06/08/2026: The best scone of our trip through Ireland, and the most affordable. So fluffy. The cheese one especially. Served with cream and jam. Located across from the harbor.

19/09/2026: Had a lovely relaxed lunch here, food was beautiful. Service was brilliant, no rushing you off the table or to place your order. Great place to have a catch up as although was busy you don't feel you are involved in other people's conversation. Will definitely be back

07/06/2026: If you visit Dublin the food was fabulous - authentic Irish food where locals clearly eat down a little side street from the main Templar Bar area. Seafood chowder delicous and chunky chips best ever!

04/07/2026: Food has been delicious all times i have been there. Waitresses have always given great customer service. Last time i asked to remove onions and add guacamole on the burger ( which they always did) but the new waitress said no... not even a chance to add as an add on and pay extra, just no. But it is a delicious food.

04/08/2026: We recently stayed there at the end of July for 1 night. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Breakfast buffet was top class with a wide selection for everyone to choose. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the hall and room temperature. Hall down to rooms have no air flow so are really stuffy. Rooms on a warm day were unbearable. Room has no air con but the room was supplied with a desk fan. Once we checked in we had to leave the room for the day with the window wide open with the hope the room would cool by the evening. One we returned the room had cooled slightly but we had to sleep with the window wide open and the fan on full which was pretty loud. Because the win was open the traffic noise in the morning woke us up. In the bathroom there is very little extraction so if you have a shower the room keeps a lot of moisture. Not nice with a stuffy room. If rooms had dedicated aircon this hotel would get a five star all day. In this day and age the lack of aircon means the room you pay for to sleep in are not fit for purpose during hot weather.

21/05/2026: The location would have been 5 stars if it was closer to the town center but hotel is very easy to find.

30/06/2026: Personally, I really enjoyed my coffee break at the Docks. You can admire both the modern and the old. I could easily see myself living here.

16/09/2026: Went here for a private party so didn't have the typical restaurant experience but it's a wonderful venue with decently attentive staff.

15/09/2026: A very nice place for hosting an event. We had a group booking for 11 people, and overall, the food was nice. The beef carpaccio was my favourite, and the duck breast was particularly impressive. The main concern was the number of flies during our meal. We were dining indoors but were repeatedly bothered by flies. The staff mentioned that it was difficult to control as the restaurant has outdoor seating and a small garden area, but we still found it quite unacceptable from a hygiene and dining experience perspective. At the end of the meal, after our birthday cake was cut, we asked for the remaining cake to be portioned onto plates. While we were still eating and chatting, one staff member tried to take the untouched cake away, which I had to stop. That said, the rest of the staff provided good service and looked after us well throughout the meal. Overall, the food and service were good, but the fly issue and the handling of the remaining cake could have been better.
