19/12/2025: The coffee was cold and we were told rudely that the table was needed and we had to leave while we were drinking our coffee it wasn't the nicest experience which was unfortunate as I was looking forward to visiting this cafe

24/10/2025: Food has vastly improved since I last visited over a year ago. Today I enjoyed delicious pancakes, ham & cheese toasted sandwich with cappuccino and an orange juice. Quick service, helpful staff and warm, clean surroundings. Free off road parking is a bonus. One star is lost for the seating arrangement. Tables for 4 will only be allocated for a party of 3 or 4. The tables that have 2 chairs are too small and uncomfortable for a couple, but are OK for lone diners. The café has a large floor space which is wasted with huge gaps between tables. Investment in a better floor plan would greatly improve the dining experience for a couple.

27/08/2025: A great breakfast! I had the Big Breakfast, all wrapped up in a crepe, really filling and delicious! We went back twice! A real treat!

28/09/2025: Very good restaurant, fast service, one problem however: the aperitif is served at the same time as the starter, but this does not change the quality of the food.

27/09/2025: This place is surprisingly unstable. We visit occasionally, and are usually satisfied. Yesterday we were thinking about visiting during the oyster festival, but the prices are high. We get them delivered to our home, and with delivery, they're a third cheaper. A full dose is 18-24 euros straight from the farms. Nearby, at the Japanese restaurant, they were offering a gift tasting. Free. What a treat! Overall, maybe, but not great.

26/09/2025: We loved to go to Dashi and it was our go-to takeaway in COVID times. I ordered for collection on a Thursday evening at 7pm, half of the sushi options were gone and the curry and udon noodle dishes (or at least parts thereof) were heated in a microwave, and it still took them 25 minutes to put the order together. The dishes lacked veggies and where mediocre at best, and I couldn't finish the seaweed salad. Very disappointed.

18/09/2025: Visited the place just for the first time, as I saw they have a lot of great reviews, and variety of options, but unfortunately were disappointed, as many of the ingredients weren’t just included. They show in the menu that the sushi has variety of ingredients, and a lot of interesting stuff like: asparagus, chive, chilli powder, and so, but unfortunately they just used instead of the asparagus the curcumber, and we had no chives or chilli powder, although we should have had😟 Also the trout sushi we had was half raw/and half cooked👀

31/12/2025: Best Thai restaurant around!! Eaten there once during the Lobster festival and we have been back several times for take out! We are coming to dine in again very soon, we promise!! Food10/10 Service. 10/10 Excellent value for money. It’s a must try for either dine in or take out! But I do recommend the dine in experience. Oh one last thing!! Superb wine!!

16/10/2025: Medicore food, fishiest prawns I've ever eaten and no crushed nuts on the Pad Thai!? Sacrilege. Much better food in Dublin for a more reasonable price too!

19/09/2025: We got a spice box which is not an Irish spice box. Not enough peppers or onions or spice. The burger was good enough, but not worth 9.50, if it included chips it might have been more of an appropriate price. The service was very good.

10/02/2026: We had a wonderful stay at The Killarney Oaks Hotel. The rooms were absolutely spotless and so comfortable, and from the moment we arrived the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful. Dinner was delicious and beautifully presented, and everything throughout our stay was efficient and well run. There’s plenty of parking, which is a real bonus, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of local amenities. What really stood out was the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. An absolute pleasure to stay here, and we’ll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: I wanted to explore coffee in that lane so i find of O&F to try for. Very good and kind manager to talk but talking about Barista who was really rude. I asked for latte and he made mistake to make it. Showing bad face reaction while serving. Comeon this is not good way even he didn’t apologise for the same. I needed plain milk(old bottle) but he mixed that with the light milk(opened new bottle) right infront of me. As i said him to change it he was like all are the same it doesn’t matter. Even i was a barista not a kid. Even coffee wasn’t right by temperature it felt cold. Just improve skills i would suggest for customer service. This country is really welcoming,warm and people are really kind so i expect the same from Barista. Thankyou no hard feelings.

04/12/2025: Am done with here. Work locally, just waited 25 mins for a takeaway toasted sandwich. When I asked for a refund they realised they hadn’t put the order in. Staff too busy having the craic behind the counter. Got one thrown in a bag and handed to me. Burnt Oat milk latte pathetic- flat and half filled At €16.65 for the two it’s a complete rip off- too many other offerings in the area. Won’t be back. Ruined my lunch break and my appetite

07/03/2026: Filthy. Everywhere was unacceptably dirty. Nothing is kept clean. That’s a sign of poorly paid, badly treated staff. I’ve been there three times and while the staff were nice enough, it’s grotty. Oh and the loud beeping from the kitchen machines was incessant .
