30/05/2026: Very quick pit stop on a long journey but we will definitely be back. Food was lovely, view was amazing,rooms were great It was the staff who made the place so special, with their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond.

05/09/2026: What a wonderful meal, experience, people, and place! I am vegan, and have very high expectations for taste, texture, and integrity to the planrts that are prepared. The food was scrumptious, full of flavor and balance! The service was impeccable! The atmosphere is fine, but very inviting. The dining room loos over the garden and fountain or The Merrion hotel courtyard. I highly recommend this place for vegans (and most likely no vegans)!

21/07/2026: I am honestly surprised this is not a Michelin star rated restaurant. It was far better than some I have been to! The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Timothy and Wael, you truly made our evening remarkable and memorable. I highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed! It was a perfect welcome to Dublin!

06/09/2026: Quirky with excellent menu. Caters for parties/groups as well as individuals. Very friendly and efficient staff AND they serve my top favourite dessert 🍨 Baked Alaska which was absolutely fabulous 👌 highly recommend.

15/09/2026: Food and setting, would definitely be 5 stars, however it took 3 hours 10 minutes to get through their 3 course (it’s more like 6 courses really) dinner, which meant I had to take a star off. My wife and I also eat quickly so there were some 40 minute pauses. I took one extra star off because a couple beside us who arrived after us, we were finished our starters when theirs arrived… got their mains and deserts before us. Not sure was that a genuine mistake or some kind of favouritism but in a place with this level of service and number of severs, it left a slightly sour taste for us on the experience. I still overall recommend it for the quality of food and cooking

15/08/2026: We stayed one night at Cashel Palace hotel and were lucky enough to have a chance to dine at The Bishop's Buttery. This fine dining experience was delicious and elegant, without being stuffy in the least. The pacing was relaxed and portion sizes were just right. I'm a bread guy and I'm still dreaming about the honey coated brioche with edible flowers served with two types of butter before the feast began. The amuse bouche cheese puffs and the panna cotta palate cleanser in a honeycomb shape were both fantastic. ✨

15/07/2026: I didn't stay at the hotel. I visited their beer garden and pizza/BBQ area before a concert. The surroundings and atmosphere were amazing. The burger wasn't great but the pizza was very good. The outdoor pub was also decent

08/07/2026: We vistited the Sandymount on a Saturday afternoon. I have to follow a gluten free diet, and did my research (as I always do, because you have to) and saw that Sandymount had good reviews for gluten free food. We bought drinks, were given menus and were seated in the bar. When we went to order we were told there was no food being served. We went down to the restaurant, no tables available. Outside, nothing gf available at the pizza and BBQ stalls. Very disappointing for a four star hotel.

23/08/2026: Stunning meal this Friday with friends!! Food delicious creative and filling. Very much getting the full fine dining experience with the à la carte menu with all the lovely extra mini courses, great bang for buck! The staff were warm and attentive and our 1 small piece of feedback (not much considering 4 of us and multiple courses) was received graciously. The wine was all excellent. The Czech bubbles and the Lebanese red highlights to name but two. Will be back!!

29/07/2026: Nice coffee. Tasty cakes and friendly service from the staff... This coffee shop has the best views in the town from the upstairs regardless of the time of year. In the summertime, they have seats on the street. Overall, it's worth a visit.

25/07/2026: I had an exceptional experience at Coffey's Pastry Case! Everything felt really good, from the delicious food to the awesome service and atmosphere. Highly recommended

05/05/2026: To three restaurants in the county for sure. Always good for a special meal, but I'd recommend dropping in for a small bite or one of the specials on midweek. We often order all the starters to share and it's a real flavour journey. The wine is fantastic too!

15/07/2026: Bought a takeaway last night after swimming. Wow, it was delicious! Gusto is definitely due for another visit soon. On another note I left my purse behind and they went above and beyond to try to find me to return it, so thanks for that! It had my house and car keys in it too! Thank you.. 😊
