05/07/2025: The best salad in the world. Fried zucchini, broccoli, chickpeas, noodle salad. Perfect lunch. Go and enjoy. You got to choose your own toppings from 4 options. The display case was also full of delicacies, which I didn't have time to take pictures of. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Perfect. My friend bought dessert and raved that it was the best ever. 02/08/2025: We visited Cork last weekend from Manchester and were delighted to stumble on this pub on our first night. We spent a few nights here, sat outside watching the world go by and in one of the many snug corners inside listening to some good music. It had a great vibe and atmosphere and seemed to cater for all ages, regulars and visitors. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped point us in the right direction re our visit. The pub is really old and has some nice features, art and stained glass. We looked it up and saw a review where it was listed in the Telegraphs Top 100 pubs. We will definitely call in again next time we visit Cork. 💚

05/08/2025: Just went in to get some food and was completely ignored by three members of staff. One girl looked at me directly and continued to ignore me. There were 2/3 people already sat there so they weren't bust.

The quality of food is next to none with the atmosphere and the staff both excellent. Worth a visit.

08/07/2025: Came in for food but wasn’t even offered a menu—just immediately asked what I wanted. The only visible menu was for coffee. While the man behind the counter was friendly enough, the young waiter on the floor couldn’t have been more rude. Overall, the lack of basic hospitality made for an unwelcoming experience.
28/06/2025: Great little cafe and one of the few truely dog friendly place around - not the you have to sit outside type. I go here regularly with my dog for the mini breakfast which is enough to fill me. Doggy gets a couple of sausages to keep him quiet.

24/07/2025: Jack C’s was our favorite pub in Killarney. The owner John was very friendly & gave great recommendations. The locals & pup Ginny made for a great atmosphere. We can’t recommend Jack C’s enough!
14/07/2025: We and our dog were given a very friendly welcome at this bar. All the locals spontaneously sang a song.
That's how it should be for all dog owners in Ireland.
Thanks also to the lovely Ginny for sharing her pub with Teddy for a short time.

26/04/2025: We had our little girls 2nd birthday party here and it was perfect. Her and her friends had a great time. Jodi looked after everything and made the whole party stress free. Would highly recommend to anyone!
