The best restaurants

20/05/2025: It’s a beautiful place! You feel like a princess in that castle. The rooms are very spacious and lovely, and the bathroom floor is warm, so it’s super comfortable to walk around barefoot. The service from all the staff is excellent. And the massage we got at the spa was extraordinary!

20/05/2025: This was one of the best hotels on our tour, and we had great ones. The rooms were cozy and elegant. We were treated like royalty and self service laundry facilities were available. I wish we could have stayed a second night.

15/05/2026: Food was Fabulous. I had seafood stew and my wife had the rump roast. Well prepared and great portions. Recommend

11/03/2026: Lovely place - had two fish n chips and 4 pints of Guinness here with my girlfriend and our dog, people here are friendly and the staff is really nice to everyone. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice time

27/04/2026: Today I was going to look around in this shop at Grafton Street (10-10-2024). The security fella asked me which beer I wanted. I told him I was just looking but he doesn't understand me. He asked me to leave shop. I was trying to change my mind but he just asked me to leave. I did not even say nor did I do anything wrong. I wasn't even trying to steal anything either. He seemed to be quite rude. I was bit upset, uncomfortable and worried. I was also bit confused about it. Right, that's it! I am not coming back to this shop ever again except Subway (mostly on Saturdays). If you're reading this, avoid the shop.

24/07/2025: I ordered a pitta kebab and it was very good. The pitta bread was very fresh. I really recommend it.

21/07/2025: The best pizza what we ever ate. Food is lovely. Only what I didn't like.... I would like more salad in kebab( last time I didn't get any tomato, got only bit iceberg lettuce an was bit too dry) I got charged more for 3 kebabs than it said on the poster. For me those 3 extra euros means a lot on those days. Anyways I'll come back again

08/06/2026: Always Fast, efficient and tasty food. Enjoyed many pizza's and chicken kebabs. Chips are good too. Can eat in.

15/05/2026: I asked for no salad on my food and was still giving this is the second time when people don't put it on there order u don't put it on food is always nice to eat but when it's destroyed in shit u can't eat it's horrible another 20 odd quid down the drain

21/05/2026: Such a cool place! Love the vibe and the staff are so friendly. Really fun to spend an hour or so in, more if you get food and drinks which we didn't this time. There's not a huge huge variety of games, but the ones they have are great and there's a good mix of solo and duo ones. We got the €20 for 32 tokens deal and by the time we were ready for lunch we still had loads of tokens left so took them home to use another day. Loads of lockers available inside. I'd say the atmosphere is great at night but during the day it's really fun when you don't have to wait for any games and basically have the place to yourself!

16/05/2026: Came inside as passing and glad I did. Very nice friendly staff, very good value for good quality route 66 burger, combo chips and drink. It's an old style diner, prefect for students, kids etc tho interior a bit dated. Would recommend as enjoyed food which was freshly cooked and didn't take long.

19/05/2026: The staff were okay they helped a little, but could have done more. Unfortunately, the food was truly terrible. I paid 11 euros for a dish that tasted like it had been sitting around since last week. For 11 euros, you wouldn't just expect a decent meal you'd hope for great Asian noodles. What I received, I'm sorry to say, was frankly a disgrace. On top of that, I ordered takeout and the noodles came in one of those classic round containers and the food was practically swimming in sauce. Almost a quarter, if not a third of the container was filled with liquid. And it wasn't even a rich, thick sauce that you'd expect with noodles it was more like a watery soup. The whole thing was just floating around in it, which I found genuinely disgusting.

29/04/2026: Great food and Basok, the owner, was really nice with us. 8€ for a delicious box of noodles with 5 chicken gyozas. We recommend to take food away and eat it in St Stephens Green Park.

17/05/2026: Really great spot for food. Drinks experience a little flat in terms of atmosphere if going solo but great if that’s not an issue.

02/04/2026: I lived in Blackrock for nearly two years, and from the moment I first walked into Kelly and Coopers, I was made to feel genuinely welcome and immediately at home. That warmth and hospitality made settling into Blackrock far easier than I could have expected, and it is something I will always remember with real gratitude. The service was exceptional throughout attentive, friendly, and delivered so naturally that every visit felt effortless and enjoyable. It was often the case that before I had even thought about leaving my seat, a member of staff would already be there to ask if I was ready for another pint, which perfectly reflected the high standard of care and attentiveness that defined the place. The food was consistently excellent, always enjoyable and clearly prepared with care. The smoking area was a favorite retreat of mine a calm, inviting space with a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and taking a moment to unwind. It is a place I genuinely miss and one I look forward to returning to on my next trip. My sincere best wishes to all of the staff, and thank you for making my time in Blackrock all the more memorable.

30/03/2026: Absolutely amazing Chinese takeaway! The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. Their portions are generous, and you definitely get great value for money. The sweet and sour chicken is perfectly crispy, and the chow mein is full of rich, authentic taste. What really stands out is the consistency — every order is just as good as the last. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and everything is always ready on time. Whether you’re ordering for yourself or a group, they never disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Chinese food that hits the spot every single time!
