23/07/2026: I come here every now and again for lunch during my work break and sometimes for a quick dinner. The food quality is very high as is the environment. The service is always fab, even during the lunch rush you’ll be met with a friendly smile and a good service. Keep in mind your server might be a bit faster with what they say around these times. ( 12-2PM ) , but that won’t affect your experience. My go to order is a toasted pork burrito, and I would personally recommend the pork. The chicken is the most popular but the pork has more flavour. A small burrito usually does it for me, and fills me up but it depends on yourself. Regardless I do recommend going in, and giving it a try. The staff are always lovely and don’t mind you trying sauces, meats or salads on spoons before you put it into your burrito/bowl so you know you’ll get your moneys worth. Great Staff, Great management. P.S the Guacamole is more than worth the price it tastes quite authentic and the guac and chips deal for 5€ is such a nice treat if you’re getting dinner.

07/06/2026: Dont bother ordering online for collection they wont look at it untill you are there even though i recieved a notification that order was confirmed and was given a time for collection and also they got the order wrong even at that. Wont be going back.

10/08/2026: A very welcome stop on a long day cycling through Mayo. We arrived cold and hungry after a tough, wet and very windy morning and Sizzlers was exactly what we needed. Friendly service, good food and a chance to warm up and refuel before heading on towards Belmullet. A great place to stop if you’re cycling through Bangor Erris.

29/06/2026: A pleasant surprise! Had lunch with my husband today. What a really lovely local cafe. I consider it a real hidden gem of a find! Gorgeous food presented with a friendly smile and a chat. The lady ( maybe the owner) went above and beyond to cater for us. 5dtar experience

26/02/2026: Nice place and staff is courteous. Usually have breakfast and its a good value meal.

07/09/2026: Sometimes they are great and some other times like today they forget they serve real people. Today the waitress, on a cold rainy day, refused I go to the toilet because she was closing 5min later. But they were still open with 10 more clients inside. Won't go again, staff should treat people like people.

26/08/2026: Middling, fairly mediocre BLT served with a small ramakin of fries and side salad, which was purple coleslaw. No salad seen at all. Only €13.50. Probably won't be back.

12/08/2026: Great Cafe , I love the breakfast there , Good food cooked when ordered , Good service. nice staff , plenty of parking p Now have a small sit out side section for smokers etc.

21/07/2026: Good place. They didn’t hold back—they absolutely loaded it with meat, and honestly, that’s all you need. The cola was nice and cold, and the kebab was delicious. Great spices, quality ingredients. Keep it up, guys! I also really liked that awesome sauce they drowned our food in—I have no idea what it’s called. Anyway, I wanted to keep this review short, but we came here to eat well, and when we got our food, it was exactly like receiving the meal we had ordered. That was a really satisfying feeling. So yeah, it was good because it was good, and that’s why I liked it. And after I finished eating, I felt exactly like someone who had eaten a huge meal—because I absolutely stuffed myself. That was great too, because my hunger completely disappeared… thanks to the fact that I had just eaten. 😀😀😀

29/07/2026: Unacceptable and rude service from new staff memberI am a regular customer, but the behavior of the newest staff member this week was completely unacceptable. My sandwich was served cold, and when I politely asked to have it heated up again, she openly muttered under her breath while doing it. This kind of blatant hostility and poor attitude is incredibly unprofessional. Management needs to address this individual's customer service training immediately, as I will not return if this is how customers are treated.We are regular customers zero stars ….

10/08/2026: Beautiful campsite in wonderful location. Run extremely well. Very clean. Couldn't recommend enough.

08/07/2026: We got to pitch our tent across the bar inside the campsite, noisy and music went beyond 11pm this is the only disadvantage. Otherwise the facilities are reasonable and quite place to stay. I don't mind staying in this place again.

16/08/2026: The atmosphere and food at Insomnia are good, but unfortunately, the service really needs improvement. The staff were not friendly or welcoming and made me feel as though they were wondering why I was there rather than making me feel like a valued customer. The staff also seemed unfamiliar with the menu and were unable to answer basic questions about what was available. One of the women working there spent a lot of time on her phone and did not respond properly when I tried to get her attention. It’s a shame because the food and atmosphere are good, but the unfriendly service made the overall experience disappointing. I hope the management can address this, as better customer service would make a big difference.

27/09/2026: Five of us had a lovely meal here, the pasta carbonara is lovely served with garlic bread served in a big bowl full of flavour you can exactly taste the garlic sauce lovely and creamy, chips are delicious to. My husband got the breakfast he said it was lovely he couldn't finish it, the only fault was he had to ask two different members of staff to bring his pot of tea that was supposed to come the breakfast. By the time he got his tea he was half way through the breakfast.We got lovely buns to take home they were lovely.

06/07/2026: As a hospitality worker myself I can see these girls are extremely well trained. So attentive and welcoming. Making sure you have everything you need and talking to you as if you’re a regular even when it’s your first time there. Amazing staff!
