08/09/2025: Ordered 2 portion of Vermicilli noodles and a portion of egg fried rice, only got one delivered along with the egg fried rice witch was black and burned and then the second one came burned as well and every veg on it and piece of chicken was black and the smell of smoke and burned food was to much ! Never again, bin the food you get of them , prices are over the top and for what ? Nothing trust me.

19/03/2026: Had the best night at Vermilion the food was amazing, service brilliant, 2 lovely guys looking after us , the place is spotless, had family with us from Manchester they were very impressed one said it was the best curry he ever dad highly recommended this restaurant 10 out of 10 for everything regards Liz Maher

17/09/2025: The girl serving behind the counter was unfriendly, as if she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to serve us.
The milk was served in it’s original 2L jug and again just thrown there almost with words to the effect, if you want some milk here you go.
The toilets had just been cleaned but they never replaced the soap and the soap dispenser was completely empty.
All of this when the café was practically empty and the staff had not much to do.
Never going back there again.

01/09/2025: Went to see a Saturday evening session. Music was average but the audience of 60 and 70 somethings nursing their Seven Ups all night seem to be hell bent on spoiling the younger peoples' night out with their glaring and hushing. Its an Irish pub for goodness sake. If you want to listen to music in silence spend a few Euro and go to the Opera. House.
The manageress who seemed to support this nonsense seemed to be trying to deliver the impossible for zero financial benefit.

29/07/2025: We had such a lovely evening here with old friends. The food was spectacular. My friends all had seafood which was incredibly fresh and delicious, while I opted for what was the best pizza I have ever had outside of Italy! Could not recommend highly enough.
25/07/2025: Great service by Eve & Excellent food by Orla - Seafood medley was delicious, mussels starter plentiful & pizza fully loaded - wine menu good & our 8 year old Granddaughter had a visit with the cats on the Patio - hope to get back soon again - Thanks so much 🙏🏻💚❤️

21/09/2025: We got the sushi combo Dublin. The quantities are good enough and the presentation is very nice. The fish was fresh, but the rice was not good, which devalued the taste. Staff were super nice. It’s a super location.

The Stables Brasserie & Bar
03/10/2025: We recently had dinner at the Stables Brasserie and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the manager was welcoming, the service was attentive and professional, and the quality of the food and wine was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the presentation, and the care that went into every detail really made the evening feel special.
29/09/2025: Brought 2 Spanish friends to this restaurant for Sunday lunch but left extremely dissapointed. Atmosphere was sad, food was below average and certainly not near the level for the prices charged. The hotel is spectacular but this restaurant is not good enough.
