02/05/2026: Food is decent, I can’t justify the prices for the quality. In the early bird menu the portions seem smaller than à la carte. All the mains came with jasmin rice which is nice. The staff always tries to sell you or recommend you the most expensive thing on the menu. I’d appreciate if they would lay down all the options first.

24/03/2026: We had an early bird there recently which was lovely but unfortunately the vegetables let it down..I had chicken supreme served with roman style peas which were just frozen defrosted peas..over the years I always got a bowl of seasonal vegetables in Rinnucinis.

Unacceptable for the price. I ate it because I needed a meal, but should have sent it back. 'Pourover coffee' was very poor.

15/04/2026: I had a wonderful dinner here yesterday. The food was incredibly fresh, and beautiful atmosphere made the entire dining experience very enjoyable. Every dish tasted thoughtfully prepared and of high quality.
What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Imre, was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional. He ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal and made us feel very welcome.
Highly recommend the place, I’ll definitely be returning!
14/04/2026: Matt The Thresher Dublin is a celebrated seafood focused restaurant specializing in wild Irish seafood sourced locally.
The dishes were well prepared letting the fresh ingredients shine. Standout dishes were the chicken wings, mussels and pork belly.
Service was professional and unobtrusive. Overall a fantastic meal and wonderful dining experience.

It’s not something you expect when you’re trying to enjoy your food. Overall, the service left a bad impression and could definitely be handled more thoughtfully.
