02/08/2026: Went down after the air show with the girls ,felt a bit peckish,so I stopped into this place called ‘the strand’ ,was a bit busy,but was met with our lovely server muireann (was lucky enough to get her name!) ,she was absolutely lovely,quick service and kept up a positive attitude,despite the busy and stressful environment, top class waitress!

27/07/2026: Very nice place to spend couple of hours, the castle itself with the surrounding "village" looks great. Tickets are cheaper if purchased online.

27/07/2026: The castle and surrounding area are beautiful, and the nearby village has cute souvenir shops, cafés, and places to grab something to eat. It’s a charming little town with a great atmosphere and definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.

16/07/2026: A lovely old pub in a great location. The weather was perfect, so we could sit outside and enjoy a beer. It was very crowded on Friday evening.

16/07/2026: Did not eat but beautiful pub would highly recommend, great location just before the madness of the city on Baggot street junction before the bridge. They have tall tables, regular tables, booths and an outdoor smoking area upstairs. Really friendly manager/owner/doorman,barmen they have very respectful and professional staff who really know their locals but are also very friendly to strangers 🥰Has a charming lil piece of history for any one who's interested, the have created a Brendan Behan snug/corner where you can sit & enjoy a drink where he used to💚🤍🧡💚🤍🧡*I would say very family friendly but maybe not on big match days😃

21/07/2026: Pulled pork eggs benedict and chai latte to die for😍 Had a sip of my friend's vanilla matcha which was lovely too. Great environment and all the staff are very friendly, will hopefully be returning.

18/07/2026: Im in my vacations visiting Kerry, and this is the best meal ever. I had Salmon was absolutely incredible—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff made me feel very welcome, and the atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend this place! 💙

01/07/2026: Excellent food! I had the Megrelian Khachapuri as a vegetarian, and it was amazing. It looked a bit small at first, but it was actually more than enough and very satisfying.

21/07/2026: This is a really nice cafe. My overall 4 rating is because the menu doesn't offer enough choices. Otherwise for what's on the menu and the service plus parking etc is 5 star. Have been on many occasions as I have moved to Roscam from the city centre.
