just randomly weren't available. You have to sign a waiver that allows pictures to be taken off your children. I didn't recommend this place.

10/09/2026: We bought 3 caramel iced lattes and 1 vanilla and all of them tasted and smelled horrendous, bowling was fine and mini golf was as well but the cafe wasn't that good for iced lattes.

06/09/2026: doesn't take a Michelin star to make the best halloumi sandwich I've ever had. I'd even consider taking another ferry through hellish weather just to have another one. 1000/10 would recommend

14/04/2026: Well run efficient friendly service, very busy takeaway, lots of options , huge menu, oriental noodles and other oriental dishes, spice bag very good. ( only reason for less stars is kids chicken strippers a little too much batter and not enough chicken, safer to order noodles or proper oriental dishes, spice bag lovely flavour, quite spicy

06/04/2026: Just had my first order here and OMG!! Nicest in town so far , the egg fried rice so clean white and full of flavor, salt and chilli noodle box amazing full of favor , everything was just cooked to perfection and full.of flavor my new takeaway⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
