21/12/2025: First time in Harrow restaurant and won’t be the last. The minute you walk in the door the atmosphere hits you. The food was top class and the staff were amazing.

21/11/2025: Cocktails out of the gate were incredibly high quality. Food was fantastic, and attention to detail from the staff was second to none.

17/12/2025: I’ve been here a few times and have never left disappointed. Excellent Italian coffee, yummy cakes and delicious lunches. The cook delivers your food to the table which is a nice touch. Next time I’m in Carlow I’ll definitely visit again.

20/08/2025: We popped in randomly for dinner last night and oh my god!!! The food was incredible, and for the price it's amazing value, the staff were so friendly and attentive.

04/10/2025: Stayed here for 1 night. Located in centre of town. Fantastic from start to finish. Rooms spotless clean, so cosy and rooms so bright with lovely decor. So spacious. Plenty of towels etc. comfy beds. Pub downstairs is also so cosy with lovely decor. Very Friendly staff in bar. Only thing I would recommend is maybe some curtains as the blinds let in a lot of light from street lights during the night. Would highly recommend.

18/06/2025: We stayed in June 2025 at Michael A”s Pub in milltown Malby for 3 nights for a wedding in Spanish Point. First off I want to say how wonderful and helpful David was to us before and during our stay at his hotel. He answered questions immediately and always tried to help make our stay top notch. We stayed in the apartment room and it was fantastic. Very very clean - beds and pillows very comfy - shower equipped with shampoo conditioner body wash - kitchen had basic necessities that were handy - very clean - peak view of ocean and rolling fields. All in all we were extremely happy with our stay here. David even left the bar and drove us down to Spanish point when we were late for the wedding. Thank you David for a wonderful stay. I will tell all my friends to stay with you ☘️

05/07/2025: Great spot. Extremely accommodating when my card wasn't working and generally lovely people. The pub and garden are great for family too.

08/10/2025: Ordering from them for the second time already! Today I decided to try their prawns noodles too,but they mixed up my order a bit😅 we called the restaurant to let them know, and they instantly sent me a new noodles for free, which was super nice of them! The sushi taste just like back home🥹 I’ve been looking for ones like these for ages and finally found them! definitely will order again :)

04/10/2025: We ordered three types of rolls, two were delicious, but the tempura was terrible, they didn't add soy sauce, all the sushi fell apart, we often order this, but this time we were unhappy

15/02/2026: Loved valentine's dinner and lovely rose 🌹 Old:Reviewing for the second time. Special shout out to arranging the Non veg thali. As always brownie points for staff and service. All the guys are soo friendly to talk to each time I visit.

02/03/2026: We had a lovely overnight stay recently here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, from reception staff, to the bar staff and the restaurant staff, all were very friendly and chatty, which was lovely. Food was excellent, in both the bar and at breakfast, good quality food. The bedroom was satisfactory, beds were comfortable, we slept well.

26/02/2026: Had a great night at a recent music event and overnight stay. Staff were exceptional. Good value and food was fantastic. Great band in bar also. Atmosphere was great !

02/12/2025: Working out in leisure centres the past few years falling in and out of the gym and gaining weight were my workouts were pretty dead...decided to join colosseum gym and has giving me a new perspective and generally a great boost in life... Reminds me of the old underground gyms back in the day were the real workouts are done.. Really loving this gym ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

23/11/2025: Stayed here again last week after a great stay last Christmas. Unfortunately, the service and food in this hotel has taken a nose dive in the last 12 months. Bar was packed when we arrived and there was no bar staff working for at least 10 minutes to serve anyone. I’ve never seen this before. The dinner inclusive menu has really been stripped back to basics. The food last year was gorgeous with plenty of choice. However this time round there was a choice of about 4 mains of which one was steak with a €12 supplement. I had fish and chips both times and the difference in quality was stark. No comparison between the two dishes. Breakfast the following day was a joke. It was like Dublin airport with eveyone coming and going. There was a queue of about 10 people waiting for one toaster where everyone had to toast their slice 3 or 4 times to actually get it to toast. Needless to say your hot breakfast is cold then by the time you sit down. We mentioned it to staff but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. I know this hotel is part of a huge chain and definitely lacks that touch where your custom is valued. Will not be back.

31/10/2025: Top chipper. This says it all: I asked for extra vinegar and they threw in a full bottle of it for free.

20/02/2026: The pasta is really good, and as an Italian, I'd say it's better than some restaurants in Italy. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

12/01/2026: A small corner pub in the best sense. Good pints, quickly poured, self-service as usual in a pub – our favorite beer, Smithwick's on tap for €5/pint. 👍

14/12/2025: Village atmosphere in the city. Typical Irish pub decor, but because it is. Guinness at a good price!
