The best restaurants

13/09/2026: Not only are the fish and chips so bloody delicious ,the staff are amazing too. Tereasa catered for my sisters hen and I feel she went above and beyond for us. She delivered the food herself with extras generously thrown in for us. You can feel the food was made with love ❤️ No faults. Best fish i’ve had in years too. Cannot recommend this place enough for great food and service in Connemara with sensational views to go with 10/10

20/06/2026: Staff exceptional, Alan and Connor (bar), John and Johannes (Guest Services), every person we encountered were friendly and made our stay our favorite place to come back. Hotel was great, breakfast very good, rooms were comfortable and spacious.

But it’s 3 because it’s a complete nightmare to get them to answer the phone for a takeaway (in fact I still can’t get a call to go through even after verifying the number with them) and it takes too long to go in, order and wait when you’re in a hurry..

09/09/2026: We had a wonderful time there; the welcome was quick and warm. We had the fish appetizer, fish and chips, and chicken kyiv! It was so delicious and the portions were generous! The atmosphere was cozy.

It has a gourmet vegetarian concept, but the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, elegant, warm, and romantic at the same time. — the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. The tasting menu with was delicious, creative, and perfectly balanced. You can really feel the passion and attention behind every plate. It wasn’t just dinner, it was a true culinary experience that we would absolutely repeat and recommend to everyone. The staff looked after our table and took very good care of us from beginning till the ened. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, and a memorable evening overall.

17/09/2026: The person I was with found a hair in their pizza which would have been ok, accidents happen sometimes but obviously not ideal. But the servers didn’t seem very apologetic and another gluten free pizza was sent back less than ten minutes later (speed is great) , but this one looked significantly less well presented. At the end of the day, remaking the pizza with more care and better quality would have been appreciated even if it took a little longer but this one had less cheese and just looked sloppily put together. All the same appreciative that there are gluten free options now in town but the service could be improved. Hot honey dip was very tasty. Pizza was good but just good.

The pizzas here are generously sized, ensuring you get a satisfying meal, and the pricing is incredibly fair, offering amazing value for such quality. I genuinely urge everyone to give this place a try; you'll be so glad you did!

09/09/2026: The food is really delicious and flavorful! No mainstream choices. Highly recommended because the service is also top-notch!! If I have to mention a point for improvement: Open kitchen, so due to poor ventilation, we left smelling strongly of food.
